Ok so after reading everything i think i should follow DLD routine for bathmate.

am Stretches
Basic Stretching : 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks


If possible ill follow them with the jelqs if not ill finish them at night
For First 2 weeks will try to do twice per day
150 Jelqs followed by 5-10 minutes pumping .

And ofcourse the famous kegels
Will start with 100 quick to get used to it.

Everything looks great with what you have written out and I’ll give you a few more suggestions that will help. Start every routine whether length or girth with five minutes of bundled stretches. These will help loosen up your Tunica and allow you to take on much more size. I also suggest you do erect stretching three times a week for about 10 minutes, this will help cement your length gains. I also suggest you get in five minutes of expressive stretching every routine. These three tips will help you grow much faster.

With the bathmate I suggest you do the 5×5×3 found in SRT. This is the best girth exercise possible and I will pack on size so quick you’ll be amazed. With every session you’ll see temporary gains of up to an inch! Totally usable with your wife! This routine allows you to get your tissue expansion with very little water retention. And since you’re using the bathmate water retention is a very small issue. So those are my suggestions I hope they help if you need clarification just ask

And Thanks for the info in SRT, but i think that was to much for me since i was a newbie, and wanted to get used to it first.
I tried yesterday the rutine and my dick felt wierd of course since ive never done them it feels wierd but i guess with the 2 weeks and creating a habit will lead me to do SRT and OVERALL get used to the techniques in the routine.

Wait on the cock ring because we have a brand new one coming out tonight that will be the best available. As far as a lubricant for the Testicle Health Routine I like using Vaseline.

You got it it’s in your spam box. We have tried so many ways to send tracking slip’s, and they go through Amazon, so you think they would make it to your mailbox but they never do they end up in spam.
 
Hey guys so far ive been in hell for he past few days...Between clinicals and studying have not been so great it has become very challenging and time consuming.

Good thing tho i got my sleeves yesterday!!!!!

That's a very valid question actually!

I've worn the shorter ones and cap so far. What I've done is that I fold the lower portion close to the ridge, then stretch it over on my cock and roll down the folded part.
Don't know if that's the best way. A very good question and I'm looking forward what others have to say.

Other than that, sorry to hear about bad days, I hope everything works out for you!
 
I’m glad you got through the bad period. I think things are gonna start looking up for you. What do you plan on using the sleeves for? That would make it easier to advise you on how to use them.?

WEll i was planing to use the sleeve after stretchin in the moring and thru out the day then the afternoon rest and then after girth at night use it to sleep

Any advice welcome!!

I have the large ones so i think i kinda messed up but fuck it would treat it as stretch training
 
You’re going to find many uses for them as everyone will. We’re just starting to hear back from Lengthmaster users who are raving about it. We’re also hearing from people who are using it to pump and seeing great results. We’re also hearing good reviews from men who are using it to stretch manually for a better grip. And finally we’re hearing good feedback about it keeping the penis elongated as we heal.

With a length only routine you want to be sure to cover all areas or angles of stretch. The Newbie Routine contains a length Routine that does just that. In addition I highly recommend adding in Expressive Stretching and Erect Stretching. Do you have any equipment?

I am not so excited about the weather either. Have to shovel snow so often. I do like the scene snow makes here, covering the trees and stuff.
Then again, I'm accustomed to the Winter times more or less.

Teehee ... So, plus 10 Celsius. Ah well, but considering the usual conditions, I can understand in a way. We had some cold nights over here when temperature was around -22 Fahrenheit. Today it's been around 23 Fahrenheit, not too bad. Might get colder again, it's the Winter time anyway.

Keep your head up and do your routines! :) I do too ...

For the erected styretches and the expressive ones, can it be done without eqipment?
Sadly Im still waiting on my Mityvac

Yes they can be done with equipment expressive stretches can be done with the bathmate or the lengthmaster. Erect stretches are best done by hand but if you can keep an erection while in the Lengthmaster you can do the erect stretches that way. But many men find it hard to keep an erection while in the LM. But if you can do it go for it.

Ive done only 8 min and den some light stretches !!!

This has made stuff so much easier!!!

Now i can study or read my Power points for class with out using my hands !!

Wow I’m so happy to hear this! How are using it wet or dry? I guess you have a lot to say about it and you can do that by leaving your review as Ark suggested. I’m looking forward to your review so other people can make a smart decision between the Bathmate and the MityVac.
 
So im trying to be more compliant for my mityvac
I think that i have found my solution and i dont find it bothersome plus im seeing some progress!!
My routine at the moment is dry!!!
I warm up with a hot shower
So i pump to be a nice tug thats begins 5 in. hg vac
after that i follow it with on
1 time stretches 3' 9' 6' o clock x 30 secs each (nice tug)
then i stay just straight erected and do 60- 80 kegels
After that i remove the pressure and do windmills erected

i do 3 cycles of this and each cycle is 2-3 min

On the 2nd-3rd cycle when i get to 5 in vac i do NOT feel any tug just some nice erection so i added a little more
i think it was till 6-7 in vac and felt that nice tug again

When im done i flip the sleeve and let my dick long and stretched position with the ring
the ring ive been on and off every 30-40 min just 3 times and i let it just sit
and finish of with the testicle massage 3 min then go to sleep

What can i add?

PS>Im already hitting the sides of the vac so i guess my way to lenght is near!!!

Thanks for leaving the review, and this routine sounds good to me. Its at a nice steady pace, and in time once your more accustomed to the way MityVac works on you, the bar can be changed so to speak.

We spoke briefly several days ago via chat, and share the same way of thinking with the narrower cylinders, going for length with that. I can offer allot more better support once I get mine, and I intend to get my length target.

Once your pump session is done, I gather you flip the silisleeve around, and leave it in place for how long? how does it feel after a pump session with the sleev on afterwards?

Yes i use the long sleeve after the pump session.
I usually leave it for 2-3 hours with the cockring. The ring i do 20-30 min on, small break i usually try to get erected all again before i put on the ring. Just to have blood flowwing plus more kegels like 30-40 quick kegels.

The sleeves feels amazing i dont have any discomrt or loss sensation. The only thing is that since i have extra skin from the water retention it makes it a little hard to keep the sleeve againts the head when i go to flaccid state. So what i do is before i put it on , is to make sure i pull the extra skin towards the base and then i put on the sleeve.
