@collosaltitan....You might actually be right. Maybe that is the reason why I'm not growing. I've read in other forums that gentle stretching brings success. Gently longer and longer and longer. If you stretch too hard, the penis will fight back and turtle. I don't know what's right either. I've read SRT but still don't know how hard to pull. How hard should i pull? I don't want to tear my cock off either.

I read furter that you should even sleep with the Sili Stretcher on SRT? Is that right? What about the glans ?
Doesn't it do any damage overnight?

Sorry for my questions, but i will gain after this 1000 of hours. I want 0,75 inch to reach 8 inch and i will believe, that PE works. If you wish, you can sende me proof picture- before and after. That helps me a lot to stay here and keep doing pe.

Its not as complicated as you think . Do you stretch other muscles of your body , like hamstrings , calves ? Go stretch your hamstrings and focus on how it feels . You go slow at first , and tune into that muscle , focus on it . Listen to your body and see how much force you need to stretch those hamstrings . You don't just force your legs to do the splits . Then try some other muscles . Its the same thing stretching your penis as other muscles . Over time you will get a feel for how much force you need .

@Ichotolot you are not listening to me at all.
You are talking about gentle stretching. That will give you slow growth or no growth at all.
You need to stretch with intensity to grow.

0,75 inch you can get really fast with LengthMaster 3.

I have been trying to do bundled stretches each morning before putting on the PF. (I think I read this is just 1 twist and pull.) I want to get use to it before i get the LM3 next week. I am using the 5 direction you mentioned in your old post, i think last May or before.

1. Has anyone had success with just bundled stretches only?
2. How hard can I pull? It seems like quite a bit, but I would prefer not to get hurt.
3. Any other newbie recommendations to get ready for the LM3?

I think I read this is just 1 twist and pull.
When you progress you will be able to get in more rotations. Nothing can prepare you for the intensity, you can get with LengthMaster 3. There is nothing like it.

As hard as you can. But be safe about it, and increase the intensity progressively as you progress during your length gain journey.

You need to increase the intensity progressively to not stop gaining, and not get stuck in a plateau.

If you were to start again, what would you do to achieve maximal gains? What would your routine look like in the first month? And for the second month? And so on... How would you progress towards your goal?

For example, my current stats are: BPEL - 5 inches and EG - 5 inches. My goal is to reach a BPEL of 8 inches and an EG of 6 inches.

Is my goal unrealistic, or can it be achieved? Based on your experience, how long might it take (worst case and best case scenarios)?

This will be a lot of information. It will not be complete. I'm working on a guide (don't know when it's finnished).

The first I would do would be to get LengthMaster 3 faster. Immediately I would say. Skip stretching with your hands. But I think stretching with my hands and learning everything completely helped me a lot. With this approach you will also increase the intensity progressively.

1 hour each day for 1 month.
Start with hands, Bundled stretches, bundled stretches around a fulcrum device like the broomstick. Reached 1 Inch increase...proceed doing downward bundled stretches with LengthMaster 3. Hold each stretch for 5 minutes in order to maximize elongation and amount of bundles/rotations.

It's practically this progression.
Abbreviations down below:
DBS (Downward Bundled Stretches).
BTC-BS (Behind The Cheeks-Bundled Stretches).

I recommend this progression:
Start with lengthwork only. If you have time you can do girthwork with SRT 5X5X3 as well. Always do length work before girthwork. Not the other way around. It's hard to stretch when you have, temporary expansion in girth of your penis.

Here are the progression steps:
  1. Newbie routine (watch the: MOS DVD).
  2. Newbie routine, with only bundled stretches.
  3. Newbie routine doing bundled stretches with a fulcrum device (broomstick, Power Assist 2). Transition as fast as you can to these kind of stretches. Here is an example: Broomstick routine. You could also follow the Phases in the MOS DVD.
  4. When newbie gains of ~ 1 Inch have been reached, start using LENGTHMASTER 3. I recommend this device in order for you to, increase the intensity exponentially, in order to not get stuck in plateaus.
  5. If you prefer you can get the LENGTHMASTER 3 immediately, and skip step 1 through 4.
  6. If bundled stretches are mastered in the Newbie routine, progress to DBS with LENGTHMASTER 3. If not bundled stretches are mastered in the Newbie routine, you need to do the newbie routine with LENGTHMASTER 3, before you proceed. Do this newbie bundled routine for ~ 1 month before going to step 7.
  7. Do DBS, and when they are fully exhausted, transition to BTC-BS. Don't transition to fast. Stay on BTC-BS until you have reached your end goal in length. There are many ways to increase the intensity exponentially in BTC-BS. This exercise is the one that will increase your length the fastest, if you have the correct amount of intensity.
This progression above is optimized to increase your length the fastest. There is no other device then LENGTHMASTER 3 that can facilitate these kind of fast gains. Everything has to do with bundled stretches. They are superior to everything else.

Also remember to always apply the healing part of the; SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory.

If you follow this progression you will gain big.

