Hi, I’m new here but not new to PE. Been doing PE on and off for almost 15 years and the stuff I’ve learned I have learned on Thunders.
Though these days I find Thunders a lil bit boring, to put it nicely.
So I decided to join here despite Thunders seemingly being somewhat against this forum.
From what I have read and seen there’s a whole lotta knowledge and dedication to PE going around, and I like it.

Anyways my newly started routine which I do 2 times a day one in the AM and one in the PM, goes as follows:

6 rounds of stretching in 5 directions down, to the left, to the right, upward and a dynamic straight out stretch.
I hold all stretches for 30sec each.

Then I do 60 slow dry jelqs as I’m uncut.

Then I finish it off with 2x7 min pumping to the max (no more water coming out) in my Bathmate Hydromax9 Extreme.
Used to have the X30 some years ago but filled it out both in length and girth, hence me now using the X40, as it was previously named.

So yeah do this exact routine twice per day as already mentioned and it takes a total of 45- 50 min each time.

My stats are 7,5 inches BPEL, girth I haven’t measured in ages, all I know is I can’t get my penis/penishead through a toilet paper roll.

I’ve started this routine just 2 days ago and my goal is to finally reach 8 inches BPEL though my dream is 8 inches NBPEL, I as of now am able to get to 20cm(almost exactly 8 inches inside the tube at max pressure).

If you want to make this as effective as possible, I suggest you get the LENGTHMASTER 3. There is no device like it. You can use both hands to stretch out your penis. I have seen really fast gains with it.

Hi, no haven’t even heard about the Lenghtmaster 3, will check it out at a later time and thanks for the tip.

I sometimes use a cock ring for an hour after my sessions, though I do see that they sell silicone sleeves on here and just might buy one of those as long as I can figure out what size would be fitting for me.

Sounds good. To keep your penis elongated is super important.

You need a solid length and girth routine. Your length routine is not intense enough. I suggest you buy the length master 3. There are many advance length exercises that you can do with that device.

As for girth, you need to combine manual girth exercises with pumping. You need to do three repetitions of 5 mins pumping with 10 mins of Slow Squash Jelq before each pumping session.

10 mins SSJ
5mins pumping

10 mins SSJ
5mins pumping

10 mins SSJ
5mins pumping

The above is the pumping routine that will give you permanent girth gains.

Thank you for the tip, think I will buy the lengthmaster and a siliconsleeve, gonna check that and slow squash jelgs out as well after writing this.
Never heard of those jelqs before.
 
Just decided today that I will do my routine only once per day, with some modifications that is.
My new, modified, once a day routine will go as follows:

10 sets of stretching in 5 directions.

Then pumping for 3x7 minutes with slow squash jelqs inbetween sets.

And I must say I don’t take any days off as I wake up with raging morning wood which I take as a sign that my penis is ready to go again after 24 hours or so.

Btw do you think 6 inch long silisleeves would be fitting for me as I hang around 5-6inches long when flaccid
Was thinking of buying either a bundle pack of 5 or 6 inch long silisleeves.

I have no experience of using sleeve's but follow the messuring guidlines on the MOS Shop and you should be good. If they are to long you can just fold them at the base I believe.

Ah, thanks again Sir, for the quick reply. Just started yesterday really searching around in this forum, seems like I got much more to learn than I was aware of.
As of now I think I’ll just go for the 6 inch sleeves, though will check out the measuring guidelines as well.

As I said previously I used to be on Thunders(not trying to badmouth them) but this forum is levels above that forum in so many ways.
I had heard about MOS many times over there but got the impression that MOS just was a gimmick or a hack of a forum.
Well, color me wrong, I should have joined this forum years ago, so glad I finally did.

I feel like my passion for doing PE has been revitalized to the max as I was getting a bit tired of it, I must admit.

Now I just look forward to going into my bathroom to do my routine and try out «slow squash jelqs» for the first time, looks like a real girth enhancer those jelqs.

Anyways, just had to get that off of my chest, and thanks to all the good guys in this marvelous brotherhood.
 
