After taking ~4 years off from PE, I'm back. Jumping right back to the Newbie Routine and going to incorporate SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory in there with it. Need to get a job before I get some good gear, but my plan is to wrap and use some whipped together stuff to fashion a gentle makeshift ADS so that I am at least not turtled during the day. Even though I'm treating myself as a Newbie, I'd like to offer this advice to actual newbies, do whatever SRT you can, in 2015-2016 I got back into PE for the second time and came across DLD's Treatise on SRT. I had a Bathmate and a SizeGenetics - Penis Traction Extender and made sure to wrap after any session. I was hitting 7.5" after a solid pump, with realistic length a little over 7.25. Fast Forward to today and my Length is still 7.25", cemented for all time. I really want to work on girth this time out, last time I added some temp girth but due to either not cementing gains, or maybe just poor EQ, I'm barely above 5", before last time I was barely under, so I haven't really kept any of my gains girthwise, but again, I never clamped or wore a ring after girth work, so possibly thats it, or again, maybe just being 5-6 years older, not doing Kegels, I've lost some EQ. Anyway, glad to be back, glad to see this place still active and glad to see the Guru himself still super active in the community.
