Progress thread HangLo: Back with a Vengeance

Hello everyone, HangLo here. I hope everyone is getting their gains in here at MOS. I've been doing PE on and off since 2016, and my biggest issue was consistency. After months of saving and planning, I hope to get back on the horse (or in my case, be the horse) and get those gains I hope to get within the next year.

Stats:
18.4 cm (7.25 in) BPEL
16.75 cm (6.6 in) NBPEL
14.22 cm (5.6 in) MSEG
12.7 cm (5 in) NBPFL
20 cm (7.87 in) BPFSL

Devices:
LengthMaster
TotalMan Hanger
MityVac
SizeMaster Pro Vacuum ADS
Stealth Innerwear
Hydromax7 (occasional/recreational use)

Goal:
Gain 1cm every 3 months, ultimately 4 cm (1.57 in) by March next year. Hope to get it

Good to see you back, hardest thing is consistency, this is where many fail, including myself, looks like you have a good set of tools there to help you along the way

Welcome back my brother we keep getting veterans coming back every day now. I look forward to you getting involved in watching you make incredible growth.

Thank you DLD. You calling me a veteran is all the motivation I need LOL I hope to somehow use SRT into this routine. I'm going to look through Threak's thread again to get a better understanding

Day 3: A.M.
Warm up - LengthMaster bundled stretches - 6 minutes
Hanging - 2.2 kilograms (5 lbs) - 4x15 minutes
ADS - 4 hours
Stealth - 7 hours

The lengthmaster is definitely one of the best investments I've ever made. I never really cared for manual stretching but the LM makes it fun. Made up for the lost hanging set from yesterday. 2.2 kilos is a good stretch and I'm really starting to feel it now. It feels great

Do you think I should add another set? Also, would it be good to use the MityVac immediately after hanging for narrow pumping? Or should I continue to wait until evening?

I think that’s a smart idea and I would give it a go and see how it works out. Give it a few days and let me know how it goes.

Day 8: A.M.
Warm up - LengthMaster bundled stretches - 6 minutes
Hanging - 2.2kg (5lbs) - 3x20 minutes
ADS - 1.5 hours
Stealth - 8 hours

P.M.
MityVac - 1x15 miuntes at 5hg

I had to split my routine to twice a day. I pumped after hanging once and felt a sharp pain. It didn't hurt a lot, but it was troublesome. Gotta take it easy ?

Also decided to add more time to sets and can feel the effects

Sharp pains or something you want to avoid. The pain you want to experience his fatigue or a dull aching. As I’ve said thousands of times, you cannot overdo left work.

Day 9: A.M.
Warm up - LengthMaster bundled stretches - 6 minutes
Hanging - 2.2kg (5lbs) - 3x20
ADS - 3 hours
Stealth - 9 hours

P.M.
MityVac - 1x15 minutes at 5hg

Starting to see my flaccid hang lower by 1.3 cm (1/2 inch) to 3 cm (1 inch). Fingers crossed by the 3 month mark this becomes permanent. Morning wood showing up more as well

You're absolutely right DLD. I'm feeling fatigue and dull aches during hanging thanks to the prestretching in the lengthmaster.

That makes me happy to know that it’s not sharp pain, that’s the last thing you want as it usually means you have ripped your ligament, an Injury can take up to six months to heal. It is extremely rare for someone to rip their ligament but always good to check with your Brother’s. Carry-on in safety my brother.

Whoa, thank goodness that hasn't happened. Thanks for the concern DLD

Day 10: A.M.
Warm up - LengthMaster bundled stretches - 6 minutes
Hanging - 2.2kg (5lbs) - 3x20 minutes
ADS - 5 hours
Stealth - 10 hours

Starting to use a heating pad in-between sets. I'm starting to feel the difference more. For hanging, I can feel the stretch in the tunica more than the ligaments. Maybe I'll feel it in the ligs when I move up in weight.

You’re using both pumps which pump do you think is best?

Hey DLD, sorry for the late reply. It was surprisingly a busy weekend. I prefer the MityVac because it helps with EQ, the bathmate in my opinion just helps my member look a little plump. I don't know if I should move up to the Hydromax9 or to just stay with the Hydromax7 to make those length gains because it feels tight as hell when I use it. But to some it up, when I use the MityVac, I get morning wood and no reason erections. I love the way it feels during a session honestly, like I can chop a board in half with my member (xd)

Day 14: A.M.
Stealth - 15 hours

P.M.
Warm up - LengthMaster bundled stretches - 6 minutes
Hanging - 2.72kg (6lbs) - 1x20 minutes
ADS - 7 hours while asleep

These past couple of days I've been slacking, so I went up 0.45kg (1lb) to get the kinks out so I don't mess up deformation.

Sounds good, something else to add to my wishlist lol

I got you! Thanks for the answer. If you go with the Hydromax 9 you will never need another pump ever unless they come out with the 10 ?

Day 16: A.M.
Warm up - LengthMaster bundled stretches - 6 minutes
Hanging - 2.7kg (6lbs) - 2x20 minutes, 2.2kg (5lbs) 1x20minutes
ADS - 8 hours
Stealth - 2 hours

P.M.
LengthMaster bundled stretches - 6 minutes
Jelqing - 5 minutes
MityVac - 1x15 minutes at 5hg

Went up in weight since the previous one wasn't doing it for me. Starting to feel it in my ligaments even more. In the afternoon/evening I decided to use the LengthMaster and jelq before a pumping session to get more out of it. I'm trying not to change the routine too much

Good work my brother I’m glad to see you’re being consistent. What I’m not happy about is so many progress threads going unanswered for three days. Whoever is reading this please support the brotherhood by supporting their progress threads.

Thanks DLD. It's hard at times, but I feel that progress threads really help. Especially to those that are writing them in order to stay consistent. Interaction in my opinion is what keeps people going
