New here. 1st post. Read a lot of threads and i really like this forum for PE.
I have a rather very hard schedule to find private time for myself. And ive been trying to come up with a routine i keep consistant and get gains.
Would something like this work?
Am: 10 min lenghtmaster / manuels
Then proceed to wear silistrecher ads for few hours
Noon: 10 min lenghtmaster / manuels
Then proceed to wear silistrecher ads for few hours
Pm: 10 min lenghtmaster / manuels
Night time or days i want to take break from silistrecher id use silisleeve.
And also days i want to take break from lenghtmaster/ manuels id use sili extender for about 2-4 hours a day then use sili strecher or sili sleeve.
Does a type of routine make sense? Again i try to make something that fits with my life style.
