Have you seen changes up to now and if so where has the improvements been? Really digging this routine as it is so specific to the exact changes you desire. I must admit that I was inconsistent with my kegel routine and that’s really detrimental to the progress.
I am being consistent now for a week. I’ve started over again and now I have to push through. It is really hard while dealing with low testosterone and hypothyroidism. Sometimes I lose all motivation but I have to be consistent.
