So i did the
mityvac for 3 cycles 4-5 and added stretches all of them 30 sec
3' 6' 9' o clock usual
12' 1' 11'o clock new stretch
Cycle 1 : release pressure and do 50-60 kegels tried to hold them for 2 sec
Cycle 2 : Start by
SAFELY increase the pressure i notice this time i had to hit 7 in vac. to feel the tug no pain at all.-50-60 kegels
Cycle 3 needed about 9 in vac to feel the tug-50-60 kegels
Something i notice with the vac is that it losess some pressure if you stretch at the same time
BUT ITS GREAT THAT IT DOES!!!
Let me tell you why, so far at the greatess pressure and kinda a newbie in using it
I could say that when the pressure gets release while the stretches i can feel a greater nice tug on my dick feel plus it can regulate from
HIGH to
LOW pressure to get use to it.
As well has not make me any brisue or hurt my skin so far.
I FINALLY got the
sleeve to stay on
So for those out there that have the glands of the head not thick enough and the
sleeve still slips of the fat pad makes it move.
So i grabed my long thin
sleeve. As you all know how you place the thick border part under the head glands and the thin near the body.
Well i folded a little (.5-1cm) on the thin part then the thicker part right under the glands a
place a rubber band (
wrap in toilet
paper or soft material, I actually used an old underwear to make sure its a
good/soft material) on thicker side right under border .
DO NOT make it super tight it
JUST ENOUGH where you feel that the
sleeve is not moving (make sure you try to move in all planes of motion specially where you get turtle neck) and
ENOUGH for your DICK to HAVE
SENSATION and
FEEL the head
WARMTH.
This is going to make the
sleeve to stay in place. If u feels the head going cold make sure to
crank/windmill for 30-40 (divide them half left/right) and do shit ton of kegels
TO GET THAT BLOOD in your dick.
If not its NO BUENO.
LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!?!?!?!?!!!!?!?!

Question
Now that i maintain a longer flaccid stretch state, i notice i need to do reverse kegel to to help myself pee.
It feels it takes alot of time compared to my turtle neck since its a shorter distance from my bladder.
Has anyone gone thru this??
ANy advice or questions are welcome!!!!
