🚨 Disclaimer: AI to the Rescue! 🚨

Hey everyone!

Before we dive in, I want to be upfront: I'm using ChatGPT to write this forum post. Why? Because I simply don’t have the patience to type long posts on my tiny phone keyboard (seriously, it’s like trying to perform brain surgery with chopsticks 🥢). And dictation? Let’s just say my phone has an impressive talent for completely butchering my words.

So, to save time and my sanity, I’m outsourcing this to ChatGPT, as I have in past posts. Also, I usually ask for a humorous tone because, let’s be honest, a little laughter makes everything better—even PE!

Life Update: When God Redirects Your Path

Recently, a series of life events have unfolded that God has placed in our path, and my wife and I are navigating them one step at a time. First and foremost—praise God—my wife finally got a job! 🎉 She absolutely loves her work, and seeing her happy and fulfilled in her role is a huge blessing. For those of you who have been following our journey, you know this has been a long time coming, and we’re incredibly grateful!

Now, onto the next big change: we’re moving! 🏠 But there’s a twist…

We’re downsizing from a two-bedroom to a one-bedroom, and let me tell you, this new place is uber small—like, I might have to store my PE gear in the kitchen cabinets small. 🤣 This means I’ll need to embrace a minimalist mindset and rethink how I manage my space. Goodbye, clutter—hello, strategic organization!

So, while this transition is going to be a major adjustment, I’m looking at it as an opportunity. A chance to simplify, focus on what truly matters, and appreciate the blessings we have (even if that means getting really creative with where I store my pump 😂).
---
PE Update: A Small but Mighty Week!

With all the life changes happening, I was only able to complete two PE sessions this week—one on Tuesday and one on Thursday. But hey, some work is better than no work!

Tuesday’s Session: Tabata & SSJs

I did 4 minutes of Tabata with 8 sets.

Each set consisted of SSJs for about a minute, followed by rest.

Post-session results: I had a significant amount of plumpness, which was encouraging!

Thursday’s Session: Pumping Session with Interval Pressure

Since I did 8 sets, my pressures looked like this:

Set 1: 4 - 4.5 Hg

Set 2: Slight increase

Set 3: Slight increase

Set 4: 7 Hg

Set 5: 8 Hg

Set 6: 9 Hg

Set 7: 9.5 Hg

Set 8 (final set): 10 Hg

After the session, something interesting happened—I felt a deep internal itching inside my lingam. If I recall correctly, this might be a sign of growth happening. I could be wrong, and I’m sure some of the PE veterans here can correct me if I am. But that internal itching definitely felt like something was happening inside the tissue!

So, for those of you with more experience—does this internal itching mean expansion and growth? Or am I just imagining things?

That’s my update for now! Life is moving fast, but we’re trusting God through it all. As always, I appreciate this community, and I’m looking forward to catching up with everyone.

P.S. If anyone has tips on minimalist living or how to store PE gear discreetly in tiny spaces, I’m all ears! 🤣

Always love your dedication to Jesus. I think many brothers are turning to Christ for all the blessings they receive once they turn to Christ. In PE there is no better support than God.

Leave them out and tell them they something else like the LengthMaster you can tell them it's cat torture device....maybe say you tried to make a tie fighter from Star Wars. Tell them you pump is a water purification system. An ADS could be a hand reliever system to deal with your arthritis .....I can go on for days. 🤪🤪🤪

I’m Alive! (And Still in the Game… Kinda)

Heya,

Just popping in to let y’all know—yes, I’m still alive! Life has been throwing punches, but by God's grace, we’re rolling with them and keeping the faith.

Here’s a quick bullet-point update from my corner of the world:

My wife adores her new job! She’s really thriving and gets better at it every day. Watching her grow in this new role has been a joy.

Eviction out of nowhere?! Yup. After over 10 years in the same place, we were suddenly told we had until April 15th to move out. Total curveball. But God made a way—we found a new place and are preparing to move in soon!

PE has taken a backseat during this season. Between packing, stress, and dealing with the chaos of moving, time has been tight. That said, since I haven’t been doing much PE lately, the micro-tears on my shaft have healed, which is a small blessing in itself.

I’ve already packed away my MityVac and LengthMaster, so for today’s session I did manual SSJs only. Managed to squeeze in a 4-minute Tabata round, and while it wasn’t much, I’m doing the best I can with what I’ve got.

Marriage vibes are improving! My wife and I have been connecting more deeply lately. She’s been more open, loving, and even suggesting intimacy herself—which is new, exciting, and something I truly cherish!

All in all, I just want to thrive through this transition and not merely survive it. I’ll keep y’all posted as often as I can. Thank you for being such a solid community—it means a lot.

