Well its been few months now since i've been constantly doing PE, while keeping a log in my notes.
Makes no sense to not share it here with you so im starting it.

Almost 5 months of PE.

31/10/2024:

Manual Newbie routine as a warmup

Manual BS
DBS with LM ~ 10 min hard intensity Right bundle / Left bundle
BTC BS with LM ~ 10 min hard/ intensity Right bundle / Left bundle
BTC (no bundle) extreme intensity
Extreme intensity manual Expressive stretching, pulling from the base


25min hanging at night before sleep gradually adding weight until reaching 14 lbs

Silistrecher Min of 7 hours
 
Wow. Only a few months and you're at 14lbs. Easy there Hercules. 14lbs is awesome, but limit it to the first 5 to 10 minutes, and then reduce back to 1.5 or 2lbs. Don't over stress the tissues after the micro traumas from the prior hours of PE. At constant 14lbs for 25 minutes, I can see you're doing this after a full 8 hours of nothing but wraps or sleeving since the max traction you can get is around 900g of force. ADS is pushing into 2300g of force all day. Let's give the poor little guy some rest.

Hard manual Expressive stretching ( i do this because im born with a large turkey neck, so for me to do a low grip is practically impossible, my scrotum is in the way, i actually grip the shaft behind the balls firmly and push forward. I do skin stretches as well to keep everything balanced, i will eventually focus on the skin stretching more once im at the desired lentgh)


Silistretcher + 7 hours
 
Testical health massage and stretch will greatly help. Another thing you can do is retract all skin using one hand while the other stretches.
i did it in today's workout.

How do you feel about the exercise?
Im addicted now, i initially saw some micro tears from the stretches and now im thinking to get a liquid vitamin E solution to help wit the recovery process, nothing serious though.


I aslo had to change my routine, its been 4 months.

LM Bundled Stretching Upper left/right + lower left/right for 5 min each bundle, 40 mins total
Hard / Intense Straight forward stretching using LM, pulling the hidden penis out.

Silistretcher + 7 hours + Scrotum stretching and shaft stretching
 
Looks like you're hitting the penile body very hard. Do ease up a bit the moment you see micro tears and feel the "itchiness".

Im addicted now, i initially saw some micro tears from the stretches and now im thinking to get a liquid vitamin E solution to help wit the recovery process, nothing serious though.
Now, when you "saw some micro tears", are these on the outside or the appearances emerged from below the surface of the penile skin?

I aslo had to change my routine, its been 4 months.
Great job in modifying that routine. Don't stay on the same routines for too long. 2 is good, 3 is a bit too long, and 4 is definitely way too long.

LM Bundled Stretching Upper left/right + lower left/right for 5 min each bundle, 40 mins total
Hard / Intense Straight forward stretching using LM, pulling the hidden penis out.

Silistretcher + 7 hours + Scrotum stretching and shaft stretching
Good for the first 2 months. Now, bring that penis to the bottom and back of your butt cheeks for most of the workouts. You can even dedicate 5 minutes of the routine at the front using rotary cranks using the length master like brother @9.5inchpro as well. I do it every other day, cranking/contorting one directly as far as I can twist (remember the angle and force of the crank), hold for 10 to 30 seconds, and go the other way. Then follow up with directional stretches. It's part of the bundled stretches and variety of manual stretches using the length master as a application device to increase the intensity. You'll definteily understand how much more of a workout the length master can provide compared to manual hand work alone.

You can also use your outer thigh to put down one of the handle's arm, and lift the other arm far over in one direction. This focuses the full stretch along the lateral and longitudinal tissues for a powerful expressive stretch. Use the same amount of stretch for the other direction too.

Remember, only dull achy feeling from the stretches. No painful ones.

I switched to today's routine after i saw no temporary lentgh with my previous, today i saw a small increase above 21 flacid stretched and felt the stretche especially after pulling forward with the Lentghmaster.

The temporary growth is a positive sign so congratulations on that. Nothing wrong with switching things up to find the perfect routine.

This is abrasion. No worries. The worries is the below the skin and the feeling of itchiness. But topical abrasion is common. Protect the skin more with a bit of denser wrapping. It could also be caused by adhesive if you are using sticky tape.

As DLD states, you just gain your tissue plasticity potential growth. Time to open the flood gate of growth. Keep using the routines you are using, and switch things up in intensities every two weeks. Then keep the body guessing with changes of routines every 4 weeks to 6 weeks. Keep us posted.

Skipped yesterday, i was low on sleep and tired, also noticed that whenever i skip sleep the stretched flaccid lentgh tends to pull back a little bit.

Im trying to stay away from DBS and BTC for sometime until my penis get used to this current routine.
 
Just a suggestion on my side, when you do feel a dull achy feeling from the existing pull up-down-side-to-side, add one more set for 5 minutes BTC at a low to moderate intensity to pull those ligaments in a different stress vector as you sit and push your butt outwards.

As you can see i took two days off, life was in the way.
I switched back to the intense routine, this time adding twisting more the bundled stretches.

I aslo got a question, when stretching forward, the only parts stretched i can feel with my hands are the muscles ( i guess) that sit between the anus and the scortum, where the internal penis meets the pubic bone, and they get stretched the hardest.
Shouldn't it be the ligs that get stretched the most? or did i stretches everything and now its the muscles turn?

Twisted more this time
Glad your doing bundled stretches. When you stretch forward you are stretching all parts of the penis from the shaft right to the pubic bone
