Time invested VS Gains?

We all know P.E works, what I would like to find out is what is the correlation between time put in vs growth.. Some people take 2 years for 2 inches yet they dedicate maybe 5 hours a week to P.E. If I were to dedicate longer (15+ hours) the logic behind it is that I should get gains at a much faster pace.. Correct? Maybe somebody can shed light a little light on this or have some opinions.

PE (being almost wholly anecdotal) has many variables beyond time training. Intensity/tools/genetic makeup/etc. play huge roles in results.
I've found that my body seems to get used to a particular routine and no longer responds to those forces requiring me to 'switch-it-up' from time to time...but that's just me. For the record, I've gained a tad over 1.75" in length and 1.50" in girth with a very intense BM routine in just under 4 years

I invested 17 years of my life and my gains were spectacular. Now I invest my knowledge into all the come.

BSA,

I'm still fairly new to the whole thing Ihavonly been doing it for 2 months I have yet to see how my body will react, I'm sure at some point I will have to change my method of attack. although, I have the same question as Commodore, define intense? any breaks or anything like that or it was 48 months back to back?

It becomes really important to change your routine when do you see gains slowing or stopping. When gains begin to stop it becomes very important to either intensify the exercises, replace the exercises, or come out with a completely new routine. The penis can become very used to anyone routine. The one routine that you can stay on for a very long time is SRT as it gives you increases in exercise in time as the routine progresses

The only (quasi) extended breaks have been a week here and there, for the most part I'm 4-6 days each week depending if I'm at my SO's for the weekend. Intensity is always riding that fine-line between discomfort and pain...and I can reach the stock BM valve limit (using my VacuVin mod) about 50% of the time. That's when I switch to my other X40 where I completely removed the entire BM valve assembly and replaced solely with the VV cork...I can't max-out that thing, lol. Keep in mind tho, this mod is very powerful and I've crossed the line too many times to count and ended-up with a drop or two of blood in the cylinder (very scary the first few times)

I started at the back end of 2001, and by 2003 had a large member. I do penis enlargement exercises again now, but its been many years since I first stretched, and lubed up for a jelq.

Now I focus on several areas to develop rather than the whole .... that for me is the internal penis, the portion hidden inside the body, glans (head) enlargement\development, and finally definition to the coronal ridge.

What does all this have in common with your question? well you will find that as you progress with this, it all ends up broken up into much smaller bits, rather then one whole bite i.e the penis. Honestly, you can gain very well as a newbie with allot of routines, and with 1 on 1 off but its best to keep regular and consistent with something more like 5 on 2 off for your manhood to adjust, and once you have about 12-18 months experience, I see no issue with going to less consistent routines.

I used lots of very intense sporadic workouts, you could say HIT-PE and in my case I think the rest helped me grow. Other guys I have noted noticed great gains with 5 on 2 off or even 7 on and some rest at the end of the month as a treat.

Its like with weight lifting. Many have their own way to train, and we can argue all day long as to what the best training method is, but at the end of the day each person is different, not in their biological makeup but other factors, as some cant remain so motivated doing long sessions, or some want to do long sessions, and lifting 90% of your max for x amount of reps to failure isn't easy! some gain from that, others do not.

Just keep to some foundation, once you have made permanent cemented gains your laughing.

Bottom line for me, this is always a journey of dedication. Some men do claim more results from less time, while others seem to need more time for similar results. Then again, many results seem anecdotal at best, while others have legitimately documented evidence like measured pictures of gains.
You can't always approach PE with complete logic either from my experience. It's more a combination of logic, effort, time management, and a spiritual/self discovery journey along the lines of Steven Strange becoming Doctor Strange....

I do like ... you worked like a dog back in the days when you hung near bar stools :)

Update: 02/07/19
Been using my heat pad a lot lately which is good! December was kind of a super slow month for me didn't get much hanging going that month (about 5-6 hours a week) but since January we are back on track. As far as the last update I ended up not getting the 6 pounds until last week. I actually tried hanging with 8 pounds (didn't seem that big of a jump) and my dick did NOT like that at all I was able to hang for a few hours but definitely left some bruising at it was extremely unpleasant. I guess we will slowly climb to that weight. The 6 pounds is working perfectly, for now, it's the first week and I feel a bit more tension than the 5 pounder but nothing unbearable. Frenulum still fucking pissed at me, I think by this point I have just learned to deal with it, it gets irritated and swollen it's a bit bothersome during intercourse (the first 2 mins or so then no problem). I been a real piece of shit about my bathmate and haven't used it in months because it takes a lot of time and back then combined with the hanging it would really really fucking piss my frenulum off, I wish the fucking thing would just snap already lol (I'm working on fixing that lack of usage). this is about month 3ish almost 4 I'm still in disbelief when I measured I keep thinking I'm fucking up the measuring. YET, I sent a dick pic to the GF couple days ago and she said it didn't quite look like me then she went on to say it looked bigger. This gave me a lot of momentum since I know I'm seeing my dick everyday and its difficult to notice growth and changes. Again, if anybody has advice I'm happy to listen!

Averaging about 10-12 hours hanging with the lenghtmaster
went from 6.6 in oct to 6.95 in feb 1

Awesome man! Start a progress log if you haven't already.

I know the bathmate maxes out at around 14Hg for the original hercules and goliath whilst the x40 is more, like maybe 16hg?

I'm doing 10Hg right now and I'm not getting to where I want to be and thats probably because Im staying in the comfort zone not going to that fine line of discomfort/pain. Time to go to 15Hg like the bathmate! Also time to start using vaseline to get rid of the friction in my narrow tube.

I really have to start focusing on my bathmate again, I’m sitting at 5.45 girth but man 6’ would be dope. Maybe a bit more. I have a big head so I know that shit is at least 6. Although I never measured. I read clamping was a good way to go for gaining girth.

It’s only a little more than a half inch you should be able to make that happen inside of six months. Get yourself a Lengthmaster and you will do it in three!

I agree to your post. My mid shaft girth is 5.5 inches. I want to gain 1.5 inches in mid shaft girth. My base girth is currently 6.1 inches. Does this mean that, if I gain the required 1.5 inches for mid shaft to take me from 5.5 inches to 7 inches, my base girth is going to get to 8 inches even when I'm using the Mityvac 2.5 Cylinder? @DLD

Not sure how much but it will always be thicker at the base
