We all know P.E works, what I would like to find out is what is the correlation between time put in vs growth.. Some people take 2 years for 2 inches yet they dedicate maybe 5 hours a week to P.E. If I were to dedicate longer (15+ hours) the logic behind it is that I should get gains at a much faster pace.. Correct? Maybe somebody can shed light a little light on this or have some opinions.
I started at the back end of 2001, and by 2003 had a large member. I do penis enlargement exercises again now, but its been many years since I first stretched, and lubed up for a jelq.
Now I focus on several areas to develop rather than the whole .... that for me is the internal penis, the portion hidden inside the body, glans (head) enlargement\development, and finally definition to the coronal ridge.
What does all this have in common with your question? well you will find that as you progress with this, it all ends up broken up into much smaller bits, rather then one whole bite i.e the penis. Honestly, you can gain very well as a newbie with allot of routines, and with 1 on 1 off but its best to keep regular and consistent with something more like 5 on 2 off for your manhood to adjust, and once you have about 12-18 months experience, I see no issue with going to less consistent routines.
I used lots of very intense sporadic workouts, you could say HIT-PE and in my case I think the rest helped me grow. Other guys I have noted noticed great gains with 5 on 2 off or even 7 on and some rest at the end of the month as a treat.
Its like with
weight lifting. Many have their own way to train, and we can argue all day long as to what the best training method is, but at the end of the day each person is different, not in their biological makeup but other factors, as some cant remain so motivated doing long sessions, or some want to do long sessions, and lifting 90% of your max for x amount of reps to failure isn't easy! some gain from that, others do not.
Just keep to some foundation, once you have made permanent cemented gains your laughing.