Stay strong, stay kind, and stretch smart!

A blessing in disguishes, brother. When life throws punches, roll with the punches and come back with a kick of your own. Your entire armour of God will surely protect your entire family and the ways He's leading you all will benefits you greatly. I was in the same situation when I was evicted from a home we were renting, 7 years calm, but the owner wanted to sell the house while it was rising in values 3 times its worth. We were tossed into the street in less than a month, but God guided us to a more prosperous new home of our own, at a location that is now much more blessed. Keep focus ahead and be that supporting roll for your loved ones.

Hey PE Adventurers!

First of all, a big ol’ thank you to each and every one of you for your patience—I know it’s been a hot minute since I last checked in! Life’s been trucking along (literally), and right now as I type this, I’m parked at a shipping dock waiting for a load. So what better time to drop you all a long-overdue update?

Now, confession time: I’m tag-teaming this post with the help of my digital co-pilot, ChatGPT. Yep, I figured if AI can help fly rockets to Mars, it can surely help me draft a solid forum post while I juggle trucking schedules and cardboard boxes. Time’s tight, and I didn’t want to ghost y’all any longer. So, buckle up—here’s the latest from my corner of the road:

---

Life & PE Updates:

By the grace of God, we were approved for our new living space—and we’ve already moved in!
Praise the Lord for open doors (and open floor plans)! It’s a fresh chapter, and we’re grateful.

There are boxes galore—we’re slowly unpacking,
and I managed to stash away my pump and my trusty Length Master in a safe spot. Just haven’t had the chance to dust them off and put them to work yet.

My new schedule kicks off at 5:55pm and sometimes doesn't end until 5 or 6am.

It’s been a sleep-deprived rodeo, y’all. My circadian rhythm is somewhere in another time zone.

PE time has been squeezed tighter than a clamp at max pressure.

I’ve been able to sneak in some stretching here and there, and maybe a minute or four of SSJs. Not ideal, but something is better than nothing.
I think I may have lost a bit of girth—but I’m still wrapping the lingam whenever I can, showing it some love and attention.

Getting settled and slowly finding our rhythm.

Hoping to get back into a solid PE routine soon. The goal is to train smarter, not harder—especially after learning the hard way with those microtears.
I’m considering sticking with 7Hg or possibly going back to using water. Water pumping at a higher level might be gentler and keep the microtears at bay. Time (and a few test runs) will tell.

---

Thanks again to those who’ve prayed for me and my family—your kindness and support mean the world.

Let’s keep pressing forward, growing stronger (in every sense of the word), and encouraging one another on this wild and wonderful PE journey.

Stay safe, stay blessed, and keep stretching—both in the body and in faith.

Big H

Wow so good to see you! I love your format it makes it easy to follow. Jesus bless you and your wife with joy, love and faith.

🎉 Back in the Saddle... or Should I Say, Back on the Stretch?! 😎✊

Hey PE Pirates! 👋

Hope you’re all hanging long and staying strong! Quick update from your friendly neighborhood stretch-n-squeeze brother here—coming to you live (well, kinda live) thanks to the one and only ChatGPT, my trusty AI scribe. I’m on an off-day, the wife’s at work, and that means...

🥁 IT’S TRAINING TIME, BABY!! 🎉

That’s right, after what feels like a century (and about 14,000 unopened boxes), I finally got a full training session in today—and let me tell you... it was absolutely, unapologetically HUNG-BELIEVABLE. 💥🍆🔥

Here’s the play-by-play:

📦 The Highlights (a.k.a. The Stretch-and-Flex Fest):

  • 🟠 6 min Lumebox warm-up – cookin’ things up just right 🔥
  • 🟢 6 min Lengthmaster – directional stretches in this order:
    • Down ⬇️
    • Straight ➡️
    • BTC ⛓️
    • BTC Left ↙️
    • BTC Right ↘️
    • Quarter Turn Twist Straight Left ↩️
    • Quarter Turn Twist Straight Right ↪️
      (Basically a full-blown lingam yoga retreat. 🧘‍♂️😄)
  • 🔴 Tabata PE Training – now officially dubbed... 🪜 THE LINGAM LADDER
(Total time: 23:50 | Top pressure: 7 Hg)
This thing hits like a high-intensity interval session for your sacred staff—quick bursts, short rests, and serious results. By the end of it, I felt like I’d just climbed Mount Girthmore. 🧗‍♂️💪

Moral of the story?

