Routine for extender and ADS?

I recently purchased the MOS stealth stretcher so I have great tools now: the extender, ADS and 3.75 lbs of weights.

My goal is to increase length and EQ as I do have some ED issues. What routine do you guys recommend using the above tools?

How many hours a day should I wear the extender and at what tension/weight? I currently wear it for 5-6 hrs/day at 1.5 lbs tension. Is that good enough to increase length? The ADS usually gives a tension of about 1 lb only I feel.
How often should I hang weights or is just the extender enough?
The extender is small enough to allow use at home even with family around, but not outside. I don't have much time for manual exercises so want to use the above hands free tools as much as possible.

So, you should try to extend as much as you can if you are unable to do manual exercises. I use a conventional extender (x4labs) and I would say shoot for 6hrs a day but if you are comfortable then shoot for longer. There is no limit on how long you can extend, the longer you can go the better. The extender is a great tool. Some find it difficult to master, but those that do have great sucess. Keep in mind that any manual exercises that you are able to do will only speed up the process. You are able to exert more force using your hands than an extender, then throwing on the extender will keep that stretch elongated longer. I would encourage you to try to stretch for at least a few minutes before going into the extender. For EQ kegel throughout the day. EQ is all about blood flow to that region. I tried hanging for a short period, but it wasn't for me, so hopefully someone else can give you some advice on that. Good luck gaining!
 
Thanks a lot for explaining! I find that my penis looks longer with lower tension whether it's with ADS or extender. When I increase the tension, penis becomes rigid and smaller in size which frustrates me A LOT as it's supposed to do the opposite. Maybe it's hard flaccid? So after using high tension on extender (~ 2 lbs) for 4-5 hrs, should I lower the tension to 1 lbs or switch to ADS to help prevent penis from becoming rigid and smaller? And any supplements you use consistently to improve blood flow?
 
I rarely go full tension in my extender because I am not able to wear it as long as I can at medium tension. I know most users go full throttle, but I believe that is not always the most beneficial. The way I look at it is if I am able to wear my extender for an hour and thirty minutes at medium tension over the guy that is able to do 45 minutes to maybe an hour at high tension I am still gaining due to longer sessions. Plus it's a lot less painful. When I come out of my extender I am always hanging a lot longer and then I go into the ADS. If you are not conditioned to wear at higher tensions the start lower and build up to it.
 
Yeah I still need to play around with how to get the right amount of tension in the extender. I measured 2 lb tension (ie 900g) using the weigh scale that comes with stealthstretcher and it was quite a bit for my penis when I used 900g tension for 6 hours straight. It became quite stiff and I had to reverse kegel and use ADS for 9 hours to make it softer. So I am nervous using even 900 g tension again. If I use less than 900g, will I even make any gains? I understand that extender is more effective than ADS and latter is more for passive healing.
 
I'm not too familiar with the stealthstretcher but if you are able to wear it that long without taking it off I don't think the tension is too much. I would say break it up with some manual exercises you want to keep fresh blood moving around. It sounds like you just need more conditioning. Build up to longer periods in the extender. I know someone that can spend hours at a high tension, but he's been doing PE for years. Take your time, be patient and play it smart.
