Newbie progress Start of my PE journey and adding supplements

I don’t have very much knowledge when it’s comes to PE. I’m sure the experts here can help you out though.

I believe the H₂O 💧pumping I did with Bathmate previously, increased my glans size somewhat. I would not be surprised if LengthMaster 3 work, also can increase the size. But I have not validated this with measurements. I also belive this, 📹 Penis Elongation Wrap will help.

The entire penis girth will increase with girthwork.
It looks like increasing the glans size, is harder then the rest of the penis.

@Bigcrew also have a method where he use 2 cock rings. You find his picures in the 🖼️ Album section.
If I'm not mistaken he have increased his glans size with these two cock rings. He will probably see this message.

My answer to your concerns above (post #56).
A penis elongation wrap (or: Sleeve or SiliStretcher) will cement/make permanent your length gains, and also increase your flaccid length.

If you only keep your penis hanging without an elongation method (Penis Elongation Wrap, Sleeve or SiliStretcher) you will experience slower gains, or no gains.

The reason for this is because with elongation of the tissue, you prevent your tissue from shrinking together (turteling) into itself.

With time this elongation technique will result in flaccid length and erect length. Imagine a ballon you blow up with air to it's limit, and it's being stretched out. With time it will become bigger and bigger, due to the rubber being stretched. But if you let the air out, it will not be stretched out or become bigger.

If we take the analogy to girthwork.
A cock ring is a knot we put on our ballon to keep it expanded. With time the rubber in the ballon gets loosen up. It's the same with the penis, but instead of the rubber we have Tunica albigunea.

It has to do with Mitosis Cell Division (Here you find information about that: Cell Division - Mitosis and Meiosis | Ask A Biologist).

It's really hard to explain...but trust me this method works. I started at 5 Inch bpel and I'm now way above 8 Inch bpel just by stretching my tissue, and always keeping my tissue elongated during the day.

And yeah I read up on your journey and it hasn’t even been a year yet for you. Quite amazing but I also see you’ve put A LOT of work into PE. 3” erect gain and still more to go. I’d be beyond happy with 2” in a year. You’re definitely goals. Keep it up 👍🏻

It becomes so easy if we think about our penis like a balloon. This is the reason you may or may not get the length you desire inside the cylinder when you start using a penis pump. Your penis expands in all directions like a balloon. 🎈

A recommendation is to keep everything simple and effective.

Welcome to the brotherhood pal! A suggestion I can make for you is to drop the l-arginine and replace it with L-citrulline as l-arginine is broken down in the kidneys before it can be absorbed by the body. And drop the collagen as there are multiple studies showing that it doesn't aid in collagen synthesis or anything for that matter.

Been a week and a day now since starting my PE journey. Starting to become obsessed with it. Doing 2 a days for the time being and added in BTC bundled stretching for 2 minutes at the end of length work. Then I do some girth work in the shower with the mityvac.

1. I’ve got a couple questions though. Once gains have been made are they permanent? Or will I lose them once I reach my goal and decide to stop doing PE. Is it like working out and you have to keep doing it or else you’ll verbally lose your gains?

2. What is the all around best stretch for gaining length the faster? Is it BTC bundled with the length master? And if so how do you create tension, do you pull down towards the ground and then towards your feet?

Consistency will lead to permanent gains as new collagen is formed in the tunica tissue. Anecdotally people have found that the longer you have the gains the more permanent they become. However it is recomended that you do some maintenance to keep your penis healthy. So lets say you hang and pump 5 times a week, you'd go down to lets say 2 times a week.

Gaining length will be fastest with the lig stretches which are down and BTC stretches as ligaments are easier to stretch. Hanging or LM work will do both of those for you. They will also stretch the tunica tissue over time.

5D-BTC-BS is the most powerful exercise for length gains.


Go 0.5 Inch past your end goal. Also doing bundled stretches will cement your length gains better. Because tunica albigunea are permanently stretched out and elongated more efficiently.

You said you added 2 minutes of bundled stretching at the end of length work. If I understand correctly, you are currently doing the length master newbie routine for the first 30 days. It is a bundled routine. All the length master exercises are done in a bundled state.

If you gain 2.5 inches in length and then you stop PE completely, you will lose half inch. So go half inch passed your length goal.

For girth, once it's cemented, you don't lose anything.

Your second question, you are currently doing the newbie routine. All length master stretches works perfectly. They are all done in a bundled state.

After 30 days of doing the downward bundled stretches, you will change routine.

You have no worries.

I understand now. Yes there is going to be some girth gains mostly at the base.
 
Can definitely tell a difference in eq quality. I take a scoop before I pump and a scoop before my regular workout.

Took 2 days off from PE because of how sore my ligaments felt. Started back today and felt great.

Since January 3rd I have been sticking to the routine of going commando, LM noobie routine, 5x5x3 girth work and taking my supplements.
I haven’t measured since it’s only been 2 weeks and I didn’t want to measure till 3-4 months out. But I woke up and my penis looked noticeably bigger in the flacid state as far as girth goes. I decided to mess around and measure girth since I’m just doing it for fun while in the shower and don’t mind what kind of gains I make. My penis is 0.5” bigger in girth, completely flacid. Any idea how this can be? There’s no way I could have grown that much in the length of time I’ve been doing this (2 weeks). Anyone know what it could be? It’s not tender or anything like that. Last time I pumped was almost over 24 hours ago. I’ve measured over and over to be sure. What could it be? Once again, completely flacid.

Awesome! If I had to guess, you still have some of the effects from pumping? I notice the size difference from pumping for a day or little longer. Especially if I get after the pumping, which I normally do.
Question, how do I view your picture on a IPhone? It opens and nothing is there.

hey morgan what is your newbie routine because I just started at January 1st and I've been sticking to the exercises on the video thread and nothing else because I'm in an area where I can't buy equipment so I'm hoping for good gains I've been praying though too i thank @DLD for making this possible
 
to think it was about 2 years ago when I began to search for ways to do penile enlargement I tried everything research went to every site t but I couldn't find anything then I finally found mos on January 1st which really was a game changer for me, was mos made by 2 years ago back then because if it was I couldn't find it

also please I need you guys help there is something wrong yesterday I finished an intense bundled stretch and found that part of my fors skin at the side of my p*nis was over stretched and it felt painful and uncomfortable and it prevented me from doing much exercise what should I do should I continue as normal or is there something else I should do