Getting back into a rhythm like this isn’t just good for the body—it’s like therapy for the soul. 😌 Whether you’re stretching, pumping, or just trying to survive your shift, remember: progress is progress, even if it comes in inches. 😉📏

Huge thanks to all of you who keep this community alive with wisdom, support, and laughs. And shoutout to those of you who've been praying for me and my family—truly appreciate you. 🙏💙

Stay stretched, stay blessed, and keep climbing The Lingam Ladder—one rep, one rest, one victory at a time.

Let’s get it!

💦 Still Pushing, Still Pumping, and Now… with Water Power! 🚿

Hey fellow PE enthusiasts! 👋

Just wanted to check in and give a quick update—yes, I’m still at it, still working out 💪, and fully committed to this wild and rewarding PE journey. Life’s been a bit of a whirlwind 🌪️ lately with the move and getting settled into the new apartment 🏡, but now that things have calmed down, I’m back in the groove! 🎯

My secret window of opportunity? When my amazing wife heads off to work in the afternoons 🕓—that’s when I lock in and get to business. I kicked things off again last Friday with a return to water pumping 💧 and let me tell you—it’s been a splashin’ good time! 😄

I’m keeping the pressure steady at 7 HG ⚙️—just enough to say, “Grow time, baby,” without going full pressure-cooker. Why the switch to water, you ask? Two main reasons:

1️⃣ I may have plateaued with air pumping—gains were starting to feel like a slow float down a lazy river. 🛶
2️⃣ Water offers a more even, cushioned pressure 💦—no more micro-tears from high air pressure! Plus, it feels smoother than a jazz solo at midnight. 🎷

Of course, I’m being extra careful—water pumping is a whole different beast 🐉, and if you go higher, it’s not the place for recklessness. But so far? I’m pumped. Literally. 💯 No edema, and my post-pump girth is lookin’ thicker than a bowl of oatmeal 🥣🔥.

Now, for a little comic relief… 🎭

So Monday rolls around, wife heads out, and I’m ready for another solid session. I take off my boxers to get into my Loom box setup 🩲🧰, do my thing, finish the workout—and then suddenly…

THE BOXERS ARE GONE. 😳👀

Vanished. Disappeared. Evaporated into thin air like a magician’s handkerchief 🧙‍♂️🫥. I looked everywhere—under the couch, behind the toilet, in the freezer (hey, don’t judge me) 😂—and NOTHING. I don't know if I’ve got a boxer thief 🦹, a ghost with good taste 👻, or a multiverse traveler who needed a soft landing 🌀. Either way, those drawers have left the building. 🕵️‍♂️🚪

Big thanks to ChatGPT 🤖 for helping me shape this post with just the right mix of strategy and insanity. Gotta love having a digital wingman who gets it.

Keep going strong, gentlemen 💥. Stay smart 🧠, stay safe 🛡️, and never stop growing 🌱.
Because we don’t just chase dreams—we pump them into reality. 🚀

📊 POLL TIME: Where did my boxers go?

  1. 👻 Ghost with a fetish
  2. 🌀 Multiverse traveler needed a disguise
  3. 🧽 Accidentally absorbed into another dimension via water pump
  4. 🧺 They’re in the laundry and I’m just blind
  5. 🤖 ChatGPT took them to analyze cotton thread count

#WaterWorks 💧 #BoxerBandit 🩲 #GirthGains 📏 #PumpedAndProud 💥 #PEWithPersonality 😎 #NoPlateauZone ⛰️

I actually stole your boxer shorts for a secretive get away.😃

I love your sense of humor and I always look forward to your wonderful layout. I need to learn about AI it will really help me with layouts which I suck at.

Thanks for putting a smile on my face and Jesus be with you in all your work.

Subject: Still Here, Still Pumping—But Life’s Been Busy! (with a Little Help from ChatGPT)

Hey everyone! 👋

Just wanted to check in and let you know I’m still alive—haven’t dropped off the face of the earth (though sometimes, it feels like it with all the changes). 🌍

Last Friday’s training was a bit of a shake-up. I normally do 1 set of SSJ (Slow Squash Jelq), followed by water pumping, and repeat that pattern: 1 set, water pumping, 1 set, water pumping, 1 set, water pumping. But last Friday, I took it up a notch by alternating more intensively. It looked like this: SSJ, water pumping, water pumping, water pumping, water pumping. Let’s just say... I was sloshed and smoked in all the best ways. 💪💦

I also took it a step further for the last three sets: I went from 2HG to 6HG. Then cranked it up on the second to last set, going from 2HG to 7HG, and finished strong with 2HG to 7HG again. Normally, I’d slap a ring on afterward to trap the blood in the ligament, but I took it to the next level. I pumped at 6HG and held it for a solid 10 minutes. Super intense, but here’s the kicker—no micro-tears, no edema. Just a clean, controlled finish. ✅

