Update:
Been busy but still hitting my workouts. At a minimum it includes:
- morning manual newbie length routine
- immediate into LM
—> bundles and BTCs (3 sets minimum) each direction
—> testing hanging (using a water jug similar to those office drums filled w/ water. My attempts have been delicate as I have pushed the weight and just tried to test the wrap and hold of the LM. I am going to decrease some water and measure the weight and then get legit quality 20min-45min sessions in.
*On that note I contacted the MOS shop about my review of the LM for a gift of a durosleeve. If DLD could guide me for the proper measurements I would appreciate it. Want to test the duro w/ the LM for hanging.
- After I jump in the SG for some hours to keep extended (some hrs active, others passive, in terms of tension)
I have been consistent overall. I can tell shit is going to take off. As my hang is fantastic and my elasticity especially from expressive LM sessions is feeling great. I believe that sticking to the routine as above and then switching to more hanging dominant like a pyramid routine and some SRT LM routines can get me to possibly 9 X 6.5 by end of 2021. I have not measured but for conservative sake I will say I am still 7.5BPEL X 5.3MSEG. Hope this helps w/ duro advice. On a final note I am going to transition my thread back to my original, as wrapping troubles are basically over.
P.S—> Added benefit of PE. Confidence has skyrocketed. Girls can feel that I am walking around w/ a healthy lengthy and girthy stick due to all the PE. I also think my absolute conviction that I may break through my previous goals of 8X6 is legit is causing a boost and females sense it.
