Yes i use the long sleeve after the pump session.
I usually leave it for 2-3 hours with the cockring. The ring i do 20-30 min on, small break i usually try to get erected all again before i put on the ring. Just to have blood flowwing plus more kegels like 30-40 quick kegels.

The sleeves feels amazing i dont have any discomrt or loss sensation. The only thing is that since i have extra skin from the water retention it makes it a little hard to keep the sleeve againts the head when i go to flaccid state. So what i do is before i put it on , is to make sure i pull the extra skin towards the base and then i put on the sleeve.

So i took monday to thrusday off to study for my exam.

I didnt pass my exam and feel fuckin stupid (loudlycrying)

On the side note
Im having probelms when i put my sleeves on flaccid state due to 2 things in my opinion.
  1. My head gland is not thick to maintain the sleeve in position.
  2. My fad pad pushes the sleeve constantly due to my clinical rotation requiring me to bend, support, position myself when working.

Ive been lookin for the uncle jim wraps, have read on how simple they are.
Questions:
Are the wraps selling in MOS diffrent from the ones in the store?
Is there a video on how to wrap them?

So i did the mityvac for 3 cycles 4-5 and added stretches all of them 30 sec
3' 6' 9' o clock usual
12' 1' 11'o clock new stretch

Cycle 1 : release pressure and do 50-60 kegels tried to hold them for 2 sec
Cycle 2 : Start by SAFELY increase the pressure i notice this time i had to hit 7 in vac. to feel the tug no pain at all.-50-60 kegels
Cycle 3 needed about 9 in vac to feel the tug-50-60 kegels
Something i notice with the vac is that it losess some pressure if you stretch at the same time
BUT ITS GREAT THAT IT DOES!!!
Let me tell you why, so far at the greatess pressure and kinda a newbie in using it
I could say that when the pressure gets release while the stretches i can feel a greater nice tug on my dick feel plus it can regulate from HIGH to LOW pressure to get use to it.
As well has not make me any brisue or hurt my skin so far.


I FINALLY got the sleeve to stay on
So for those out there that have the glands of the head not thick enough and the sleeve still slips of the fat pad makes it move.

So i grabed my long thin sleeve. As you all know how you place the thick border part under the head glands and the thin near the body.
Well i folded a little (.5-1cm) on the thin part then the thicker part right under the glands a place a rubber band (wrap in toilet paper or soft material, I actually used an old underwear to make sure its a good/soft material) on thicker side right under border .
DO NOT make it super tight it JUST ENOUGH where you feel that the sleeve is not moving (make sure you try to move in all planes of motion specially where you get turtle neck) and ENOUGH for your DICK to HAVE SENSATION and FEEL the head WARMTH.
This is going to make the sleeve to stay in place. If u feels the head going cold make sure to crank/windmill for 30-40 (divide them half left/right) and do shit ton of kegels TO GET THAT BLOOD in your dick.
If not its NO BUENO.

LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!?!?!?!?!!!!?!?!

Now that i maintain a longer flaccid stretch state, i notice i need to do reverse kegel to to help myself pee.
It feels it takes alot of time compared to my turtle neck since its a shorter distance from my bladder.
Has anyone gone thru this??

ANy advice or questions are welcome!!!!

You can roll the sleeve up when you urinate, or take it off while its done, and re-apply once complete.

?? Great advice and advice that can be used in another way. Yesterday someone was asking about getting more comfort in their Lengthmaster as they were using one of our sleeves. I suggested that he uses two sleeves to gain a bit more cushion when clamping down. But with the longer sleeves they may be able to roll down to double up.

Wow I’m so proud of you and so happy that you’ve made such an incredible gains using the MityVac! That’s incredible growth and with consistency will grow bigger and bigger. I will not depend on the pump to give you too much length if you’re looking for a device to deliver length I highly recommend this SiliStretcher. It is a passive and active device that brings gains and also heals. I’m glad school is over and got everything done and you did well, now you have all the time you need to make yourself whatever you want to become!
 
As I'm writing, the traction mod isn't yet there for Silistretcher. Silistretcher is easier to approach design wise as there aren't too many parts. It's less bulky than Size Doctor as in the sense of ADS it can be easier to conceal.

