I would like to ask you if in your personal experience there is the possibility of obtaining permanent gains from pump, for example, people who have never done pe and are about to follow a routine of only pump, 3-4 times a week, starting light and never going beyond safe times and pressures.
Can anyone testify if it is possible to obtain permanent gains?

Yes. Most of us who use the pumps can testify to the gains. However, what you indicated may not be a benefical approach if you are pumping below the safety limit. Let's break things down.

Safety limit is below -5inHg, or around -126mmHg. Our body internal pressure when fully erected, hard and roaring to penetrate without any ED condition is around positive 4inHg, at max, around 4.5inHg. Some achieved to 5inHg. So, safety limit is around -5inHg and less. As you read other posts, we don't use the "-" sign for brevity purposes, so don't mind that.

Now, the problem with staying at the lower limit all the time, you will get some gains, but the gains are so miniscue that it doesn't seem like you're gaining at all. The gains are in micrometers, and not milimeters. As you constantly pump 3 to 5 days a week, you'll gain little by little. However, what you will notice is the higher gains on erection quality (EQ) overall. You will not get the larger girth that you want immediately, but you will see a quality erection as you progress.

Now, gains wise, what you're gaining is girth and not length. When pumping, most of the gains diverted to girth. The larger the cylinder of the pump, the more girth-focus gain you are endeavoring. If you're looking for length, the cylinder must be tight around the penis to force the penis to stretch under pressure. But, to get length, you must go above the -5inHg.

If you are a hard gainer like me pumping only will never give you gains so you have to understand yourself first !

Prior to pumping I was about 6x5. Not “small” but not big either. I have always had a problem with slight retraction, making it uncomfortable to wear certain types of clothing. Since I have started pumping, I have had zero issues with retracting. I have gone from 6 to 6.5 BPL. My girth has increased to about 5.25. My EQ has gone through the roof. I wake up every morning with an erection.

Just bought a stretcher and am going to start wearing that for a few hours a day when possible. Hopefully the gains continue.

Great that you're doing it 2 to 3 times a week. A good break after 3 days is a nice start. 4 to 5 times is the ticket to get larger.

If you're good with your length, which I suggest getting to 7in down the road, the girth is a great thing to have to stretch any vaginal walls out. That 6in feels like a 9in the moment she feels her vaginal cul de sac gets bottomed out because of the girth. I was there at 6x5. If your lady is older and more mature, that 6x5 is definitely not going to be enough.

When pumping at a lower pressure, between -4.5inHg to around -6inHg, and keeping your penis erected as much as possible, your blood vessels will be primed for stronger EQ. Our brother @Haursen is the current day's leading guinea pig for EQ improvement. I have to acknowledge his discipline in this endeavor because of his tenacious drive to discover the truth behind the optimal method.

Now, the question still remains, "Are you chasing after EQ or increase in girth, or possibly both?"
