🚨 Disclaimer: AI to the Rescue! 🚨

Hey everyone!

Before we dive in, I want to be upfront: I'm using ChatGPT to write this forum post. Why? Because I simply don’t have the patience to type long posts on my tiny phone keyboard (seriously, it’s like trying to perform brain surgery with chopsticks 🥢). And dictation? Let’s just say my phone has an impressive talent for completely butchering my words.

So, to save time and my sanity, I’m outsourcing this to ChatGPT, as I have in past posts. Also, I usually ask for a humorous tone because, let’s be honest, a little laughter makes everything better—even PE!

Life Update: When God Redirects Your Path

Recently, a series of life events have unfolded that God has placed in our path, and my wife and I are navigating them one step at a time. First and foremost—praise God—my wife finally got a job! 🎉 She absolutely loves her work, and seeing her happy and fulfilled in her role is a huge blessing. For those of you who have been following our journey, you know this has been a long time coming, and we’re incredibly grateful!

Now, onto the next big change: we’re moving! 🏠 But there’s a twist…

We’re downsizing from a two-bedroom to a one-bedroom, and let me tell you, this new place is uber small—like, I might have to store my PE gear in the kitchen cabinets small. 🤣 This means I’ll need to embrace a minimalist mindset and rethink how I manage my space. Goodbye, clutter—hello, strategic organization!

So, while this transition is going to be a major adjustment, I’m looking at it as an opportunity. A chance to simplify, focus on what truly matters, and appreciate the blessings we have (even if that means getting really creative with where I store my pump 😂).

PE Update: A Small but Mighty Week!

With all the life changes happening, I was only able to complete two PE sessions this week—one on Tuesday and one on Thursday. But hey, some work is better than no work!

Tuesday’s Session: Tabata & SSJs

I did 4 minutes of Tabata with 8 sets.

Each set consisted of SSJs for about a minute, followed by rest.

Post-session results: I had a significant amount of plumpness, which was encouraging!

Thursday’s Session: Pumping Session with Interval Pressure

Since I did 8 sets, my pressures looked like this:

Set 1: 4 - 4.5 Hg

Set 2: Slight increase

Set 3: Slight increase

Set 4: 7 Hg

Set 5: 8 Hg

Set 6: 9 Hg

Set 7: 9.5 Hg

Set 8 (final set): 10 Hg

After the session, something interesting happened—I felt a deep internal itching inside my lingam. If I recall correctly, this might be a sign of growth happening. I could be wrong, and I’m sure some of the PE veterans here can correct me if I am. But that internal itching definitely felt like something was happening inside the tissue!

So, for those of you with more experience—does this internal itching mean expansion and growth? Or am I just imagining things?

That’s my update for now! Life is moving fast, but we’re trusting God through it all. As always, I appreciate this community, and I’m looking forward to catching up with everyone.

P.S. If anyone has tips on minimalist living or how to store PE gear discreetly in tiny spaces, I’m all ears! 🤣

Always love your dedication to Jesus. I think many brothers are turning to Christ for all the blessings they receive once they turn to Christ. In PE there is no better support than God.

Leave them out and tell them they something else like the LengthMaster you can tell them it's cat torture device....maybe say you tried to make a tie fighter from Star Wars. Tell them you pump is a water purification system. An ADS could be a hand reliever system to deal with your arthritis .....I can go on for days. 🤪🤪🤪

I’m Alive! (And Still in the Game… Kinda)

Heya,

Just popping in to let y’all know—yes, I’m still alive! Life has been throwing punches, but by God's grace, we’re rolling with them and keeping the faith.

Here’s a quick bullet-point update from my corner of the world:

My wife adores her new job! She’s really thriving and gets better at it every day. Watching her grow in this new role has been a joy.

Eviction out of nowhere?! Yup. After over 10 years in the same place, we were suddenly told we had until April 15th to move out. Total curveball. But God made a way—we found a new place and are preparing to move in soon!

