Routine feedback

I'd like opinions on my routine. After my warmup.

10 minutes expressive stretch with the length master.
5 mins rest
10 minutes regular stretch. 1 min stretch going up, down, left, right.
5 minutes rest
10 minutes bundled stretch. Complete counter clockwise turn and hold. 1 min stretch going up, down, left, right.
5 minutes rest.
10 minutes bundled stretch. Complete clockwise turn and hold. 1 min stretch going up, down, left, right.

Uncle Jim's wrap until bed.

What are your thoughts on this?
 
5 minutes of rest may cool the internal tissues to much. Observe between 2 vs 5 minutes. During 2 minutes, there are quite a bit of tissue regression occuring if it doesn't go to the next routine.

If it works for 5 minutes of break, go for it. But do try only 2 minutes for a test out.

Letting go of the wrapping before bed time is good. Best to be active in monitoring the blood flow.