I was feeling pretty positive about that session—it was different, intentional, and aimed at shocking my lingam into a new stage of growth. Sometimes, you’ve got to throw in something new to keep pushing forward. 🔥

Now, this week’s been a bit of a challenge. My wife’s schedule shifted, so she’s working mornings, and since I work nights, I’ve been waking up later. By the time I get my Bible reading, prayer time, and some meditation or reflection in, I need breakfast, and by then, she’s getting ready to head home. So, I missed Monday and Tuesday’s P.E. sessions. I might get something in today, but I’ve been stuck in a traffic jam since 1 a.m. (it’s 4:52 a.m. now), and there’s no sign of it moving anytime soon due to a crash. If patience builds muscle, though, I’m about to be shredded. 🚗💨

Lastly, I’m wondering if any of the P.E. veterans have tips on how to fit in more sessions when time is tight. Because right now, I’m all ears. Life’s been throwing a lot of curveballs, and any advice on how to juggle all these things would be greatly appreciated. 🤔

Oh, and in case you’re wondering—yes, I’m using ChatGPT to help me write this post. Because if I’m not getting enough sleep, I might as well let tech do some of the heavy lifting! 😅

Thanks for reading, and I’ll keep you posted on how things are going.

Stay strong (and patient), 💪

You must feel great! Excellent work 👏 Sounds like you are where you should. I ALWAYS worked something else into my training by inventing new exercise this if why so many exercises are in my name.
🔥

For me i used to go to the bathroom for a few minutes and get part of the work. Do this every hour through the day will definitely give you what you need. 10 bathroom breaks for 5 minutes equals almost an hour. I also wrapped with ace bandage for all time I was out of the bathroom
🤔

At least you know how to use. I might take a class at the community College. What happens when you use it, how does it know what to write?
Thanks for reading, and I’ll keep you posted on how things are going.

God bless you my brother

Life, Logs, and the ZZ Man Experiment – PE Update from the Road 🚛💪

Hey fellas,

Just wanted to give a quick update. Life’s been busy, my time's been tighter than my jeans after a BBQ buffet, but I’ve still been keeping up with the PE journey, with a few new tricks and tweaks. Here’s what’s been going down:

📖 Growing with the Lord
  • Been diving deep with Jesus.
  • Using his One Minute Pause app by the Wild at Heart ministry and doing their programs.
    • 30 Days to Resilient
    • 20 Days to Experience Jesus
  • Genuinely life-changing.
  • If your spirit’s been running on fumes, I highly recommend it. You’ll be refueled at the soul level. ⛽✝️
  • Overall, this life is all about Jesus and keeping Him first because I was making PE and myself an idol.

🛻 Still Trucking!
  • By the grace of God, I’ve officially hit the two-year mark in the trucking world.
  • I’m prayerfully considering whether to stay with my current company or hit the road in a new direction. 🙏

🧪 Introducing: The ZZ Man Experiment
  • Got this gem from PEGym (now called The Biohacker) moderator ZZ Man back in 2020.
  • I call it “The ZZ Man Experiment” — catchy, right?
  • Not time-intensive, which is perfect for my schedule.
  • I’ll post the details if interested..
  • Result: Improved Morning Wood™ (insert dad joke: "It’s poking up like a prairie dog at a fireworks show.").
  • My focus is now on EQ instead of size. If I get thicker or longer, this is a bonus and not a goal.

📘 Learning from Matt Cook
  • Been following his advice about ejaculation frequency — aiming for once every four days.
  • Not always perfect, but hey, progress > perfection.
  • Seems to be helping… and it aligns with the whole “retain, then gain” principle.

🥕 Carrot Salad Chronicles
  • Simple recipe: shredded carrots + olive oil + apple cider vinegar.
  • Eat it between meals.
  • Good for detox and hormone health — and bonus: makes me feel like Bugs Bunny with a purpose. 🐰

🍄 Testosterone Soup (a.k.a. Fungi Fire)
  • Boiled organic white button mushrooms(shredded or diced) in filtered water (45 min–2 hrs) = mineral-rich broth.
  • Work your way from 1 tsp/day up to 1 tbsp.
  • Definitely noticing some “pep in the step” (or should I say... morning lift-off 🚀).