Both are great tools, the choice is yours! :)

Been a while since i posted, with my last semester clincical rotations and final paper works going thru it has consumed my time more thought it would and im starting to workout too.

Ive been using my mityvac more and been constant with it but havent seen any results as far growing more.
I have seen tho that i last longer when having sex this past days (30-45min thats a big plus LOL)
I know this is stupid but has anyone had that sensation when they give you a bj and thier teeth are hit/touching you? Good or bad?

I’m so glad you decided to post and update us. If you don’t know by now I get worried when people are missing for a few days LOL I’m glad you’re enjoying our help that’s what we do here, or a family of brothers helping one another. But I always love it when people recognize that, we’re all about ❤️

There’s nothing wrong with those spasms you’re having that’s normal I get them because I do Kegels through the whole day unconsciously. I always tell man to get in the habit to the point that they’re doing them unconsciously through the whole day that’s the best way to treat Kegels. You’ll gain strength and endurance without even realizing it LOL

I am really all about two devices right now, the SiliStretcher which is the most brilliant ADS in the world. And the Lengthmaster which is the most incredible length assistance device in the world. I suggest you get both but if I had to say just get one I would start with a SiliStretcher because you can do most of SRT with that device. And in the future you can get a Lengthmaster.

If you need any other help just let us know.

Ok so if i buy the silistretcher

Does the pressure in the head is the same as if i was using the mityvac??

I know we have to leave the silicap on, but would that decrease my circulation or make my head go cold sine i have to use it ADS??

I have yet to get my MityVac vac so can’t really give an answer. Bathmate is much more intense than MityVac if that helps. Hopefully others will advise who have the Mityvac?

Pressure at the head is always present in any ads. The coronal ridge is the most solid attachment point, so there will always be some degree of depression of blood flow. Depending on intensity and/or how much weight you are using will determine the safety zones. As an ADS af at light to moderate setting men have made it through the night, I am still experimenting but already seen success of up to 12 hours. At its most intense setting expect a break every 20 to 120 minute area depending on how your body reacts. Be cautious in all this experimentation but also seek out the many functions. I have already created a routine around it called Reverse Pyramid Hanging that I think will be one of the fastest gaining length routines available.

I am so happy that you took on the SRT program and the Newest entries. Reverse Pyramid is the future of all stretching. I actually like the Triangle Pyramid a bit better but it does take much longer. It is pretty much the same thing but when it reaches the top of the cycle it works its way back down scale. So it takes twice as long but I’m a fan of long stretching routines.

The 5×5×3 has long been held as the premier pumping routine and is used by 95% of the men here. I think this routine is going to bring you awesome gains as long as you stick with it and you’re consistent. Make me proud my brother!

At the moment im only doing 3 sets increasing 2.5 lbs every time, is that still good or i need to increase it 5 times as in the post that you did?
Again with the 3 sets i feel the stretch and the soreness from the workout

The difference is the scale of how they work. Reverse pyramid hanging increase his weight as you go up to scale finally getting to your heaviest weight and your most fatigued state. With triangle pyramids you’re going up the scale in the same way but then going down the scale you’ll be reducing weight. Reverse triangle training takes twice as long but it’s probably the most effective way to gain length.

Since I'm starting to train all over again, do you think is wise to add the length master to the routine 2-3 months from now?

Use the LengthMaster now, there’s no reason for anyone to wait it simply is just another form of stretching that you will need to get used to. I encourage all newbies to start with a LengthMaster and swap out every stretch in the newbie routine using the LengthMaster instead. Growth will come so much faster this way.

If you’re going to take on one of the new SiliStretcher routines found an SRT I would get myself a full set of weights, in one pound and one half pound up to 30 pounds. You can buy them here or you can buy them at a sports store. But you will want to have more weight than 3 pounds especially if you’re going to undertake these incredible routines. Our weights are on special this week so check them out. I put the link below

 
So I'm back from the dead. Need new anti-turtling sleeves, how are the new sleeves???? I have the silistretcher and the mityvac will it be compatible??

I've gone to the basic routine to start a new habit of compliance and then will add my devices. need to start noting everything I do.

SRT gives you the flexibility to make your routine whatever you wanna make it as long as you’re following in the methodology and healing and gaining you should be just fine. SRT is a routine but it is also a methodology.

