Hello, I'm a fairly new pumper, I've been pumping for a couple of months, but I have one problem as a beginner. I'm interested and would be very grateful if someone could explain the pumping technique to fill the sides of the cylinder.
I have a starter pump from pipedream 2 inches width but I can't get it to fill completely.
I have no problems with getting the length in the cylinder, but when it comes to getting the girth, I would need advice on how to start correctly, because the width of the girth is ideal for my girth size.
What am I doing wrong?
 
Welcome to MOS. Does your pump has a gauge? If yes,how many hg are you pumping at? Are you getting up to half inch of expansion (0.5)?

This is a strange phenomenon for me. I have never been able to expand just in length.

My suggestion is to invest in a high quality pumping system, to get the high enough vaccum you need for growth. These cheap pumps are practically worthless.

Go with MityVac - Wet and Dry Penis Vacuum Pump System instead. You can pump both with water and air with it. Also when you need a bigger cylinder you can just buy a bigger cylinder. Then just attach the parts you already have to the new cylinder.

 
Welcome to MOS. Does your pump has a gauge? If yes,how many hg are you pumping at? Are you getting up to half inch of expansion (0.5)?

What is your pumping routine like?
My pump doesn't have a gauge, but it has a medical pump. I get the most expansion when pumping only in the lower part of the penis, after which the thing stays there the whole time pumping. When I pump, I don't create too much pressure, but proportionally according to the feeling.
My routine is a very good warm-up with warm water, then hand stretching exercises and finally 10 minutes of proportional pressure pumping.

I thought pumping wet or dry was at 5 and no higher than 10. I have a mityvac.
So whwn doing Girth program (SRT 5x5x3), what is full intensity when speaking of the pump pressure?

Don’t want to blow out my boy….😂

Wet has more compression forgiveness than water. What don't compress. Imagine pressing your penis between mattresses vs concrete blocks. Yeah..not pretty picture.

For air, 5inHg is easy to attain right of the bat. Water, creep up slowly from 3inHg to 5inHg. If you haven't test your comfortable baseline at 5inHg using water yet, creep up from 3inHg. This is literally your internal erection pressure vs external water vacuum pressure. If your penis can remain erected the entire 15 minutes under 10inHg of water pressure, your EQ should be a stallion. I can truly testify that I only last 7 minutes against 10inHg. After that, my brain shuts my penis down. 3.2x the erection internal pressure should be.

Never stop asking questions. Protect your penile health no matter where you are on the PE journey. I'm already 20+ decades in, as I still ask stupid questions. I think my medical colleagues are getting tired of my insistent questioning. But it also benefit them as they learn new things.

Mityvac for 5min @ 6-7

Repeat twice.

Siliring for 1 hr, massaging for blood flow at 30min, in between.


What is my ideal schedule and routine to max girth growth?
 
5x5x3 is the best and fastest way to girth. It is a simple recipe 5 minutes pump, 5 minutes pump x 3. Welcome to the brotherhood and thanks for your service

What is your baseline vacuum pressure? You indicate at 6 to 7 inHg, which is great! But how long have you been using that pressure? If you been using the initial pressure at 6 or 7 inHg of the past 2 weeks for the first and third set, add in another 1 inHg for the second set. Do monitor for the moderate discomfort feeling. Do that for a few days during your second set, and add 1 more inHg for the second set in the vacuum. Do this for 1 more week, and then add another 1 inHg there after every week, or every other week.

As for doing this every other day, try to do it every day, 3 days in a row, and have a day rest, ONLY and ONLY once you've been programming/priming your penis into a good condition for the past month based on your schedule. Those who jump into the high pressure too soon too fast, blisters will form, and worst, onset of pains.

For me and a few brothers, our pumping schedule is 3 to 4 days on, 1 day rest. At times when my penis feels like it's in peak form, 4 to 5 days on, and 1 day off. After 5 days, my glans becomes very sensitive. If you want extreme girth growth, rather than just 60 minutes in the cock ring, go for broke and have it all day on, but, break down a 5x5x2 in the morning, and 5x5x2 at night with a 60 minutes post pumping cock ring on. This will not only cement your girth growth faster, but also create a crazy expansion throughout the day. Your erection quality (EQ) will take a hit for the first week or two, but once your body adapts to the new routine, it will hit the expansion and healing rate much more rapid as you're entering into the moderate and high vacuum pressure zone.

S for the cock ring. Only after pumping ? For one hour? Whether morn or nite?