❤️ Wife’s Reaction...
  • When we were getting intimate, she goes, “Wow, you’re huge!” Then she laughed — but it wasn’t mocking. It was that “Hey, I’m pleasantly surprised” kind of laugh. So I’m taking that as a W. Thanks, ZZ Man. 😎
  • Also, she is starting to tell me more, "Hey, we have a date." Codeword for lovemaking.
  • At times, she will playfully grab my crotch, too. Whoa.
🚬 Nicotine Exploration (Wait, don’t light that cig yet)
  • I do not advocate smoking or vaping — seriously, don’t even think about it.
  • BUT, I have been experimenting with clean nicotine (gum/patches).
  • There are some wild benefits (focus, dopamine, etc.).
  • If you’re curious, I can drop the links to a solid 2-hour video and a deep-dive blog. Let me know.

🏋️‍♂️ Fitness Quickies (Tabata & Rebounding)
  • Tabata: 8 mins on Tues/Thurs/Sat on a rebounder.
  • Health bounce: 2–5 mins on Mon/Wed/Fri.
  • Just enough to wake the body up and get the blood moving.
  • It’s like giving your lymphatic system a high-five. 🖐️

🧪 Upcoming: Bloodwork for My Wife
  • She’s dealing with some hair loss, so we’re doing a full blood panel to check thyroid and overall health.
  • Praying for wisdom on how to best support her through this. 🙏

Final Thoughts:

Life is full, but God is faithful. PE, marriage, and spiritual growth — they’re all connected more than we realize.

So here's my word to the wise:

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 If you're married: Love your wife. Stick with her. She’s your blessing, not your burden.
💍 If you're single: Stay pure. Sex with 10 women doesn’t make you a man — a married monogamous commitment to one does.

I hope this update brings some encouragement and maybe even a chuckle or two. Keep growing, keep seeking, and don’t give up. The journey’s worth it.

With grace and gains,

Big H

P.S. I am also reminded that my wife stated that I might "score" on Father's Day.

God bless you my brother in Christ! I wish the whole brotherhood would give their heart ❤️ to Jesus! They have no idea what they're missing!

Quick Blood Test Check-In 🩸💪

Just did a comprehensive blood panel to check on some key health markers — figured it was time for a tune-up. I fasted for 14 hours beforehand to keep the results clean and accurate.

📌 PSA came back at 2.7 — which seems solid for age 53. No red flags there.

The kicker? Testosterone was 914 ng/dL 😳
Fairly and pleasantly surprised by that one!

Could be a mix of a few things: 🥕 The raw carrot salad I’ve been doing
🍵 Occasional Tee soup (though I hadn’t had it for a few days)

Either way, I’ll take it. Always good to keep tabs and see how the body’s responding. Hope this encourages someone else to check their own markers too.

Stay strong!

Congratulations my Brother you passed very nicely. I checked but it was years ago. Maybe I should get tested again. How often did your doctor say you should get these screenings?

I took the initiative to do this myself and I'm not sure what is the recommendation by doctors. You can also go to the website walk-in labs.com and you can find specials that they have for comprehensive blood tests and then you can be able to send that information to your doctor for them to check.

Most of the routine checkups should be initiated by self and not through medical recommendations. We need to be accountable for our own well-beings, not doctors and medical professionals.

I haven't been checked out in years. They always seem to send me home with more pills instead of the solution. I feel posting in the form. Is it enough of a checkup for me because I can ask you or another knowledgeable brothers what's the right way to go.

What you feel on the surface is merely hiding what's hidden below. It may appear all calm and serendipitous, but that hidden monster will emerge like a leviathan. It happened with my brother, my wife's side families, and a few of my friends.

That's the result of "healthcare" and they never get to the root of the issue. Hence, alternative medicine is starting to break through because they do its best to find the root cause.

Okay...Whoa...It's been shy of three months, and yes, I have been on a hiatus. There have been A LOT of life issues that have happened since I was away.

To recap:
  • Our family had two deaths approximately 6 to 7 months apart.
  • The second death resulted in us going to my wife's homeland to bury the relative.
  • I was asked to give the devotional at the funeral.
  • Came back to the states and had my truck for a month before it was taken away from me by the company.
  • Given another truck, which is rather meh; however, I want to be thankful rather than grumbling.
  • PE has resulted in mini-sessions when I have work days (10 minutes max if I can). I also use the Lumebox when I come home in the morning and brush my teeth before washing my face, then head to bed.
  • With my wife and I schedules differing, we schedule intimacy now.
  • Lastly, with much buyer's remorse, I threw away the SizeGenetics. No matter how I tried to work it, I could not get the device to fit properly. Thus, a costly learning experience.
Since today is a US holiday, I was able to get a 20-minute pumping session while my wife is at work.

Overall, this has been a challenging summer; however, God is still faithful.