So I've been compliant with the phases no visible results but what i wanted was to be compliant for at least 2 1/2 months straight of PE to cement foundation (I think). This is my rest week before i start the new plan. Reading at the moment SRT.

Ok, so i was lurking every now and then to read new stuff or update the new plan of what i want.
After going back and forth plus the previous experience of wanting to do everything i decided to chill the fuckk-up LOL
So ima just go with wanting to get as THICK as possible for the next 3 month then maybe change to the length

Now my equipment at the moment is:

  2. Black rings
  3. sili rings (the first ones that you guys sold)
  4. Black tape
  5. Wrap band or uncle Jim
  6. White sili sleeves and some blue sili sleeves

welcome back my friend! I was wondering where you got off to I was about to start a man hunt LOL My advice is very simple read SRT, read SRT again and then come back with any questions you may have. Your equipment list is awesome and fully compliant with SRT. If you need help creating the routine or anything else please just ask.

Ok so i had a question since in SRT it says to for the 1st week to start light;
1. what would be the routine for week 1???
Is it this
5 minutes doing Bundled Stretches
100 strong, upward, erect jelqs
1 sixty-second Slow Squash jelq
100 strong, downward, erect jelqs
1 sixty-second Slow Squash jelq
100 strong, upward, erect jelqs
1 sixty-second Slow Squash jelq
100 strong downward jelqs
1 sixty-second Slow Squash jelq

2. Now if i do it with the mityvac to get used to it again can i do it separately or wait till 2nd week?

3. Now it says to sleep with the silistretcher in passive mode?? Whats really passive mode and since im doing girth would it be recommendable??

4. Im thinking of buying the jelqing device you selling. Since i work as a Physical therapist assist i do alot of massages and lifting heavy with my hands and finger resulting sometimes i lose grip due to being extremely fatigue, however, I still complete the routine but it feelt I didn't due it as its suppose to. since phase 1 and 2 required like 100-500 jelqs a day or something around those #'s
5. wanted to buy as well the length master but ehhh still deciding any advice??

I just dont want to fall on the pattern of wanting to do everything and then either coming short or just plainly not doing it

Let me try to answer all of these concerns and questions. For the first two weeks I made it very light but you can turn up the intensity as quickly as you like. If you have experience you can go start foregoing the easy portion. SRT depends greatly on how your body reacts so you really want to find your bodies limits so you avoid injury while still in the edge of gaining.

You can start pumping right away but if you’re not interested in gaining girth what’s the point of doing any pumping?

Sleeping with the SS overnight in passive mode means wearing it so it hold you gently at your erect length, it is meant to hold you in a elongated position to heal that way.

I prefer to use my hands over the jelqing device as it just does not give me the intensity that I get for my hands. But you can give it a try if your hands are not strong enough. Or you can work with your hands until they get stronger.

lastly which I think should be first is the Lengthmaster. This question is easy everybody should have the LM if they are interested in gaining length as the fastest possible rate.

Believe it or not the best thing to do before you start pumping is bundled stretching. With both length and girth the tunica can be a limiting factor. But I have found that using bundled stretches pre-stretches the tunica allowing for you to take up much more size whether it be length or girth.
 
I'm trying with the videos at youtube and even the slow squash I started already. I'm at the moment looking for the diet so I'm lurking on the forum from the very 1st post lol it's gonna take a while

Be sure to squeeze all the blood out of your head before you put on your SS. If there’s any blood remaining in the head it can cause issues. It’s not a terrible thing as it will go away within a few hours but you could save yourself the trouble just by releasing the blood from your head.

That’s great news so it’s all tissue expansion now! What a great feeling that must be and will continue to be as you grow. What weight are you up to at this point?

Still panicking about the edema

Water retention is nothing to really panic about but do your best to squeeze as much blood out of your penis before you compress. And if you noticed that edema is building up take some time to massage it out and then continue. This is the whole theory behind the SRT 5×5×3, You train until the point of water retention at that point you takeoff your pump and you do SlowSquashJelqs for five minutes which completely gets rid of any water build up.

I still get some but not as bad as before. After the session, I put a hot pack on and boom edema reduces plus ad some warmth to my unit

Very smart solution I would’ve never advise that, excellent work. And I’m glad you’re doing the hot pack afterwards and maybe if you included a little bit of massage you can get all of the water retention disbursed.
