What's up with the German Forum?

The German Forum doesn't work. It says:

? Alright guys now it works for me too; it was a bad configuration in the antivir software.....

But Dld i have another question i can not post pics when i try to click on "attatcHydromaxents" a bad pop sound comes out off the speakers <
