The funny thing is, the entire professional team tossed everything onto the virtual whiteboard to diagnose, including the brother's visits to the clinics with MRI and localized exams, resulted as something else. We ruled in nerve severity, fraying nerve branch, and even nerve pinched nerve. None of that was relevant. We traced the entire thing to something deeper, much higher up the dorsal and perineal nerve branches, way way up to the sciatic nerve bundle. There is a hidden monster that requires greater attention between the sciatic and pelvic floor, and even the prostate pathway. There are so many phantom symptoms diverged and resumed between this region. It's not the penile area but closer to the pelvic regional floor. The nerve is one thing, but there is also a higher suspicion for the blood vessels and prostate-urinary health.

Most every PE forum I've ever been on has a ton of warnings on any beginner MOD post. Even on individual exercise postings, if you do this incorrectly, usually by applying too much weight or pressure for too long before your body has acclimated to the process, can cause serious if not permanent injury. You do these exercises with caution, exercises which you choose to do to yourself. No one is forcing you to apply that much weight, or do that many reps, or use that high of a pressure, or strain for that long. Beware! You only have one penis, listen to what it tells you, treat it with respect.

Exactly! Caution in PE is essential. Those who have been through PE for over the decades will warn the young bucks and new journeymen to be very cautious on their own journeys. PE has always been a marathon and never a sprint. Those who have injured themselves because they were too zealous create a large tapestry of cautionary tales. When profit-chasing entities try to announce new and better techs for faster results, we approach them with extreme cautions and evaluate every aspects while collecting data. But, our forewarnings are merely soft words in the blizzard of "I need fast gains and I don't care how."
 
Have you tried using red-light wrap or Ultrasound therapy? I saw on Jackxxx's post they supposedly (no pics) gained an additional 0.6 inches within 5 months several years after hitting their max due to a tight septum. Way I see it is if you can continue to grow, then we all can. You have community support. Keep on keeping on!
I agree with you anything that i've done others can do and get to where I am. Without pictures, it's hard to gauge whether Jack is telling the truth or not. But I have pictures up for people to verify. Anything's possible with the power of God. And we are here for you, for whatever you need. I'm good. For now. I know I'm approaching my biological limit. From what I've seen it is typically half of your starting length. Which for me would be approximately +3.2 inches. Which coincidentally would be 9.5 inches bpel. I've already gained just over 2 in the last 12 months. I figure this next year will be difficult gains... leading up to a slow stop. But I'm rooting for 9.5inchpro here cause if he finds something that works for him in breaking through his current max, then maybe it will work for me as well once I hit that point. And likewise, if I find something that helps me to keep growing past that hypothetical ceiling, I will share it.

If you've already gained 2 inches, you are a legend, but I completely understand 9 and a 1/2 inches is what you want. So stick with that and go for that. Maybe it will take a little bit more intensity or a different workout, but you will get there, just stick with us

Honestly, I'm going for as big as I can get before my wife says I should stop. But also being realistic about my biological limits. If I can get past bpel of 9 in, I will go for 9.5, then 10, then 10.5, etc. Even with the data I've collected so far chatgpt gives me wildly different calculations on various logarithmic models predicting possible depreciating growth over time. So far the range I've been given for maximum bpsfl is between 24.6 cm (9.7") up to 35.5 (14"), which frankly is absurd. I'm leaning far more towards the conservative probability of maximum gains stopping around the 24.6 cm range.
 
That's great that you're willing to work as hard as you need, as long as you need to get to the size that you want to. I appreciate the respect you have for your wife. So when she says it's all set you can take that as your marching orders. For me, the hardest growth was going from 9 to 10, but it may be different for you. You may be able to do it faster than me with everything new that's out including equipment.

Mick. What I do is similar to you as far as time goes. But my workout is constantly changing with what I have available and I'm continuously buying and trying new stuff. The main difference is I am just starting. Only been doing PE for 12 months. Started beginning of last August. Was very heavy on girth the first 6 months. Mostly pumping and clamping for up to 2 hours a day split into 2 workouts with a 15 minute pre and post workout length stretch routine. Also wore a loose cockring literally every single day for like 12 hours. Loose enough to not slip off, but also would never cause an erection. Had to test several to find one that worked and allowed blood flow. Gives an all day flaccid hang. Guys noticed far more than women which was weirdly funny. Purchased an extender in November and added an hour of that 3 times a week. Got the lengthmaster and built my hanging rig in February/March. Cut back on girth and did mostly length focus after March. Hanging in the morning, extending at night, pumping/clamping two to three times a week. Increased daily time consistently to 3 to 4 hours between 2 sets. Women started noticing at the gym probably around May. Would notice lingering sideways glances or total stares in the mirrors. Took 1 week off, total deconditioning, after every 12 weeks of PE. I'm now up to 4 to 6 hours per day. Mostly hanging. I've also started pumping a lot more lately. About to cycle back to a girth focus. I have a theory about fluctuating between girth to build collagen thickness, then to focus on length to use that mass to stretch out length. Also been consistently using supplements and Asiaticoside cream the entire time. Not gonna lie, self improvement is an expensive hobby. I'm now looking at getting a near IR light wrap.