Just ordered a bundle pack of Silisleeves 5. 6 inch long ones, and if they’re too long I can just cut it down to size.

Looking forward to all day turtling prevention, especially when I do my cold showers and workouts.

Now I will pour myself a cup of coffee and finally go do my routine. This forum is already very addicting, haha.

By the way, I suggest you measure your penis with a BPEL (Bone Pressed Erect Length ) and BPFSL (Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch Length) measurements, it's the only measurements that's accurate.
When measuring length always measure from the Pubis (Pubic Bone) from the top of your penis from Pubis. Press the ruler into your Pubis.

Now I will check out the lengthmaster further as I’m kinda itching to buy it now with you promoting it so heavily.

And BTW did the «slow squash jelqs» and really liked them but was wondering do I do it for 5 min straight in one setting or is it ok to let it go for a lil bit and then reapply pressure?
I found myself letting go and reapplying pressure 3-4 times during the 5 minutes.

The reason I'm recommending you LENGTHMASTER 3 immediately to you, is due to the fact that you are not new to PE. And from personal experiences, I know you need to increase the intensity as you progress. LENGTHMASTER 3 will give you that intensity that you need.

Each slow squash jelq should last for 1 minute each. Do it 4 times, it will take 10 minutes.

Start the session with Slow Squash Jelq for 10mins before proceeding to the slow squash jelq.

Just decided today I will up my stretching routine from 10 rounds to 14,140 dry jelqs and of course end with 3 round of slow squash jelqs and pumping.
Gonna give it some time and see how it goes, if I gain that is, and if I haven’t gained any length in let’s say three months I’m going to buy the lengthmaster.
This means I’ll do PE for a total time of 2h every day, need to get up early though I will get it done.
 
Each slow squash jelq should last for 1 minute each. Do it 4 times, it will take 10 minutes.

Done it as you recommend twice already, yesterday and today. And it’s probably just my imagination though my unit seems somewhat thicker already.
And the best part is that doing these jelqs have reduced my fluid retention(if I can call it that) to almost non existant.
Much less to none «puffiness» at all, so thanks a heap for the info really putting this routine to good use.

Yes Sir, decided as mentioned in a previous post that I’m upping my stretching sets from 10 to 14.
Dry jelqs from 100 to 140.
And of course do the slow squash jelqs and Bathmate pumping as outlined by Huge-girth.

Just decided to go «all in» as I’m feeling revitalized in regards to doing some serious PE.

This is what have kept me going all this time. From when I joined until now, I have never had one day where I didn't log in to talk and learn new information, and talk to the brothers (you can log in 10 minutes if you lack time). The brotherhood will keep you on the right path. You will learn so much by making MOS a big part of your life.
 
Did my routine today, though decided to go even harder than previously planned. So this is my routine that I’m sticking to for at least 3 months:

16 sets of 5 directions stretches. Which takes me almost exactly 1 hour(58 min today).

160 slow dry jelqs, then slow squash jelqs and pumping as outlined by huge-girth.

This takes me pretty much exactly 2 hours in total, which ain’t much when compared to all the hours I spent using the Andro Penis Extender, which only gained me about 1cm after months of use.
 
Is there enough intensity the andro?
Yeah I would say so, it’s just that I got a wound behind my glands that would not heal so I had to discontinue using it.
Was on 19-20 cm of arm length and full traction force then.

Actually started today to use it for just 1 hour after my main session while meditating, started right at 18 cm arm length which gave me full force of traction while sitting down.
 
So did the same routine again today, never thought I would have the patience to do PE for 2 hours straight though thus far it really ain’t no problem actually kinda like it.
Also decided today to use my Andro Penis for 1 hour after my main workout to heal in an elongated state, did this while meditating for approximately 55 min. Put the arms of the extender to 18cm of length which was exactly long enough to make full force of traction.
I meditate and fast daily as a way to boost GH(growth hormone)production in a natural way.
Hoping that will also aid in me gaining again.
