I must admit though that it’s quite hard getting the Thera-band really tight onto my penis though I believe I get it tight enough as I really feel the stretch in my inner penis as well, almost feels like I’m going to pull my penis off of my body.
Do you put the Thera-Band® on a roll to make it easier to wind it on your penis.
I use 2 pieces and the first pice (the smaller one), I put on the paper roll from the PENIS WRAPPING TAPE, in order to get the first layer smooth.
That is: I wind the Thera-Band® from the paper roll.

The second Thera-Band® piece I do not have on a roll. I'm just stretching that to make it as smooth as possible. The second Thera-Band® isn't as long as the first piece.

Dimensions of the THERABAND pieces:
The firstly applied: 6 cm x 23 cm (~ 2.4" x 9").
The second applied: 8,5 cm x 17 cm (~ 21.6" x 6.7").

Ok, I understand will find a fitting roll and give it a go. Will also cut my Thera-band to more fitting pieces as I now have just folded it length wise making it a double layer of the same length(20 cm length 6 cm wide).

Also as you can see from my wrapping picture I have very little foreskin that’s why it’s always retracted/pulled back though I’m not cut, just little foreskin as said. Hope this won’t hinder me in gaining.
I don’t think it will as I really feel the pull and stretch in my whole penis and have a longer and fuller flaccid hang all day long even without the Silisleeve on.
 
Did my split routine yesterday as well. 4x5 min of straight down, bundled stretches once in the AM and once in the PM.
Wore my Silisleeve for an hour or two afterwards. All in all a good day of PE.

Though must say the AM routine is somewhat easier and more fun to get done compared to the PM one as I’m so tired then after a very long and active day as always but still I just strap down and do it as I WILL reach 9.5x6.5 inches.

This is the mindset you need. It doesn't matter how we feel. We do what we are supposed to do, and have promised ourself. The future will be wonderful if we keep the dicipline going. Not always easy.

Yeah, exactly, what else are we supposed to do? It’s already just become a part of my M.B.D lifestyle as I get a guilty conscience if I don’t do it.

Meditation twice a day, long walks with my beloved Cane Corso bitch, 1 hour grueling workouts everyday, stretching the muscles, cold showers and twice a day PE all for the betterment of my M.B.D.

And yes, I will do my best to cement those gains, not completely sure how to do it though guess I’ll just have to keep on PE’ing for a while to make those gains permanent. Though if you got any tips or pointers on how to cement I’m all ears.
 
Did my split routine yesterday as well 4x5 min of straight down bundled stretches with my beloved LM3. Wore my Silisleeve for an hour or two afterwards.

I’ve found the thickest sleeve to be just a tiny bit too big for my penis head making it retract a little into the sleeve though the second thickest one makes my penis head turn blue after about 30 min of wearing it so I put that sucker over a Gillette shaving cream can for about 8 hours hoping it’ll be wide enough now to not make my penis head turn blue.

Also, I’m contemplating just doing one routine a day and just do the whole 40 min of stretching in one sitting, though I kinda like doing the split routine so have to ponder on that for a little while or just try it out today. Time will tell.

Girth I believe can be diffrent for diffrent people. I kept all my girthgains (EG) from Bathmate pumps (I only did regular downward Jelq's). I did just stop. I believe I had newbie gains with Bathmate as well.

But I believe girthwork is somwhat more tricky, because at least with Bathmate pumps, I experienced the temporary gains last a really long time, and when you do girthwork every day, you can belive the TEMPORARY gains are permanent.

To take a correct measurment you should stop girthwork for some days and then measure your EG.

This was my program:
5 minutes in Bathmate pump, and 3 minutes Jelq's. x 3 sets.
Sometimes I went with 10 minutes in the pump on my last set.

But as I know now, the Girth Program: 5x5x3 is the only program you should do for girth.

But If you are consistent, your gains will cement themselves.

If your gains are cemented/permanent you will not lose it. For this reason I can never go back to; BPEL: 5". It's cemented a long time ago.

Did my routine yesterday in one sitting doing 8x5 min downward, bundled stretches with my LM3. I’ve decided to do it like this for now though might switch it up in the future, doing a split routine again.

Afterwards I wore my Silisleeve for 2-3 hours though even after having it on the shaving cream bottle for several hours to widen it, it’s still a bit too tight, cutting of my blood circulation to the head mostly.

