Has anyone had a procedure like this done to their penis? I would love to have pearl like that on my cock but I'm worried that it will damage my dorsal vein or cause some kind of nerve damage. How dangerous is it?

It is an implant and this can be done by body modification specialist. Look for a reputable piercer and ask them.