Good to see you, brother. Life is indeed a learning experience, and when things tend to pour, simply sit back, relax, and ponder a different method to traverse the new cleansing after the downpour.

Welcome home, my brother. We were waiting for you! Stick with us and be consistent and let us know whatever help you need

Good Evening!

A lot of updates to give...so let's get to it!

No order...

- I invested in the Epic Extender and started today for 15 minutes then Lumebox for 12 minutes. In the morning, I did my manual girth exercises for 5 minutes.
- I am using the PE Exercises app to track my process now (I'm fancy )
- I took measurements, which I haven't done in a LONG time however, since I am using the app, I need to be consistent. The stats are below this post.
- I have done my best to get PE in as much as possible on work days (whether SSJ for 1 minute or a 5-minute girth routine), and I get something in. I always make sure to place the Uncle Jim wrap.
- My wife and I got intimate last week, and she normally just lies there. I don't know if the results were my early prayer for that time together, my size, or the ribbed condom (or all three ); however, she REALLY started to get into it, and I wasn't expecting this, thus I didn't last long. She told me, "Next time you've got to last longer..." She has NEVER said that before because normally we only do quickies. Okay...Challenge accepted!

Length: 17.5 cm
Girth: 12.9 cm

The app doesn't show me the flaccid or flaccid girth I measured even if it asked me for those measurements. Sigh.

Time to train the PV muscles and nerve desensitivity with jelqs. Compression jelqs and C-jelqs will help.

Compression jelqs are similar to SSJ. HOWEVER, take your weakest hand to restrict the blood flow to 90% or even 95% at the base of the penis, far into the base as you can, below the fat pad. This allows you to work the entire nerve branch to prevent missing any of the branched nerves. Most of the sensitivity tends to be near the nerve terminal, around 2in below the base of the glans. BUT the secondary sensitivity is also from 2in just above the base of the peni,s that spreads up the pubic area. This is due to the sensory nerve branches for the pubic area for moisture, and touches to protect the penis itself. Female's 4th erogenous zone, and the male's 3rd.

With the free hand, after getting about 80% to 100% erection, trap the blood volume there. You can do it erect if you can, and benefit even more. Form a C-jeql method to pressurize the sides and the upper part of the penis. By jelqing from the base to the glans, you're creating friction to desensitize the upper main nerve branch and the branched nerves along the sides. When you reach the base of the glans, rotate your grip around the base of the glans to the middle of the glans to further desensitize the terminal nerves. If you can put a secondary effort, use the ring and pinky fingers to form a circle around the tip of the glans while you rotate your grip back and forth. This maximizes or heightens the sensitivity of the tip of the glans that is responsible for the secondary premature ejaculation, similar to a female's heightened clitoris sensitivity during licking and kissing while engaging foreplay.

It's called a compression jelq because of the trapped blood and the compression performed along the penile shaft while in an expanded state. The difference is the movement of the grip and the desensitizing method.

Remember When My Wife Asked Me to Last Longer? Update: Intimacy Pillow + Science-Based PE Retool = Major Bedroom Win! 🔥

Hey Friends,

Remember when my wife straight-up asked me to last longer? Yeah, that hit me like a ton of bricks, but by the grace of God, I've gone above and beyond what I thought was possible. Our marriage bed had been getting really stale lately—we kept defaulting to the same position over and over, and it was wearing on us both. I was on the brink of despair, honestly, and I'd been praying about reigniting that spark for quite a while. 🙏

Then, just so happens (and definitely not a coincidence), I saw an ad for an intimacy pillow while scrolling late one night. Something about it just clicked—it's this wedge-shaped thing designed to support your back and make angles way more comfortable for couples. I bit the bullet and ordered one without telling my wife exactly what it was. When the package showed up, I finally shared, and she was intrigued but chill about it. 😊

Life's been hectic with our work schedules, so intimacy doesn't always line up perfectly. We have this little system, though: we tap each other on the arm with our finger as a "hey, you up for it?" signal. The other person can say yes, no, or whatever—no pressure. Well, I'd come home around 2:00 AM after a long night, but since she had the day off, around 8:30 AM she tapped me first. I tapped right back—yes, absolutely. She hopped up to hit the bathroom and get ready, and while she was gone, I grabbed the pillow, wiped it down spotless to make sure it was good to go. I even hid it under my bedroom pillow so she wouldn't spot it right away.
She comes back in, and when I brought it out, she was like, "What is that?" I said, "This is to help support your back." She was totally down for it—no hesitation. And all I can say is... WOW. That intimacy pillow made a thousand times difference. She was riding with straight-up pleasure, being quite vocal and moaning—she rarely makes sounds during sex, but this time there were gasps and little noises that showed she was really into it. And she was squeezing me tight and rearing her head up—I remember she used to do this when we were newly married in the earlier years, and she rarely does it now, so it was amazing to see her do that again. And get this—before we even started, she looked at me and said, "Make sure to last long." I'd never heard her say that before. It shocked me in the best way. 😲

