Worried about BathMate overuse and EQ

Hello,
I've been using the Bathmate for around 6 months now. I've never gone longer than 15 minutes and never felt any pain, but recently I'm struggling to get a solid errection.
I always use bathmate in the morning, as I find it easier to get hard. I guess I'm just worried about side-effects and wondering if anyone could help?
This all stems from the fact that I had a sexual encounter and it actually hurt to nut, wondering if this could be something to do with blood vessel damage?

Welcome to MOS. You need to do a solid pumping routine if you want permanent gains from pumping. You need to do the 5x5x3 routine. You shouldn't pump more than 5 minutes per set. And you also need to do SSJ (Slow Squash Jelq) in combination with pumping. Below is how you are suppose to train:

10 minutes SSJ
5 minutes pumping

10 minutes SSJ
5 minutes pumping

10 minutes SSJ
5 minutes pumping

You need to take a few days off before starting again. Remember to always do Kegel, it helps with blood flow to the penis.

Are 3 hours and 15 minutes standard and a must to see some gains. It sounds a little much for me.

I believe it should be 5 minutes instead of 55 minutes. I'm sure you miss wrote this.
