I have recently started using the vacuum style device as seen it my other post . All going well I suppose other than I’m getting quite abit of sore skin around the head ish of the penis . I’ve looked at wrapping/taping to help with this but struggling to find the right answer . Can anyone help please . Also getting loss of blood / hardening of the head sometimes if under too much pressure for too long . How do I stop this 😩

Ah, the mushroom cap pressurize using your mouth or pump. I have those caps too. Normally used after the pumping sessions with my Bathmate as the glans gets huge.

Using this, there is no specific wrap. The only wrap is at the base of your glans to about 1/3 way along the shaft toward the base of your penis. What you want is the gentle (not extreme) tugging and pulling of your 1/3 tip of your penis and not just on the glans.

What you did wrong, I'm assuming based on what you stated:
  • Your cap is larger than what your glans size is. When you put vacuum pressure on the cap, you're creating shear stresses on the glans when there's a pull between the cap and pulling force. This is why the SiliStretcher emphasizes on the proper glans size to fully shove into the vacuum head for a proper seal. You are using the entire glans and 1.5in of your penis shaft to create a comfortable tug and pull on your entire penis. Using the oversized cap that don't fit your glans properly will stress the tip of your glans during stress loading.
  • You use a loose penis sleeve that did not fit around the base of the glans properly. This loose fitting is tugging on the foreskin on the shaft and probably slides off quite often. When that happens, the penis sleeve took hold of your glans skin and create irritation. Something akin to rubbing your water logged alon with high friction. Quite painful. You can use a smaller penis sleeve cutout about 1.5in long to put over the main sleeve. Add a bit an erection, and ONLY create a gentle vacuum in the cap.
  • You over vacuumed the cap and causes pain around the glans from over suction. Happens so often, I lost count way back in the days. Suction should not be more than 4 inHg. Any more, you will irritate both the glans, cause skin to peel, and cause urinary tract infection from damaged urethra.
  • Too much moisture builds up in the cap. The enemy that cause glans's skin damage. I use bathroom tissues to wick the moisture away from the glans at first, but better wicking cloth is a better choice. The moisture absorbent should be switched out every other hour. Otherwise, your acidic urine will make your glans a living blistering nightmare.
  • If you plan on using the cap as the cheaper alternative, place a smaller penis sleeve cutout to hold down the penis sleeve at the top of the cap and a good tight fitting penis sleeve cut out at the base of the glans for the penis sleeve. This will add the extra support you're looking for, easing out the friction pain and pressure on the glans alone.
  • Use a friction agent to prevent slip off, if needed, like the MoS Shop friction powder composed of rosin and magnesium chloride. I have 3 pounds of this stuff for my ADS unit to keep my sleeves from sliding like a water slide.
  • DO NOT PUT MORE WEIGHT THAN 2.5lbs. you plan on hanging using the cap, max time is 30 minutes as a mean of passive bundle stretching. Reduce the weight immediately between 2 to 2.5lbs for the long all day sessions (8 to 16 hours). Too hard, too heavy, too fast before your glans and develop a weight load adaption, you will hurt your glans like what you have experienced. I'm a long term extender and stretcher user, but I do not use more than 2.5lbs beyond 30 minutes. There is a medical proven fact that higher weight at longer intervals don't help with growth. Short heavy weight load for stressing and long term lower weight intensity promote growth.
You need to do heavy researches before you dive in. Looks like you didn't read the dos and don'ts and dove in before aware of what others have warned the brothers not to do.

A lot to take in . I’m quite confident that the cup isn’t too big as most of the time especially with any sort of semi erection it only just fits in the cup . Also I get no slipping or cup pulling off at all even with greys force so I’m not sure about those two points to be honest .

Looks like it may be suction force used on the cap. The cap should be covering down pass your glans. It's hard to see in the photo. The cap must be long enough and large enough to create a good suction around the corona (the glans's rim) and slightly pass the corona to support the penis sleeve's suction. Too much internal pressure in the cap put stresses on the glans. Too much pressure pressure on the glans and not enough support from the penis shaft will overburden the glans during long hours and under heavy loads.

Look at the MoS Shop SiliStretcher - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger usage video. Same with any long time mushroom cap system. The most critical portion is to make side the corona goes past the bottom rim of the vacuum system, with nice tight seal under low vacuum pressure. The warning is not to past 1 turn, which is 7 inHg. For the cap, you can accidentally push it into 8inHg without knowing. Imagine you put the glans under pressure for 30+ minutes. The glans will suffer.

Also do I want all skin pulled back ? Not covering the head at all ? Thanks

Definitely. The foreskin should be retracted far back to ensure that extra traction for the penis sleeve. This also prevents sliding friction from happening. The sliding friction is the cause of pressure buildup, resulting in blister formation.

Very true

Yep. That's a good corona support being pressurized with little to no slack of the penis sleeve around the base. I can say that the corona is barely inside the rim of that mushroom cap, maybe by 1mm, light air pocket is being trapped because of insufficient air vacuum to help pull up that penis sleeve in a bit more, and the weight loading is stressing that penis sleeve out. Rubber sleeve and not silicone?

Overall, better layout than the first photo.

Yes rubber sleeve . What’s the answer here is the cup too small ???

Cup fits over the corona so it fits well. You should only be concerned if it doesn't fit everything and being too loose inside. If it fits over the entire glans snuggly, with the glans fully inside the mushroom cap, you are good to go.

As for rubber sleeves, it may tear after a few weeks. This is why thicker (not thinner) silicone sleeves are the choice to go with.

Okay thanks for the advice on that . But what is exactly that is causing the pain I’m getting ??? . The shin around the head of the penis is really aggravated. No matter what I try now unless it’s because the damage is already done .

I’ve also just checked my purchase history and it states that the rubber is actually 100% medical grade silicone …..

Ah. The pain or irritation is actually the skin expansion under vacuum pressure. You might have micro tears that you do not see but your nerve endings are telling you those tear exists. It's a common issue as your glans is subjected to pressure, moisture, and growth expansion. You might not know if but your glans is expanding and growing at probably at 0.5mm or even 1mm. That's why we tell the brothers only to measure 60 to 90 days out to actually see the growth.

Protect your skin either with bacitracin ointment, castor oil, liquid Vit E, or hydrocortisone. It helps to protect the expanding skin and allow quicker healing during rest phases.

Those medical grade silicone is softer. Used for dildos quite often. Food grades thicker ones are harder to handle but tougher and longer lasting. Use whichever most comfortable to you. I do have both so I know the feeling between the two. I choose comforts too.

Were these silisleeves?

Were these silisleeves?
The Silisleeves are a bit thick, so I'm suspecting that they are food grade type silicone and not medical grade silicone. Medical is thinner, more pliable, but easily breakable for the purpose of disposable. Food grade silicone lasts longer and design for exposure to skin and contacts longer than medical grade.

All our sleeves are silicone that is why they are called SILIsleeves
