Tweezing or Waxing

I wanted to tweeze or wax but isnt there going to be quite a bite of downtime before you can train again? I feel that training right after a wax might not be safe and would encourage a crazy amount of ingrown hair.

Has anyone had experience with this?

Shaving has always been best for me. But if I had time go with wax or tweezing I would wax

can you continue to train immediately afterward? Wouldnt you have a ton of issues with ingrowns?

At first but over shaving a few times it will no longer happen. It took me about a month to get used to it. Always use hydrocortisone after you shave
