15.11.23- Did 5h22mins of max traction(2800 grams)extending yesterday, also did bundled stretches for 10 mins two times yesterday as well for a total of 20 mins, 1 mins hold bundled stretches in 5 directions.

Finished the day off with the 5x5x3 doing 3x1 mins sets of SSJ’s and 3x5 mins hardcore pumping and my libido and erections just keeps on getting harder and better. All in all a very effective and good day of PE.

My flaccid penis is just looking longer and thicker day by day which I take as a good sign of future erect gains to come.

My goal is to weigh 93kg's or 205lbs in the morning with visible abs.

You should measure yourself with InBody270. It's the best way to measure your body composition in a safe way. It's 1000 times better then a scale.

You also measure the visceral body fat with this device. This device is 98,6% validated against a DEXA-scan. You can really see what's going on inside your body. You also see your skeletal muscle mass and much more.

Thank you for the compliment brother, much appreciated. I promise you it’s really worth it being this lean as I’m still gaining both strength and muscle size despite me doing IF. Setting new PR’s almost every workout.

Though must admit it’s a struggle gaining weight for me due to me working out so frequent and going for long walks with my dog, so I just ordered me a couple bags of weigth-gainer to make me gain weight a bit faster. Hopefully.

Just Googled InBody270, too bad it’s way out of my price range so need to find a gym or some other place that has it, would have been awesome to get a proper reading and analysis of my body composition.
 
16.11.23- Did 5h00mins of extending yesterday at full traction and did two 10 mins rounds of bundled stretches spread out during the day for a total of 20 mins.

Did not do my pumping though as I had only slept 2 hours the night before so was too exhausted to get the 5x5x3 done. But will definitely do my best to get it done today.
 
On a sidenote, I haven’t been pumping the last few days due to lack of energy in the evening though on Tuesday I’ll finally get my evening 10mg Ritalin booster dose which should provide me with that extra little kick of energy to get the pumping done everyday as well.

Going for both length and girth now as I really, really want to have that HUGE penis by the time I turn 41 on the 15’th of June next year.
 
Just finished doing the newbie routine with the Lengthmaster 3 and it felt really good to be honest. Will incorporate it into my routine again doing it 1-2 times per day. Took me about 24 mins in total including warm-up and ball & lig stretches.

Kept my Infrared lamp on and in front of my package during the whole routine, worked like charm.

By the way, Ball & Lig Stretches are essential for growing your penis out. Neglecting them are a bad decision. You will see faster gains and a lower and longer flaccid hang after doing them. I highly recommend you doing them. Also you will create more room for doing bundled stretches. These stretches are so important.

Sounds like a good plan brother, really wish I had a sauna at home too. Maybe one day I’ll buy a Infrared, portable sauna since I love taking cold showers and it would be awesome to switch between the cold and the heat.

I too do reccommend ball & lig stretches, just did them again for 5 mins before my Lengthmaster 3 session.
 
20.11.23- Did 5h00mins of extending yesterday, 1 round of hand held bundled stretches before I finally pulled out the Lengthmaster 3 again and did one round of the @squirt_inducer_man newbie routine.

Just did the newbie routine with the Lengthmaster 3 again for two rounds, warmed up with 5 mins of ball & lig stretches before my first round of the newbie routine, then a 5 mins break to restore blood flow in front of my IR lamp and then did a second round of the newbie routine. Took me about 45-50 mins in total so will be doing it this way from now on.

Just got my finger out off my ass, so to speak, and did 20 mins of bundled stretches with my Lengthmaster 3. Did 5 directions 1 mins hold stretches first bundled to the left then bundled to the right.

Did straight down, straight up, to the left, to the right and straight out for a total of 20 mins. Feels so good knowing that I’ve done it so just gotta keep on doing them. Now I’ve gotta keep it going and do my pumping later tonight as well.

Decided that I’m going beast-mode until the 1’st of July next year and then just stick to doing a maintenance routine with a bit of extending and pumping.

Did not do the 5x5x3 as I simply was too exhausted after shoveling snow, cleaning my house, walking 17.000 steps, reading my Holy Bible, practicing German and working out for 1,5 hours.

What I have decided to do from today on is to do my Lengthmaster 3 session in the morning and then do the 5x5x3 right after that and then wear a cock ring for 30 mins before I put on my extender again.

Sitting here with my extender on right now after a long early morning walk with my dog and just drinking a cup of coffe and writing on here before I’ll do the LM3 and pumping session. Combining the both will take me like 1 hour and 15 mins then giving me the rest of the day to get in as much extending as possible.

24.11.23- Did 2h26mins of extending yesterday, was all I managed and had the energy to get done. Also did 20mins total of Lengthmaster 3 bundled stretches and the 5x5x3 so made up for doing less extending that way.

Will get more extending in today and LM3 stretches and the 5x5x3 despite over sleeping, have said I’m going beast mode so that’s exactly what I’m going to do. Going to turn my daily rhythm around and get up at 04.00 AM from now on as that used to be my wake-up time before. Love it when I manage to wake up before most people do, feels like a victory.
 
25.11.23-Did 4h40mins of extending, 20 mins bundled stretches with the LM3 and the 5x5x3.

Have decided to start taking Sundays off from PE, starting next Sunday, as I’ve already started extending this early morning. Have also decided to start working out on Monday, Wedenesday and Friday having a day off inbetween every workout and the whole weekend off.

Really looking forward to training smarter as I’ve been working out everyday now for about 1 whole year, though I gotta come to terms with me getting older and needing more rest days since I go all out on every workout.

Much of the reason for taking Sundays off from PE is mostly a religious one, as even God rested on the 7’th day and also because I think it’s good with one day off from PE a week.
 
Have forgotten to mention that I ALWAYS do ball & lig stretches for 5-10 mins in front of my IR lamp before doing my Lengthmaster 3 routine. It’s such a good warm-up preparing everything for an intense LM3 session.

Was so tired doing my stretches and 5x5x3 as I have been up all night, zero sleep, as I’m preparing to wake up at 03.30 AM from tomorrow morning.
Used to wake up that early in the past for several months, and it feels so powerful and good just getting out of bed before everyone else. Feels like I’ve achieved something good waking up that early.

Also I need to be up this early when my parents comes to visit on Tuesday, getting my LM3 and 5x5x3 session done before they wake up. Besides that it feels good knowing I have done my 1,5 hour long session in the early morning and not having to think about it for the rest of the day.
