Vitamin recommendations for growth?

Hi,
I’m two weeks into using the Phallosan, and building up my time. So far so good but I hear so many mixed results, and that bothers me.

I have a question. Does anyone recommend any types of vitamins to help improve growth?

By the way welcome to the brotherhood @KamperKing.

I had bad experiences with the Phallosan forte. I hope it works for you. But to be able to gain length faster you need to implement some kind of stretching routine. Phallosan forte in my eyes is a device to complement your other exercise in PE (ADS = All Day Stretcher). Namely to keep your penis in an elongated state, so it will heal longer.

Thanks for the SRT link. I hope that the Phalloson works. As I have worked with it, the first week, I had problems with it maintaining the proper seal to maintain that pull. It can be deceptive in the fact that it can lose its suction, and then it seems like it is pulling, but only from the sides. To counter this, I cut 1/4 inch off the penis tip sleeve and I place that at the base of my penis, to form a rubber band. Then attach the bell and condom, and then roll the new rubber band over the top of the bell condom, to help insure that I have a better seal to maintain that pull. Still, I’m interested in anything that will help me achieve that revenge body that I want. Haha

If you are serious about length gains I would suggest that you buy the 🔗 LENGTHMASTER 3.
And if you want a stretcher you need the 🔗 SiliStretcher.

I started to stretch with my hands and a broomstick. To this day I have never used a stretcher. I keep my penis elongated with a penis elongation wrap. So there are many possibilities and ways you can keep your penis elongated.

But you need to incorporate some type off stretching routine in combination with an ADS = All Day Stretcher, to see some substantial length gains. The problems you are describing you have with the Phallsosan forte, are telling you everything about it. According to the SRT you should keep your penis in an elongation state for healing when you are not stretching. This will promote maximum growth.

Use that Phallosan to heal in an elongated state. Get yourself a length master device for intense stretching. You will not make enough gains with the Phallosan.

You should not wait. You should start stretching with your hands. No time to waste. The sooner you start, the sooner you will have a big penis.

Hitting the gym and eating better are both two big plus in PE. Just ensurre you stay comitted and consistent with your routine. The gains will come in due time.
