So I want to do something like the newbie routine and then wear the silisleev all day, how much is a realistic amount of gains I can expect per year?
I'm thinking of doing manual stretches for like an hour right after masturbation.

realistically speaking,no one can ever tell you for sure by doing x you'll gain x amount in any time frame. we're all different,our bodies respond differently,some are easy gainers some are hard gainers,some gain length easier but can't gain girth and vice versa. The only thing you need to worry about is consistency,intensity and learning to listen to your body.

masturbation before length exercises is a known method to fatigue the pc muscles and the tissues and generally is good practice (for length)
 
Many people make up to an inch gain very quickly using your newbie routine. It really depends on the intensity are using and how often your training.
 
Like others have said hard to say how much people will gain but I've been on that journey this year with just manuals and kegals, again consistency is the key here
 
Start right away and see if you’re one of the lucky ones. About 85% of the men that start out without doing PE ever before usually see a game of 1/2 inch up to 1 inch within the first month. So start training right away and claim those newbie gains.

btw did you find anything practical after looking into the whole empathy neurons thing? I was reading a post you had about it from a few years ago and it was very interesting.

I did not go forward enough in that study but now that you’re bringing it up I may revisit it. A lot of stuff was going on during that time and somethings fell by the wayside. Thanks for the reminder and the inspiration to finish what I started

Hey DLD I was wondering is there anyway to get to a state of fatigue/the refractory period without having an orgasm? I was going to try semen retention but I also want to do my routine, it's really frustrating lol I want to get the best gains I can but I'm also really done with �naked people movies� and masturbation.

there is no issue doing it through masturbation as long as you’re not viewing �naked people movies�. you want to avoid that as much as possible. You can also reach the state of fatigue through doing Kegels. If you OD on Kegel’s you will end up in complete fatigue. Extensive girth work will also bring you to a state of fatigue. And ironically over training in length work will also bring fatigue. But there is no faster way to that state again after an orgasm. Just become good at having orgasm without doing dirty material.