I read that you have a thick base which is causing difficulty gaining. Frankly I think you might have a hard septum which would make gaining length exceptionally difficult without first loosening the tissue. Difficult to do as it is essentially the very middle of your D. Ultrasound, vibration, heat, or chemicals would be your best options imo. Couldn't say for certain exactly which though.

This is just me, but seeing tunica and septum tissues becoming much harder to manipulate because of the denser tissues, time to soften with the LM3, and go with an extended using 5kg traction load spring set. I have a 5kg spring set and a 7.5kg spring set to deal with any potential hard plateau. Something to think about before going into injection or DSMO combo.

I simply use SRT three times a day. It is pretty hardcore, but with dicks, the size that we have. We need to put in that extra effort to break through any kind of plateau. The reason i've stuck with SRT is because I never need to switch to another routine alI i need to do is turn up the intensity in the routine.I'm doing.

I read through your posting and data logs, and what I see is the same reflection as some of the brothers in the past went through. DLD and huge-girth can chime in, but if you don't have the time to have your hands down your pants all day day long to keep the blood flowing (jelqs like you're playing lover's tunes) or stretching like DLD does all day long, and not planning to use any synthetic chemical approach, the only thing left is to break the tissues and keep them stretching.

I've talked to the colleagues and they confirmed the same tissue thickening phenomenon occured in males that performed intense PE routines. To overcome the thicken tissues, the only way left is to weaken the tissues to yield, and to stretch them at a higher traction loading. We came with a tension approach, but it's up to your willingness to invest.

Before you invest in any of the extender system, not stretcher because the lack of monitoring traction loads, research on the available spring sets for that system. I invested in the old JES system because there were widely available upgrade spring sets, going from the original 0-1.25kg, 3.5kg, 5kg, 7.5kg, and upwards into the 15kg. I purchased the 5kg to replace my worn out 1.25kg spring set, and had the 7.5kg on standby to break into higher traction loads when I hit a hard plateau way back then.

IF and ONLY IF SG allows you to upgrade the spring sets with the vacuum, go for it. Otherwise, look around for an extender that can place your penile shaft under constant tension for at least 4 hours. Vacuum system that holds your penis in place at higher pressure and higher traction load can cause quite a bit of blistering. You already see it for yourself using the LM3 plates under high traction loads while pulling. If you're purchasing a noose/strap type, make sure the platform has a double noose/strap platform to hold a large area of the penile length for comforts. I used the dual strapping platform at 5kg for 2 hours and it was very nice and comforting. I have to wrap the base of my glans to the mid of my penile shaft so the tension can be spred over 1.5in worth of penile shaft rather than concentrated within 0.25in of penile sensitive skin.

If you like me to give you a concept of traction overloading approach, let me know. We, as a team, would like to know your journey in breaking out of this oddball of a hard plateau and reach success.

I've scanned through the older sites that sold the higher springs, higher spring tensions going past 5kg was considered unsafe used extreme PE-ists, and those springs were removed from production or outright banned from being sold to the public. Newer system maxed out at around 4kg. To bypass this, screw systems are coming into play. The HOG STRETCHER High-Tension Extender comes to mind from HonetPE.shop. The system allows you to go past the unsafe limits for those who have too much dense tissues. The rating for the traction loading is 20lbs (~9kg). That's enough to force your soften tissues to go hyper elasticity mode. It does come with a vacuum system to maximize the holding capacity, but the hook at the top also allows you to use the addon extension platform. Lots of options.

If you want a modernize traditional ring system, look up something like this. African tribes are still wearning them to this very day. Some Asian groups are wearing this as well.

SRT is a progressive PE routine workout. It starts from simple stretches using hand strength only to transition into the preconditioning period, using various exercises to tell the body of the intensities to be ready for. From there, similar exercises or more rigorous exercises are added, longer period of time, and higher traction loading into each exercises accordingly. Think of a bodybuilding workout. You start light to get your body geared up properly to prevent skeletal muscles from blowing out, and progressively increase in weight and training regiments. Soft tissues are much stranger to work on, but using similar methods.

From there, you go from manual workouts with mechanical assisted routines, increasing the intensities and routine delivery as high as 3 times the workout efforts than when you start out. As you progress further along the way, the tension delivery goes higher and higher as the penile tissues build resistance. This is where the PE routines branch of. Different penises react differently. Customization of routines starts around the 5th to the 9th months.