Though I have something else on the way to my mailbox to keep my schlong elongated all day, it’s a product I’ve used several times before and probably, no, most definitely the best ADS I have ever worn/used. Too bad I can’t mention it by name here and sure wish they sold it at the MOS Shop as I would buy it from there then.

You are committed to this, you will not loose it.
Indeed it's a lifetime project. Most men are not even doing Kegels regularly. I don't want my penis to travel inward when I get older.

I have learned a lot of things as well resently, I have became a nerd with this. If you know the anatomy of the penis, my belief is that you can maximize your gains. If you look picures of the penis like these:

You will realize why the BTC Stretches are so powerful.

I suppose I'm lucky with the girthwork. But when I was doing girthwork I did that with the same commitment as I'm doing lengthwork now. But I could do girthwork every day. I have never used the comfort insert with the Bathmate pumps. I maxed out the Hydromax 5 pretty fast at girth. I don't know where I started at EG. ButbI know I'm substantially thicker from when I started with Bathmate pumps. A condom I was using didn't fit me after a while.

You may say that condoms stretch, but this brand and model of condoms did not fit me, and they fitted good before. I could not even get past the ring.

Did 50 min of straight down bundled stretches on Saturday, though took Monday and Sunday off as my unit just needed a short break.

Must admit I have been playing with the thought of just jumping into BTC stretches and do some length work pumping afterwards as well.
 
Did 50 min total downward bundled stretches on Saturday, though took Sunday and Monday off.

Today, thus far, I’ve done 20 min of BTC stretches, and must say my underarms really felt it and so did my inner penis. Kept it a bit dynamic as well, switching angels to get the best pull possible.

Hope @squirt_inducer_man is okay with me progressing into BTC stretches this fast, been doing straight down bundled for little over a week, if my memory serves me correct. Now BTC stretches is where it’s at, as I felt it so much more in my entire penis, inside and outside of the body, so going to be doing BTC from now on as a split routine.

After finishing the 20 min of BTC stretches my penis looked longer than it did doing downward bundled stretches.
Now I’m just sitting here writing while wearing my Silisleeve. Can’t wait to hear what @squirt_inducer_man has to say about me already doing BTC stretches, hope he’ll say it’s ok, as I will be doing that exclusively for many months to come.

Also put away the idea of doing pumping as well for now as I was so satisfied seeing the effect BTC stretches had on my unit.

Really good progression. I believe you will gain fast. Remember to "dig after inner penis" and stretch every angle behind you hard, with the active dynamic stretches. Feel where you need to stretch, so your inner penis gets stretched hard.

You felt you where loosing intensity in the inner penis and ligaments with DBS?

How much rotation/bundle do you do of your penis in BTC-Bundled Stretches?

There where no luck involved for me. Nothing I do in PE is by any chance or luck...I always have a logical system for everything I do to maximize my gains.

I didn't use the comfort insert in any of my Bathmate pumps (Hydromax 5, HydroXtreme 7 Wide Boy, and HydroXtreme 9), and I used a proven method by doing V Jelqs (but with ok grip). I didn't realized that they where called V Jelqs when I did them.

That's is: You Jelq on the side of your penis and you start deep inside your inner penis, and you Jelq downward. I didn't either use the comfort insert. The comfort insert is garbage. The comfort insert hinders your girthgains and your expansion at girth, and therefore your permanent gains.

I just wanted to clarify this. I don't use luck. I use discipline, consistency and logic to chase my gains. I just needed to clarify this brother.

Yeah, I didn’t think the DBS stretch was intense enough after a little while.

I do one rotation on the BTC as of now though will work on getting up to 2 bundles, and then hopefully 3. Was also kinda exciting doing a completely different stretch as the BTC most definitely is. Will dig all I can for inner penis, as I did on my very first time trying it out.

The biggest obstacle is actually managing to hold the intensity going for 5 min at a time, had to readjust my grip some times due to my underarms getting really tired, though guessing it’ll become easier as I continue doing the BTC stretch.

Chances are that you will not bottom out the length of the Bathmate HydroXtreme 9, before you have maxed out the girth, even if you are 9 Inches BPEL outside the Bathmate pump. Time will tell.
So many people have gained only length with the Bathmate, my theory is that they have been using the comfort insert.

