you getting good length results from the Mity?
Constantly getting over 8 inches when in the tube, though it has yet to materialize when out of the tube.

I believe it’ll get to over 8 inches outside the tube as well once I have started using my MityVac more consistently again. Had a long break from pumping you see, and only started pumping again a couple of days ago.

Though my flaccid already, after only two sessions with the MityVac, hangs both lower and fuller 24/7. Will report back in December when I have been pumping consistently and taken new measurement then.

One last question- when in the tube how much extra length are you getting. Just cause I don’t know your current length

Hey guys I’m new to pumping. Looking to get the mityvac here soon. My current erected length is 6.75 inches and 4.75 inches in girth. What size do you recommend for length and girth?

I'm a bit more than 1/2" from maxing-out the length of my 9" MityVac (seems like I've been stuck here for over a year)

Problem is, you're lacking the buffer space at the top. Even though you still have 0.5in at the top, that extra buffer space to allow pulling pressure is required. Normally, around 1.5in of buffer space is needed. Optimal buffer space is around 2in. This is even more essential for the water pumping.

wow! I have never considered this...can you tell me how 'buffer space' works?

since I've been 'plateau'd for so long, I'd say the BM for temporary girth...I've been stuck at 8 1/4' and 6 3/4' for what seems like forever. perhaps I've just reached my physical limit?

Let's tackle two fronts. Our brother @9.5inchpro may be in the same predicament as you are, where both of you are hitting a hard limit plateau. I've posted a discussion about this after talking to my colleagues on his log page:

We can go into greater detail where you find a bit of info-lacking.

As for the buffer space, there are three parts to this. First is the buffer space around the penis, that means the spacing between the shaft and the cylinder's wall. Without the extra space around it, the negative pressure cannot pull the internal soft tissues apart to break through the cross-linked or toughened fibrous meshes that are your tunica and septum that make up the blood chambers. The same is true for the head buffer space. If you're only having 0.5in of head buffer space, there's a lack of pressure air volume, or even fluid volume, to pull against your penile structure. Think of the air vacuum volume like an invisible hand that's pulling on your penis. The smaller volume of air slightly around the penile shaft and a larger buffer volume at the top create less pull than the larger volume around the penis and larger head buffer space. The trick is find a balancing air ratio between the penile shaft to the cylinder wall vs the volume buffer space between the top of the glans to the top of the cylinder wall. The ratio should be around 1 to 3.5 or more. Make sure to always pump at the highest erection possible, and keep the erection going.

Second to buffer around it is heat. Heat plays a very critical role in making the tissue layers pliable and malleable. Without heat, the tissues remain cool and dense without proper expansion.

Third is the weakening of the tissues. You already know the game long enough where you have to soften the tissues before lengthening and expanding. Otherwise, you're trying to expand cool and thick tissue walls. The best comparison to this is trying to inflate a hard, thick inner tube rather than a stretched and loose balloon.

Those who are engineers and fluid mechanic specialists will be hammering on this subject.

I believe this plateau is as a result of the absence of manual girth work. I recall vividly one time you said you only pump, no manual girth work.

Add manual girth work and you will break this plateau.

I can understand the dynamics of force/object, but the idea of a buffer-ratio is quite intriguing. If I were to aim for that elusive 9" mark, would I need a 12" cylinder to meet that ratio?
My routine (if you could call it that) consists of 15-20 minutes wrapped in a heating pad (cylinder included), light manuals/strectches and then 20-30 minutes in the cylinder at 12hg, 22 days per month on average. I also do 10-15 minutes with my BM in the shower 3-4 times each week.

Correct. I actually have 5 cylinders, but tossed the old ones because of damaged base rims. When my penis was at 6in, I had 9in cylinders. When my penis started to reach 7in, 9in tall cylinders are still usable, but I prefer the 12in tall cylinders instead. Each cylinder has at least 0.35in spacing between penis skin-to-cylinder wall. You want the buffer space around the penis enough for the penis to move up and down. Even with 35% penile girth expansion, you still want enough movement by lubrication and or by fluid movement.

The greatest benefit is the pulling and tugging from the dynamic force at the top. The pressure turbulence is what you're looking for. Just like the piston of the internal combustion engine, the force pressure is greatest during compression and expansion. The push and pull of the buffer space make or break your lengthening or expansion of the penile body. If your penis is trapped in a tight cylinder without the buffer spacing around and above the penis, something has to give. That is your glans and the blistering from the overpressurization effects.

This is just my suggestion, but wrap the heating pad around the penis on bare skin to increase the tissues directly through induction. Once you pump, you can keep the tissue warm by wrapping it around the cylinder by means of convection.

By the way, 12inHg is crazy high if you're using it all that time. Try a dynamic pressure approach. Go moderate at first for a few minutes at 7inHg, then increase to 12inHg for a few minutes, drop down to 8inHg for a few minutes, then back up at 11inHg for a few minutes, down to 8inHg for a few minutes, up to 10inHg for a few minutes, and back down to 6inHg for the finale. Whenever you can, keep that penis load with blood through hard erection. This will be the better approach.

But without the SSJ, horse jelq, double Slammer downward jelq to get internal pressure up normally, pumping alone will not help. You've gone through this many years already, and you are a master at it. But it's time to experiment with new approaches to see if you can gain instead of the old methods that cause plateaus.

I dared to go to the naturist beach once or twice but I saw that I had a bag much smaller than other men is that for a woman it is the size is very important if ever a man she is 2 cm long when he is cold and 2 cm wide

@Toutdoudou I went to various nudist beaches in the past as well, and bathhouses or hot springs all over the world where all sexes were welcomed. This was both indoor and outdoor. If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