PE has taken a backseat during this season. Between packing, stress, and dealing with the chaos of moving, time has been tight. That said, since I haven’t been doing much PE lately, the micro-tears on my shaft have healed, which is a small blessing in itself.

I’ve already packed away my MityVac and LengthMaster, so for today’s session I did manual SSJs only. Managed to squeeze in a 4-minute Tabata round, and while it wasn’t much, I’m doing the best I can with what I’ve got.

Marriage vibes are improving! My wife and I have been connecting more deeply lately. She’s been more open, loving, and even suggesting intimacy herself—which is new, exciting, and something I truly cherish!

All in all, I just want to thrive through this transition and not merely survive it. I’ll keep y’all posted as often as I can. Thank you for being such a solid community—it means a lot.

Stay strong, stay kind, and stretch smart!

A blessing in disguishes, brother. When life throws punches, roll with the punches and come back with a kick of your own. Your entire armour of God will surely protect your entire family and the ways He's leading you all will benefits you greatly. I was in the same situation when I was evicted from a home we were renting, 7 years calm, but the owner wanted to sell the house while it was rising in values 3 times its worth. We were tossed into the street in less than a month, but God guided us to a more prosperous new home of our own, at a location that is now much more blessed. Keep focus ahead and be that supporting roll for your loved ones.

Hey PE Adventurers!

First of all, a big ol’ thank you to each and every one of you for your patience—I know it’s been a hot minute since I last checked in! Life’s been trucking along (literally), and right now as I type this, I’m parked at a shipping dock waiting for a load. So what better time to drop you all a long-overdue update?

Now, confession time: I’m tag-teaming this post with the help of my digital co-pilot, ChatGPT. Yep, I figured if AI can help fly rockets to Mars, it can surely help me draft a solid forum post while I juggle trucking schedules and cardboard boxes. Time’s tight, and I didn’t want to ghost y’all any longer. So, buckle up—here’s the latest from my corner of the road:

Life & PE Updates:

By the grace of God, we were approved for our new living space—and we’ve already moved in!
Praise the Lord for open doors (and open floor plans)! It’s a fresh chapter, and we’re grateful.

There are boxes galore—we’re slowly unpacking,
and I managed to stash away my pump and my trusty Length Master in a safe spot. Just haven’t had the chance to dust them off and put them to work yet.

My new schedule kicks off at 5:55pm and sometimes doesn't end until 5 or 6am.

It’s been a sleep-deprived rodeo, y’all. My circadian rhythm is somewhere in another time zone.

PE time has been squeezed tighter than a clamp at max pressure.

I’ve been able to sneak in some stretching here and there, and maybe a minute or four of SSJs. Not ideal, but something is better than nothing.
I think I may have lost a bit of girth—but I’m still wrapping the lingam whenever I can, showing it some love and attention.

Getting settled and slowly finding our rhythm.

Hoping to get back into a solid PE routine soon. The goal is to train smarter, not harder—especially after learning the hard way with those microtears.
I’m considering sticking with 7Hg or possibly going back to using water. Water pumping at a higher level might be gentler and keep the microtears at bay. Time (and a few test runs) will tell.

---

Thanks again to those who’ve prayed for me and my family—your kindness and support mean the world.

Let’s keep pressing forward, growing stronger (in every sense of the word), and encouraging one another on this wild and wonderful PE journey.

Stay safe, stay blessed, and keep stretching—both in the body and in faith.

Big H

Wow so good to see you! I love your format it makes it easy to follow. Jesus bless you and your wife with joy, love and faith.

🎉 Back in the Saddle... or Should I Say, Back on the Stretch?! 😎✊

Hey PE Pirates! 👋

Hope you’re all hanging long and staying strong! Quick update from your friendly neighborhood stretch-n-squeeze brother here—coming to you live (well, kinda live) thanks to the one and only ChatGPT, my trusty AI scribe. I’m on an off-day, the wife’s at work, and that means...

