It is getting to the point that I have no idea who is who anymore. I know of 2 orders that were lost and I am on it and I apologize to you guys. If there are others experiencing problems please post your problem here. This will make it easier for me to communicate with you. PM's are great but without a name and order number I have no idea who you are.

Please post here letting me know what issue you are having, then send me a PM with your order details and I will do my best to resolve it.

Hi Mike,

Sorry for my lack of patience but I have not gotten my DVD, Power Assist wrench, and my first month's Titan Pills of my Deluxe Package #4. I also got charged another $39.95 for a second month's pills I also didn't receive so I sent a letter ordering the cancellation and refund for the non-shipment whiich you should be getting in a few days. The only thing I did receive was my lifetime membership. I suppose the invoice number is the order number since that is the only number you have e-mailed me. It is invoice # 730. I will PM you with my invoice.

I am also going to be talking with Jaz tonight so I hope to get a more definitive answer. We have gone through 3 manufacturers now and the demand for PA's just keeps going up, both of these factors are very frustrating, I feel you. I'll post in here tonight about the update.
