Another really great exercise is the ball and lig stretch. This can produce results on which immediately.LM3 and Mityvac pump. Warming up in front of a heater and doing the length newbie routine with the length master( Am & PM). Then after doing girth work 5x5x3 with the Mityvac. Putting on hydrocortisone and vitamin E after my sessions. Then letting that set in and wrapping while elongated for the rest of the day. One thing I’m missing that I need to add is the MOSred.

You will gain faster if you add Ball & Lig Stretches to your program. You need more skin to grow the shaft longer. Also you don't want balls that are pushed up, and forward when you get an erection.What does this help with besides flacid hang? Not too worried about that at this moment. Maybe later down the line. Really just want erect gains for the time being but I’m sure that’ll change eventually

ExactlyStop counting rotations is my suggestion. Just enjoy the process of optimization, progression, growth and the process of maxing out LengthMaster 3.

Hold off from measuring for at least 6 months. This way you see true growthStill going at it! About a month and a half into PE journey. Really been wanting to measure but I know to hold off for at least 4-6 months. Can’t see any gains with my eyes but it’s only been a month

It’s going great! Easier getting started with the LM after and better hang right after ball and lig stretch
I'm sorry for your accident.Still going at it. 2 months into PE. Trying not to measure till the 6 month mark at least.
Injured my shoulder in a snowboard accident and have to have surgery but still able to pull with the LM with my other arm.
Hoping for at least an 1” in length by 6 months.

Also to prevent the foreskin from bleeding I put on Magnesium Carbonate on my penis before applying theraband.
My foreskin was bleeding multiple times (not the ureter), but when I started to apply Magnesium Carbonate, the bleeding in my foreskin never happend again. Some tips for you.
Also the second handlebar is a gamechanger. The handle/broomstick will also prevent the chamber from tilting forward, and also make the clamp down more secure.

In my opinion there is no reason to stay 20 minutes inside the chamber.Haha sounds like you were pulling pretty hard!
Luckily my clamp down is pretty tight so I don’t get any slippage. My glands kinda start to turn blueish purple once I get close to my 20min mark but that’s pretty normal for me.

When you get to the highest intensity, you can't stretch for 20 minutes without a break, especially when holding each stretch for 5 minutes.Good advice! Maybe I’m just lucky but I don’t have any loss of feeling or anything like that at the 20 min mark and the blood return pretty quick. I’ll remember around 13 min for the future just in case tho
