Progress thread Abdiel’s routine and progress thread.

I think I'm not joking. I think it's really possible. I'm thinking a combination of manual stretching and hanging. You put a kettlebell at your mid shaft simultaneously as you hold your glans with one hand. You sit on a chair doing this exercise, so the kettlebell can use the full power of gravity to stretch out your penis.
For some reason that actually sound like it could work all depending on how heavy the KB is.

Yes! I believe this will be effective. I did a similar stretch with my broomstick, where I did the behind the cheeks and simultaneously pushed with the broomstick forward at my mid-shaft. This really deformed the tunica and stretched it out (did bundled stretches), and it also stretched out a lot of inner penis.

I will post a video of that exercise later on.

I will post videos. But my mind is at 8 bpel now. I have been lazy lately. Need to get back to the grind. So those videos will come after that.

Yeah! I don't understand pounds at all. I always need to convert to get a sense of how heavy the weight is. Thanks brother.

Same lifting heavy or go home. Did pull 250 kilogram in deadlift before my penis enlargement journey started, My body weight then was 120 kilogram. Now I'm at under 100 kilogram. 😊
 
Was wondering about one thing though: is it a hassle doing the wrapping for using the lengthmaster?

I’ve used a BiB hanger years ago and could never get the wrapping technique down the right way+ I used the hanger for about 4 months and absolutely 0 gains, that was kinda frustrating after the months put in.

I found out using a silisleeve is the easiest way wrap for LM.

If you still feel a bit of discomfort just add two or three layers of ace wrap on top and you’re done.

Damn, I'm gonna have to try that. I'm not sure which LM I have but I was never able to get a good wrap that didn't cause pain in my glans when I tried to stretch. What kind of silisleeve do you use for that?

Honestly, I’m not sure which sleeve I have it came with one of my kits I bought from MOS, but it’s pretty sturdy. I would try the medium hardness because it might be easier to stretch out when putting on.

I’m planning getting some more sleeves in the next few weeks and test them out.

Oh, ok then. I'm going to be spending time on here when I can, so I'll watch them for sure, that way when I can actually start doing PE again I'll have something to reference so I can hopefully use my LM without pain.

Thanks for saying that, that means a lot. I do not get much feedback regarding my videos and instructions. It feels like many are lurking her without getting involved in the discussions in the threads. It's important to be active on the forum. That keeps you both motivated, and will help you gain as fast as possible. More knowledge = faster gains.

Just say if you need some more video instructions or guidance in anything. I create video instructions as they are needed. I don't know everything but I believe I have a good knowledge base.

It took a long time for me to get my wrap for the lengthmaster working. Just remember that in the beginning it will feel uncomfortable in the glans. But with time you will get used to it. I have many tricks and solutions to reduce the uncomfortable feeling (and others). Just tag me if you want to ask or need some conversation on anything.

One thing you can do is to lay a fabric on the lower chamber, this will reduce pinching if you have a lot of foreskin as I have. I can explain more in details if you experience pinching.

Yes it was a game changer. Previously I got pinched at the side of my penis. I do not feel this pinch any longer with this fabric. I'm using an old rag the types you use on your car to remove the water, after you have washed it. It's not leather, it has similar thickness to it.

I just put it over the bottom piece of the chamber like this. I make sure there is a flap at the bottom. Feels like this makes it easier to rotate my penis.

Sorry for the blood on the fabric. It reminds me to keep up the discipline.

You become kind, when you have had a hard life. Maybe not the hardest life but still...we need to be kind.
 
So did my routine as usual for the last 5 days, 36 sets stretching, 360 jelqs and SSJ with 5 min round pumping.
Also did on average 30 min in the extender right after doing my routine to heal in a elongated state.
Today however I took the day off though plan on having zero days off in the future.

I really need to come in here to report everyday and write down what I did each day with dates and everything for future reference. And to see what other brethren on here got going on, I will commit even more is the plan of action on my journey to 9x6,5.

And btw thanks to everyone for their wrapping tips, I will try them all out the day I get tired of my regular stretches and end up buying the lengthmaster.

Actually I’m going back to fabric wrapping as @squirt_inducer_man mentioned. The silisleeve is great for passive healing maybe not so much with LM.

You could try both and see what you like better. I can’t remember who it is at the moment, but there’s another MOS member that uses the silisleeve for lengthmaster as well.

Ok, thanks for letting me know, might just as well learn the wrapping technique when that time comes though will give it a try with the silisleeve as well as I’m a bit lazy sometimes, haha.
 
Morning brethren of MOS.

Was sitting here thinking I’m going to split my routine in two one in the AM and one in the PM.
The way I’m pondering doing it goes as follows:

AM routine 20 sets of stretches in 5 directions, 200 jelqs followed by the SSJ routine and ending it with some extending.

PM routine 20 sets of stretches in 5 directions and 200 jelqs then ending it with some extending while I’ll meditate.

Anybody got any thoughts, tips or pointers regarding me splitting my routine this way? Can it be done? I sure think so and I got the time for it as well. Though any advice I will take into consideration. Btw will let it go around 10-12 hours between routines.
 
Did my usual routine yesterday.

Today I will start with my split sessions, trying to decide if I do the SSJ routine only one time(3x5min)or if I split that one too and do 2 rounds of slow squash jelqs and pumping twice a day. Aahh, decisions to be made.
Good choice to split it up. You will take advantage of longer temporary flaccid hang, and expansion during the day.