🥁 IT’S TRAINING TIME, BABY!! 🎉

That’s right, after what feels like a century (and about 14,000 unopened boxes), I finally got a full training session in today—and let me tell you... it was absolutely, unapologetically HUNG-BELIEVABLE. 💥🍆🔥

Here’s the play-by-play:

📦 The Highlights (a.k.a. The Stretch-and-Flex Fest):

  • 🟠 6 min Lumebox warm-up – cookin’ things up just right 🔥
  • 🟢 6 min Lengthmaster – directional stretches in this order:
    • Down ⬇️
    • Straight ➡️
    • BTC ⛓️
    • BTC Left ↙️
    • BTC Right ↘️
    • Quarter Turn Twist Straight Left ↩️
    • Quarter Turn Twist Straight Right ↪️
      (Basically a full-blown lingam yoga retreat. 🧘‍♂️😄)
  • 🔴 Tabata PE Training – now officially dubbed... 🪜 THE LINGAM LADDER
(Total time: 23:50 | Top pressure: 7 Hg)
This thing hits like a high-intensity interval session for your sacred staff—quick bursts, short rests, and serious results. By the end of it, I felt like I’d just climbed Mount Girthmore. 🧗‍♂️💪

Moral of the story?

Getting back into a rhythm like this isn’t just good for the body—it’s like therapy for the soul. 😌 Whether you’re stretching, pumping, or just trying to survive your shift, remember: progress is progress, even if it comes in inches. 😉📏

Huge thanks to all of you who keep this community alive with wisdom, support, and laughs. And shoutout to those of you who've been praying for me and my family—truly appreciate you. 🙏💙

Stay stretched, stay blessed, and keep climbing The Lingam Ladder—one rep, one rest, one victory at a time.

Let’s get it!

💦 Still Pushing, Still Pumping, and Now… with Water Power! 🚿

Hey fellow PE enthusiasts! 👋

Just wanted to check in and give a quick update—yes, I’m still at it, still working out 💪, and fully committed to this wild and rewarding PE journey. Life’s been a bit of a whirlwind 🌪️ lately with the move and getting settled into the new apartment 🏡, but now that things have calmed down, I’m back in the groove! 🎯

My secret window of opportunity? When my amazing wife heads off to work in the afternoons 🕓—that’s when I lock in and get to business. I kicked things off again last Friday with a return to water pumping 💧 and let me tell you—it’s been a splashin’ good time! 😄

I’m keeping the pressure steady at 7 HG ⚙️—just enough to say, “Grow time, baby,” without going full pressure-cooker. Why the switch to water, you ask? Two main reasons:

1️⃣ I may have plateaued with air pumping—gains were starting to feel like a slow float down a lazy river. 🛶
2️⃣ Water offers a more even, cushioned pressure 💦—no more micro-tears from high air pressure! Plus, it feels smoother than a jazz solo at midnight. 🎷

Of course, I’m being extra careful—water pumping is a whole different beast 🐉, and if you go higher, it’s not the place for recklessness. But so far? I’m pumped. Literally. 💯 No edema, and my post-pump girth is lookin’ thicker than a bowl of oatmeal 🥣🔥.

Now, for a little comic relief… 🎭

So Monday rolls around, wife heads out, and I’m ready for another solid session. I take off my boxers to get into my Loom box setup 🩲🧰, do my thing, finish the workout—and then suddenly…

THE BOXERS ARE GONE. 😳👀

Vanished. Disappeared. Evaporated into thin air like a magician’s handkerchief 🧙‍♂️🫥. I looked everywhere—under the couch, behind the toilet, in the freezer (hey, don’t judge me) 😂—and NOTHING. I don't know if I’ve got a boxer thief 🦹, a ghost with good taste 👻, or a multiverse traveler who needed a soft landing 🌀. Either way, those drawers have left the building. 🕵️‍♂️🚪

Big thanks to ChatGPT 🤖 for helping me shape this post with just the right mix of strategy and insanity. Gotta love having a digital wingman who gets it.

