If I regularly clamp at the same place (1 inch below glance), should I switch up my clamping spot to mid shaft or near base?
Reason I am asking is because I can feel the skin and ligaments be more "worn out or stretched" in the place i often clamp. What's most optimal for growth?

Yes, do switch up the locations constantly. If you keep on clamping the same location for too long days after days, what happened is you are creating a scarred location due to constant compression.
Just by moving up half an inch to an inch every couple of days, you are allowing the tissues to decompress and restore.
Moving an inch or two up and down doesn't hurt your gains, but it does influence the areas where expansion occur to gain based on the expansion level. A couple of days of no expansions for that small segment will not cause strange expansion growths either. It's like a small holiday for that small segments to encourage cementing. It's a strange biological phenomenon.

Definitely, it will cause compression scaring and a general unevenness if used too long in one area. This should be taking as a priority for a must to have for a semetric penis.
Exactly. this will allow for a very semetrical penis. We all want to have a huge penis. If you keep it to one place the place will become a compressed. Always in pe you need a good heat source to prepare tissue for a great pe session. Now since we all want a bigger penis we should also look forward to steps to remain ready and safe should be followed since you all want the perfect penis.

Clamping is a common term used for holding blood volume up along the penile shaft. It can be anywhere between the base of the penis to the base of the glans to make a mushroom head.
The lower you the more you are hitting internal penis and the higher you go you are hitting external penis. I really do not think you should clamp, it is far too dangerous. Some men handle it but some are having issues. Consider soft clamping over hard.

I am on 5x5x3 / clamping.
I am not doing hardcore sessions / just sessions that you feel the pressure.
It took me so much to just cement 0.10' inches... it's like a war to me.
