Reputation points

Bah, I don't need no stinkin' reputation points. I couldn't care less as to whether I have a little green box or a little red box next to my post count, so long as people realize that I'm here to try and help out as much as I can.

This system isnt all about that.
Its a way of members to report things about posts also.
 
i've got 9 points, and after seeing the post that i lost that 1 point for im convinced that reputation points are useless and misleading.
 
See, these points are very useful, its just no one here uses them...

At the other forum I frequent, its called Karma points, and whenever someone sees something they think is useful they go: (bla bla bla) K+

you see it in pretty much every post.....

If WE used them I would be approaching Reputation Sainthood :D
 
hey what's the green dot in the upper right corner about?? It says different things for different users. There are only like 2 or 3 different messages it displays when you point your cursor at it, but still what the hell is it?
 
I just noticed I've got 1 Rep Power. This is new. How can I find out who gave it to me and for what post. I'm glad someone got something from my post but I'd like to know which Awe-InspiringLMAO post that was.:)