Me not making any gains for some years is also one of the main reasons for trying to copy what you have done with the LM3. Willing to try out almost anything to reach my dream size and your method most definitely has the promise of getting me there in the end.
 
Yes, finally I did my first split routine of BTC bundled stretches yesterday. And let me tell ya, my underarms got so dang tired especially on the second round of the 5 min holds.

Also we had like 30 degrees celcius hot weather yesterday, which is really warm considering I live in Northern- Norway so I got to sweat so profusely on my PM session that my bathroom floor was near covered in sweat.

So not only does my penis get a really, really good workout but my underarms as well. Really trying to dig for that inner penis and it feels like that is exactly what I’m managing to do as it sometimes feels like I’m going to just pull it all out of my body.

I don't know if I liked it (Bathmate), but the girth gains where welcomed. The gator 🐊 was a bitch sometimes (rubber creases). We will see. It would have been nice to fill up HydroXtreme 9 😁

Length on the other hand I would have filled up eventually as I used to hit 8 inches in it and at the rate you have been gaining you will fill it up lengthwise eventually too.

Got it done yesterday as well. Split routine of 4x5 min BTC-B stretches once in the AM and once in the PM.

Wore my Silisleeve for about 1,5 hours after AM set and only 30 min after my PM set. Having the Silisleeve stretch out a bit more now, on a can of shaving cream, though if it’s still not wide enough to not cut off the blood flow to my penis head I’ll start doing a good ol’ wrap. Already have the wrap ready to go, just need to find some strong tape to keep it in place.

On my PM routine, yes I did that too, I did 4x5 min of BTC-B stretches for a total of 20 min. So 60 min of BTC-B stretches in total. Hoping I’m making @squirt_inducer_man proud with my effort following his program.

Just awesome. You are doing this program correctly. I will be proud. It sounds like you have the correct intensity.

The bulge will only attract horny females...you will learn to get use to the attention and wearing the bulge like it's nothing. When I have my gym pants on, and are having my penis elongation wrap on, it's insanely big looking. It's poking out. It was hard for me in the beginning to get used to this. But now I do not care at all.

So you are expanding into the walls of that 2 inch cylinder. If you are pushing into the sides your temporary EG in the tube is: 6.28 inches or more...

Just awesome. You are doing this program correctly. I will be proud. It sounds like you have the correct intensity.

The bulge will only attract horny females...you will learn to get use to the attention and wearing the bulge like it's nothing. When I have my gym pants on, and are having my penis elongation wrap on, it's insanely big looking. It's poking out. It was hard for me in the beginning to get used to this. But now I do not care at all.

Read the post you wrote about the bulge, interesting read, and I can understand what you meant about feeling fake though let them stare and lock their eyes in on the bulge as we WILL be 9,5x6,5 one glorious day. Then we won’t even need to wrap or wear a Silisleeve anymore as our goals are achieved.

I think that starting to follow your guidance is the best PE choice I’ve made for myself in many years, as I am really starting to believe I’ll finally hit 8 inches in a few months time. Simply love/hate the BTC-B stretches, mostly I love them but dang it’s rough on my underarms holding those stretches though it’s getting a bit easier the more I do them.
 
So you are expanding into the walls of that 2 inch cylinder. If you are pushing into the sides your temporary EG in the tube is: 6.28 inches or more...

Damn, it’s that big in girth then, when inside the pump? Never would have thought it would be that thick then, especially considering I’m only 5,1 inches in girth naturally.

Yeah, I believe you will achieve that goal too, my goal will be to one day fill up a 2,5 inch MityVac tube which is roughly the same size as the HX9. And I really encourage you to get the MityVac and start making video tutorials on how to use it. It’s so differentcompared to the Bathmate.

Your video tutorials on how to do the BTC-B stretches have been paramount to me understanding how to perform the stretch correctly, so very thankful for your efforts in making all those videos. You really are a valuable asset to this forum in so many ways and you really earned and deserved becoming a super moderator on here. Wise choice by DLD.

That’s one of the many things I like about you brotherman, when you say you’ll do something you actually do it. Too many people in todays world just talk the talk but don’t walk the walk, unfortunately.
 
Did my split routine yesterday as well, gonna try to do it every single day just like I do with my fitness workouts.

AM session 8x5 min BTC-B stretches for a total of 40 min stretching time, total time with breaks and warm-up about 1,5 hours.

