Does your body store the essential amino acids in anyway? In case you don't eat for a while.

What does you body use to make the amino acids it can make?

your body does not store protein/amino acids long term. which is why you must continue eating meat, and other high protein sources. im not sure which amino acids the body produces.. but nevertheless, it is making them from food. and the ones the body doesn't produce, are taken directly from food.. so food is key...

i personally believe the body can utilize much more protein than the standard 50 grams = 100% daily value that the government says on all nutrition facts on food..

as a natural bodybuilder, i go for THEIR recommended daily value of protein, which is at least 1 gram, per pound you weigh. so if you're 180 lbs, try to get 180 grams of protein or more. obviously, however, if you're 250 lbs and 20% body fat, and want to lose weight, there's no need to eat 250 grams of protein.

As I recall, the body will use the protein in muscle to "feed" itself in the abscence of protein in your food.

Having protein in your food is essential... There are many recipes on the internet that help you prepare some dishes that are rich in protein.
