I would try a quarter of the pill: 25 mg. to start with--especially for P.E. If you are going to have sex, 50 mg or more might be in order.
Be sure to take it on an empty stomach if you can tolerate it. It works faster and seems to last longer. It can upset your stomach, so you might want to take it with some milk.
