DutchAthletic’s ascension path to 10” BPEL

Have you seen changes up to now and if so where has the improvements been? Really digging this routine as it is so specific to the exact changes you desire. Keeping things simple and keeping track of the simplicity of what’s going on it’s gonna be very beneficial to anyone doing an independent work out.

I must admit that I was inconsistent with my kegel routine and that’s really detrimental to the progress.

I am being consistent now for a week. I’ve started over again and now I have to push through. It is really hard while dealing with low testosterone and hypothyroidism. Sometimes I lose all motivation but I have to be consistent.

I’ve read about the Angion Method and it sounds an excellent way to increase vascularity and erection hardness. I’m gonna try this out but first I have to know how to implement it into my daily schedule because I am working now fulltime and 3 times gym and running per week have priority because i’m losing bodyfat and gaining muscle.

Very little time left during the week unfortunately.

On rest days I do reverse kegel holds every 30 mins during the day. This is to balance out my tight Pelvic floor muscles because they’re very tight i’ve discovered.

today I started out with slow edging and I came within 4 pathetic minutes.... This was after no masturbation for 15 days. I always get very sensitive and my prostate and surrounding muscles as well and the moment I start to masturbate I feel my pelvic floor muscles tighten up dramatically and quickly until I ejaculate prematurely and this is a huge problem.

I am gonna buy a Flesh light to train myself lasting longer in combination with my kegel / reverse kegel routine. I will test my stamina every month or so.

I felt a bit weaker after ejaculating so I have to do stamina training with the flesh light once a month because I am also doing kegels. I just started doing kegels consistently for 2 weeks now.

Now that i’m being consistent with my kegel program I can afford to do stamina training in order to gauge how strong my pc muscles are every month.
 
FleshLight Training is probably the best way to edge and last as long as you want. If feels so much like the real thing that it makes it a very good way to practice.

I slipped up a few days because I didn’t had the time to do kegels. I simply forgot to do them.

My schedule is hectic and working for a boss and commuting takes alot of time when working out 6 days per week at the gym. I then have to prep my meals and cook and doing house chores.

I am starting my own business within a month which should give me financial freedom within 6 months. I have to break free from the rat race. I want to concentrate on my own goals in life. I want to concentrate on getting better with women and getting 10 inches in length and 7 inches in girth and working on my health and body. Those goals need alot of time.

I hate working in an office for someone else every day. I am using my frustrations as a motivator to start my own company.

I don’t want to work for a boss anymore.

Every job that I ever worked out I got fired. I was even fired from my family business LOL. The only business that I was successful with is the brotherhood. But I never had passion like I do for the brotherhood. It was finding this love affair I have with PE and my brothers that made me a leader. And since I own the business I can’t be fired. I’m proud of you and I hope you do very well.

I have to do some reverse kegel sets on all days for pelvic floor balancing purposes. I’m doing those while working at the office.

This year will be considered full of learning and I can’t wait to make 2020 my year. I haven’t done much PE last months due to life circumstances. And I learned alot about decon breaks and heated hanging. I’m waiting to get into my heated hanging routine. I’m looking forward to it and i’ll report the details here. The year where I get 8”-9” BPEL. I’m gonna buy that UltraSound device next month.


It will be a Christmas present for myself !

okay so I figured it out. I have to work on my IC muscles and isolate that part of my pc muscles specifically for ultra rock hard erections.

I will be working on that for a while. My BC/PC muscles are too strong in comparison.

I stopped doing regular kegels and i’m doing those mini kegels to train my IC muscle (Ischiocavernosus muscle)

Mini kegels 3*20
Reverse kegel holds 3*50s
Reverse kegel holds throughout the day 7*50s

damn that ischiocavernosus muscle is where it’s at. I lied down on bed and I got a good erection while working this muscle. The trick is to do mini kegels and to not let the stronger pc/bc muscles interrupt the exercise!

This small muscle ensures rock hard erections hands free so all in all you have to really balance your pelvic floor muscles.

Do your kegels for pc/bc muscles and mini kegels for ic muscles and reverse kegels to relax and stretch everything.

The mini kegels feels like your penis retracting a bit quickly without using the PC/BC muscles ?

i’m going to do these for a while now till everything is balanced and then I incorporate my regular kegel routine as well. I’m so happy !

I’m so glad to hear that you’re happy with what’s going on! I’m so glad that you’re taking pelvic floor muscle exercises seriously. They are the hidden giant in PE.

My IC muscles started to fatigue quickly and I couldn’t do 100 reps properly anymore lol. When I do proper reps I feel my erection getting harder and harder. I have to dial back in order to get more strength.

I think i’m overdoing them a bit so I will build these reps up nice and slowly.

Looks like I still have to wait more months to finally get an ultrasound device. There are some huge bills that have to be paid.

I started incorporating regular kegels for a complete pelvic floor muscle balance.

The reverse kegels are done to counteract a tight PC muscle.

Holy shit I didn’t post for one month.

I was lazy and didn’t do anything!

Time to get back into training

Reverse kegel holds 60s sets throughout the day every 30 minutes. I still feel that my PC muscle is very tight and it gets tight with everything I do. Standing, sitting, walking etc.... I need to do reverse kegels on a frequent basis to really push it out and forcing it to relax.

When I masturbated a few weeks ago I already felt the relieve of pushing out the PC muscles by doing a reverse kegel so you can last much longer.

Of course it’s still not strong enough but my dick gets extremely hard while I am stimulating it and I do the reverse kegel.

So the key is to really be able to do consistently reverse kegels while fucking a woman super hard so you can pound away for hours and you don’t ejaculate.

It’s amazing what reverse Kegels will do. When I came up with this exercise back in 2002 I had no idea it would become as popular as it has. But it truly is a miracle exercise as I can do so much. Aside from allowing you to have incredible endurance in bed it also is the best thing to do while you’re stretching, I’ll explain. When we engage an RK We are putting the pelvic floor muscles into a state of submission to where they were not able to resist the stretch allowing us to get the most out of the length routine

I started my side businesses and I wanted to buy the ultrasound device but I don’t have the money.

I have to wait a few more months. And I am leaving the big city and I will be moving back to my parents house within a few months. From there I have to look for a new place for myself. But I will have to do stealth hanging and PE LOL.

Yep finding the right time to exercise is not easy..

I have invented hundreds of exercises and many of them I invented by mistake. I always have my mind in the PE mode so as I’m going through my day I can see things that might be beneficial to that which I am thinking on. I walk through Home Depot is a PE equipment paradise with the right creativity.