By the grace of God, I held out way longer than usual—stamina on point—and she was extremely satisfied. I was too. I've also been using HeartMath breathing during our lovemaking, and I truly believe it made a big difference in helping me last longer. If you haven't researched HeartMath breathing yet, I highly recommend it—it's a simple heart-focused technique for better control and calm. 😌 Hands down, major win for our marriage bed. If you're in a rut with positions or just want to level up comfort without killing the mood, maybe look into an intimacy pillow like this. 💯

In other news, I'm retooling my PE routine big time. Done with the bro science and unproven theories—going full evidence-based, pulling from actual scientific studies on tissue expansion, recovery, and gains. I'll update you guys once I lock it in. Quick measurer: turns out my girth is sitting at 5 inches right now. Baby steps, fellas—I'm shooting for 5.1 by the end of this month (October, so about 4 weeks out). Extender sessions plus the exercise I invented (combining the LengthMaster with an elastic band), all with measured rest days and backed by the data. 📈

Anyone else using pillows or props like this with PE? How's it mesh with sensitivity or EQ? Or tips on science-backed girth routines?

Spill the beans—your stories (especially married fellas) keep me motivated.

Hey friends,

Just a quick update.

This morning, the wife was laying close to me and felt that I was hard and throbbing (I can't help it), so she gave that little tap of her finger and asked if I wanted intimacy again. I said yes, of course.

We went ahead and pulled out the pillow like last time, and get this—it was funny because she started off just talking about random things while we were getting into it.
Then all of a sudden...Bam!

She flipped the switch and got really into it.

I mean, really, really, really into it.

I was skeptical at first about the pillow, thinking maybe the first time was just a fluke and it wasn't the real deal, but after this second go?

Yeah, it's definitely the equalizer. Levels everything out in the best way.

We normally use either a soft single pillow for when we're doing missionary, or double hard-soft pillow under the curve of her back when we're doing the 4-1 position on the bed. A small fold of the blankets if I'm standing up. The cushion below below the curve of the back and the raise of the chest to neck up actually assist with the position of the vaginal wall in an optimal and heighten penetration angle. If anyone ever use the yoga pillow or the yoga lounge chair, they would understand. The pillow is a gateway to a different level of pleasure, my brother. :D

Hey MOS crew! Time for your weekly dose of PE wisdom, served with a side of laughs and a sprinkle of tech magic. This post? Crafted by my trusty AI sidekick—yep, I’ve got a digital gym buddy helping me flex my PE gains! 😄 Let’s dive in.

My AI-Powered PE Journey

I’m teaming up with some slick AI to fine-tune my regimen, and it’s been a wild ride. Think of it like having a personal trainer who never sleeps—except this one lost my last PE log and made me start from scratch! Talk about a "byte" of bad luck—guess my gains took a temporary "hard drive" crash. 😂 But we’re back, stronger than ever, tracking my 5.08-inch girth baseline toward a 5.5-inch goal. AI’s crunching the biomechanics, suggesting 5 min @ 6 Hg pump sessions, Lumebox vibes, and a weekend off to let the tunica chill. It’s like having a coach who speaks data—pretty cool, right?

What Worked This Week
  • Nailed a Friday pump with a meh seal.
  • Added the Epic Stretching Vibrator—turns out vibration’s my new BFF for blood flow.
  • Bedtime stack (ashwagandha, magnesium, the works) had me sleeping like a baby—7 hrs, 100 score!

Dad Joke Break

Why did the PE newbie bring a ladder to the forum? Because he wanted to take his gains to the next level! 🪜

Heads-Up

Lost log aside, AI’s helping me rebuild with feels over tape—EQ’s my new jam, and anxiety’s out the door. Next week? Maybe a light Epic Extender session if wood’s 3/4 or better. Stay tuned, MOS fam—I’ll keep you posted with more AI antics and progress (fingers crossed it doesn’t “delete” this one)!

Drop your tips below—let’s grow together!