Extremely realistic goal. But there is hard work involved. For me it was obsession.

Once i reach my length and girth goal (ex. Length 8 inches, girth 6 inches) how permanent will the gains be? Will there ever be a point in which i can stop doing this all together? Or do i have to continue to do these stretches in order to keep my results?

When you cement your gains it will be permanent.
They recommend you to go 0.5 Inch past your length goal (in BPEL) in order to cement your length fully.

Because if you stop immediately, there is a big chance that you will loose like 0.5 Inch with time (This info comes from @hugh-girth and @DLD).

After you have reached your goal of 8.5 Inch Bone Pressed Erected Length you can stretch for a little bit longer, at least give stretching 1 year. But I belive 1.5 year are more suitable for most people.

It all depends on how far you are able to progress and elongate and loosen up tunica albigunea (and the other tissue). There will also be cell division involved in the growth process. But how your body are growing is nothing you ever need to think about. But nutrition/food, sleep, and healing (use SRT healing) are very important to see good progress with your penis enlargement program.

But in order to cement and gain the fastest I recommend bundled stretches as well. Stretching your penis with regular stretches will not be enough to gain fast for the majority of your length gain journey.

In some parts of your program you need to incorporate bundled stretches in order to increases the intensity progressively. You want this in order to not get stuck in plateaus where you stop gaining.

They are called bundled stretches because your goal is to bundle up as much tissue as possible, and then stretch all that. In this way you will elongate and stretch out more tissue in comparison to regular stretches.

If you can afford LengthMaster 3 that would be your best tool of making this process as fast as possible.

We call this type of penis enlargement: Maintenence.
That is: You stretch more seldom and not as hard, like once per week in order to make sure you will cement/make permanent your goal length of 8 Inches BPEL. It's also nice to see that temporary elongation after a session, it's extremely addictive. 😁

I have always been afraid of loosing gains, so I understand your concern FULLY. But I'm not afraid anymore once I have seen, that my gains are now cemented fully. But I will never stop penis enlargement either (will always have some kind of maintenance program in place), so my worries are not there any longer.

But to your question.

Your gains will be permanent. But you need to stretch for a while in order to make sure they are permanent. When it comes to girth it's a little bit diffrent. Even there you need to expand past your end goal in order to cement your girth.

The golden rule in penis enlargement:
Temporary gains leads to permanent gains with time and effort.

Also I recommend that you progress as fast as you can into bundled stretches (📹 Explanation of bundled stretches). You can start with your hands and progress from there. It's important to increase the intensity exponentially as you progress.

Reverse kegels are also super important in order to stretch your entire tissue (shaft, inner tissue, inner penis and ligaments).
You should not be afraid of stretching your ligaments and inner penis hard. I have been stretching my ligaments hard, mainly what we are focusing on are Fundiform and Suspensory. And I have no bad side effects form this.
My penis is just ticker and longer. 🙂

Bundled stretches will also increase the tickness (also some girth) of your penis, especially when you progress into: Behind The Cheeks-Bundled Stretches, Expressive Stretches (grip at the base/attachments at the base ) and 5 minutes holds (each stretch are 5 minutes long).

5 minute holds are also superior in order to maximize the temporary elongation after a length session. And you want this maximized.

Your brain will make sure you are stretching with optimal stretching force. It's hard to explain how hard you can stretch to gain fast, but what I will say is that you need to "dig into" your inner penis and ligaments in every strech you do. Ligaments will retract, so there is no danger in stretching them hard.

I read an interesting resarch paper on this previously (related to ligaments), I hope I can find that again so I can share that here.
They where talking about the functions and properties of ligaments, and how they where able yo retract fully when not stretched past a certain limit.
You do not need to be scared of stretching your ligaments and inner penis with full stretching force.

I tried to pull off my penis with LengthMaster 3, but I was not able to. This analogy tells you how hard I was stretching.
But be careful. You need to build up your intensity (stretching force...and other things) in order to get to max intensity. This process to get to maximum stretching force can take many months to get into.

In the beginning it can also be hard to fully relax into the stretch with reverse Kegels. Becouse you are not used to your penis being stretching past it's "safe zone".

Reverse Kegels
are done naturally when urinating, but also if we would imagine someone else would get hold of our penis and pull it.
This would be the worst case scenario for our penis. Then you would automatically do extremely hard Kegels (not reverse Kegels = allow your penis to be stretched), in order to protect your penis and inner penis. There is more tissue inside of your body then outside your body. This exist in order to support your penis when you have a 100% erection. Without this inner structure it would not work.

Look here at our wonderful inner penis (from the underside). Look at how much tissue you see here.

Imagine you are stretching your penis down and back (to the right in the picure above), behind your ass and between your legs. There will not be any limitations of how much you can stretch your penis.

When you are not able to stretch your inner penis with the same intensity any longer in Downward Bundled Stretches.

This is a good point and I think that when we do any LM work, we should expose as much internal penis as possible to get the best results.