Keep going strong, gentlemen 💥. Stay smart 🧠, stay safe 🛡️, and never stop growing 🌱.
Because we don’t just chase dreams—we pump them into reality. 🚀

📊 POLL TIME: Where did my boxers go?

  1. 👻 Ghost with a fetish
  2. 🌀 Multiverse traveler needed a disguise
  3. 🧽 Accidentally absorbed into another dimension via water pump
  4. 🧺 They’re in the laundry and I’m just blind
  5. 🤖 ChatGPT took them to analyze cotton thread count

#WaterWorks 💧 #BoxerBandit 🩲 #GirthGains 📏 #PumpedAndProud 💥 #PEWithPersonality 😎 #NoPlateauZone ⛰️

I actually stole your boxer shorts for a secretive get away.😃

I love your sense of humor and I always look forward to your wonderful layout. I need to learn about AI it will really help me with layouts which I suck at.

Thanks for putting a smile on my face and Jesus be with you in all your work.

Subject: Still Here, Still Pumping—But Life’s Been Busy! (with a Little Help from ChatGPT)

Hey everyone! 👋

Just wanted to check in and let you know I’m still alive—haven’t dropped off the face of the earth (though sometimes, it feels like it with all the changes). 🌍

Last Friday’s training was a bit of a shake-up. I normally do 1 set of SSJ (Slow Squash Jelq), followed by water pumping, and repeat that pattern: 1 set, water pumping, 1 set, water pumping, 1 set, water pumping. But last Friday, I took it up a notch by alternating more intensively. It looked like this: SSJ, water pumping, water pumping, water pumping, water pumping. Let’s just say... I was sloshed and smoked in all the best ways. 💪💦

I also took it a step further for the last three sets: I went from 2HG to 6HG. Then cranked it up on the second to last set, going from 2HG to 7HG, and finished strong with 2HG to 7HG again. Normally, I’d slap a ring on afterward to trap the blood in the ligament, but I took it to the next level. I pumped at 6HG and held it for a solid 10 minutes. Super intense, but here’s the kicker—no micro-tears, no edema. Just a clean, controlled finish. ✅

I was feeling pretty positive about that session—it was different, intentional, and aimed at shocking my lingam into a new stage of growth. Sometimes, you’ve got to throw in something new to keep pushing forward. 🔥

Now, this week’s been a bit of a challenge. My wife’s schedule shifted, so she’s working mornings, and since I work nights, I’ve been waking up later. By the time I get my Bible reading, prayer time, and some meditation or reflection in, I need breakfast, and by then, she’s getting ready to head home. So, I missed Monday and Tuesday’s P.E. sessions. I might get something in today, but I’ve been stuck in a traffic jam since 1 a.m. (it’s 4:52 a.m. now), and there’s no sign of it moving anytime soon due to a crash. If patience builds muscle, though, I’m about to be shredded. 🚗💨

Lastly, I’m wondering if any of the P.E. veterans have tips on how to fit in more sessions when time is tight. Because right now, I’m all ears. Life’s been throwing a lot of curveballs, and any advice on how to juggle all these things would be greatly appreciated. 🤔

Oh, and in case you’re wondering—yes, I’m using ChatGPT to help me write this post. Because if I’m not getting enough sleep, I might as well let tech do some of the heavy lifting! 😅

Thanks for reading, and I’ll keep you posted on how things are going.

Stay strong (and patient), 💪

You must feel great! Excellent work 👏 Sounds like you are where you should. I ALWAYS worked something else into my training by inventing new exercise this if why so many exercises are in my name.

I'm so proud of you reading your Bible and praying. I love my Christian Brothers ✝️

For me i used to go to the bathroom for a few minutes and get part of the work. Do this every hour through the day will definitely give you what you need. 10 bathroom breaks for 5 minutes equals almost an hour. I also wrapped with ace bandage for all time I was out of the bathroom
🤔

At least you know how to use. I might take a class at the community College. What happens when you use it, how does it know what to write?
Thanks for reading, and I’ll keep you posted on how things are going.

Stay strong (and patient), 💪

God bless you my brother