  • Routine: No PE; Pre-bed (3:49 AM): 6+ min Lumebox + Epic Stretching Vibrator V2 (low continuous midshaft). Pelvic Floor Exercise app: 50+ sec session.
  • Morning Stack: Analema water + Himalayan salt, 3 drops Detoxadine, 1 scoop creatine, 2 caps NAC (1,200 mg), Rainbow Light multi (post-breakfast).
  • Bedtime (3:49 AM): 2 caps Vitacost ROOT2 KSM-66 Ashwagandha (600 mg), ½ tsp Natural Vitality Calm magnesium (~100 mg), 1 softgel VivoNu D3 + K2 (10,000 IU), 4 caps Nature's Way Alive! Vitamin C (2,000 mg).
  • Notes: AI lost prior log—restarting from scratch. Recovery focus for EQ/wood reset. Goal: +0.42 inches girth by April.

Wow. 10k IU on K2 daily dose? D3 around 5k IU? 2k mg on VitC to boost cellular immunity? Still sticking with potassium and essentials not to lose the consumed as waste?

No, the D3 is 10K (I'm Black, so I would be low). The Vit C is supposed to be 500mg. AI error.

📝 My First Two Load Days: Establishing Baseline & Finding the Protocol (10/24 - 10/25)

Hey everyone,

Just submitting my first check-in after establishing my routine. I'm following a rolling 3-day Length/Girth/Rest cycle governed strictly by Morning Erection Quality (EQ). The philosophy is a Yellow/Green Blend (Consistency over Intensity) to ensure long-term, non-injurious gains (the Palm Tree Analogy).

I'm logging everything meticulously, and every decision is cross-examined by an internal Safety Protocol based on biomechanics, vascular flow, and neurological integrity to minimize risk.

I. Day 1: Length Focus (Oct 24th)

* EQ Status: 4/4 (Full Wood) — Green Light.

* Load Goal: Tissue Creep & Ligament Detethering.

* Total Time Under Tension (TUT): 15 minutes (8 min Celestial Stretch + 7 min Extender @ 2.0 kg).

* Key Execution Note: I successfully self-corrected the Celestial Stretch position mid-session to improve ligament engagement, prioritizing 'feel' over the clock.

* Critical Physiological Signal: Pre-ejaculate was observed immediately post-session. This confirms that maximal vascular engorgement and optimal tensile strain were reached for the day's 2.0 kg load.

* Self-Correction: I skipped the post-load Rebounding Flush due to a time constraint. This was flagged as a recovery compromise and immediately corrected in the Day 2 protocol.

II. Day 2: Girth Focus (Oct 25th)

* EQ Status: 4/4 (Full Wood) — Green Light (Excellent recovery from Day 1).

* Load Goal: Vascular Expansion & Corpora Cavernosa Stretch.

* Total Time Under Tension (TUT): 6 minutes (Single Set).

* Pressure Setting: 6.0 inHg MAX.

* Protocol Setup Audit: A setup error occurred initially (straight legs/wedge too low), creating fascial restriction and leading to a minor seal leak. I corrected to the optimal position (Bent Knees/Lumbar Wedge) at 2:39 remaining. The need for a slight re-pump was a symptom of this initial posture error.

* Crucial Post-Load Result: No edema, no pain, and no discoloration. This is the key data point confirming that 6.0 inHg is the perfectly safe and effective starting baseline for my Girth Progressive Overload.

III. Recovery & Systemic Optimization

The biggest win this week was optimizing the post-load recovery stack for maximum anabolic repair:

* Post-Flush Stack: Collagen, NAC, Vitamin C, Creatine (missed morning dose), and 1 tsp Coconut Sugar.

* Rationale: The simple sugar created a small insulin spike, acting as a 'delivery truck' to push the Creatine, Collagen, and NAC rapidly into the expanded tissue for faster cellular repair and ATP replenishment.

* Flush Protocol: Completed a full 10-minute Gentle Rebounding Flush (Nude) immediately post-session to ensure maximum lymphatic drainage and waste removal.

IV. Status & Next Step

I am now on my Mandatory Fixed Rest Day. The plan is to recover completely and check my EQ on Monday morning. If it's 4/4, I will proceed with Day 1 (Length) again.

Happy training, everyone!

It looks like you have everything under control. And i'm happy you let us know what's going on. Keeping track of every little detail makes all the difference in the world. In future planning

Interesting. Using simple sugars to deliver payloads rather than a mixture of nitric oxide and creatine to optimize ATP+ADP balancing. Make sure to the data log saved and evaluate if the progressive method is linear or if there's a deviation due to systematic residual loading. Increase error rate removal at 90% confidence and compare to 95% confidence. If all flags are green in a month, and continue to be green without any error, crank the confidence level to 97% and lock that in for the foreseable future.

Reevaluate the systematic changes every 6 months to see if the body adapts. Flag any possible change as a systematic warning sign of the body either trying to adapt or permanently adopts minute changes.