PM session 4x5 min BTC-B stretches for a total of 20 min stretching time, total time with breaks and warm-up about 45 min.

Wore the heck out of my Silisleeve yesterday, wore it for 1 hour before my AM session and for about 3-4 hours after that and about 1 hour 15 min after my PM session. Really starting to like wearing it now as it’s finally been widened enough to not make my penis head turn blue. Love it, such a simple tool made out of silicone to stay elongated all day long.

Really starting to notice my penis already getting longer after each session as it hangs both lower and fuller the whole day even when not wearing my Silisleeve. Also it seems like I’m already noticing a thicker base girth, maybe it’s just my imagination though I both hope and don’t think it is.

Yes! If we first convert the diameter of 2 Inch into centimeters, we get: 5.08 cm, (1 cm = 0.3937007874 inch), and then we use that to plug it into the formulas for a circle:

Given diameter (D) = 5.08 cm Radius = D/2 = 2.54 cm Circumference = πD = 5.08π = 15.959290680236 cm
Then we convert 5.08π into Inches and we get ~ 6.28 Inches. This means the maximum EG (Erected Girth) you can fit inside that 2 Inch tube is, 6.28 Inches.

I have double checked the mathematics.

Maybe I will get the MityVac later, but need to save some money first. If the Bathmate pumps works for me, I will continue to use them, since I have seen such good gains with them. Imagine I did pumping for 1 year 😱.... imagine the gains.

I suck at mathematics so thank you for doing the math for me, just never could have imagined my girth blows up that much in the 2 inch tube. Though it promises good for me in gaining good girth in the future, when I’m done chasing length.

If the Bathmate really works for you, as it has shown to do in the past, then definitely stick to it. As I mentioned in another thread, we gotta experiment to find out what works the best for our own penis. And in my case the MityVac just works better, got too much fluid build up from the Bathmate, unfortunately.

And yes, imagine having a job that did not feel like a job, just like doing PE is fun. Have had sooo many different shitty jobs that wore me out since the age of 16. Moved around in Norway quite a lot too, having shitty, exhausting jobs in different cities. Think I’m gonna start making more YT videos again, and see if I somehow could turn that into my dream job. Just gotta figure out exactly what I’m going to talk about maybe some fitness, lifestyle and general healthy living.

When it comes to the videos just make as many as you can if you see a need for a video tutorial about something. I believe you’ll end up making more than 100 eventually, for the betterment of the brotherhood.

Even wore my Silisleeve walking my dog this morning in my sweatpants as I just don’t care anymore if people can see my bulge so clearly. Going to wear it for even more hours today, already gotten 2 hours in and I haven’t even done my AM routine yet.

I believe your YT channel will be big. Follow your heart. I believe you can help other people with the experiences you had. I believe you have a lot of knowledge. You can have videos with diffrent topics. Would have been awesome to see kettlebell video instructions, I need to progress with that...some help would be appreciated.

I will follow this and always for the betterment, of the brotherhood. I'm at 25 vidoes now, just 75 left to 100. I have like 5 stretches in my broomstick routine I need to film and upload, some really powerful stretches right there.

I have a broomstick routine video uploaded, but that's just the beginner level. I did advanced that routine further. Amazing how time just flies by, when we are focused on our goals, and obsessed.

I really can relate to the stress and anxiety from a previous life my brother. I’m finally living a bit more stress free and hope you are too, compared to have it used to be. Some stress is good though, but not to the extreme.

Got my split routine done yesterday as well, despite only sleeping for 5 hours and being dead tired in the PM session.

I walk like 15.000 steps on average everyday and work out full body everyday, so no wonder I’m dead tired in the evenings, though it makes me sleep like a baby at night which is good. So glad I can exhaust myself the way I choose to do.

AM session 8x5 min BTC-B stretches, PM session 4x5 min BTC-B stretches. Wore my Silisleeve for at least 5-6 hours in total yesterday, the only time I’m not wearing it is when I work out and right after the workout as I have a whole stretching the body routine that I need to do as well.
 
Thinking right now that I’ll just do 12x5 min BTC-B stretches, for a total stretching time of 60 min, in one session.

This might take me around 2 hours in total and my underarms will most likely be totally tired out though I’ll manage it, so wish me luck, haha.
I wish you luck...You are a beast if you make it.
I would not be able to do everything in one go, due to soreness in the penis skin.
