So I have been doing PE for 4 years, I have seen some gains, most of which happed in the first year. A total of 3/4” in length and 1/4” in girth. My gains have halted (for 2 years) despite upping the intensity to the point of injury and changing routines every couple months looking for my own “holy grail “ that would get me new gains, but it hasn’t happened.
After a bunch of research I have decided to go off the deep end and try the P-shot. I never thought I would take it this far (medical procedures) but I feel I owe it to myself to exhaust every possible option to attain my goal.
While there are a couple posts on MOS about this already, I have yet to see anyone post well after to see if they retain their gains. Also most seem to lay off or get lazy with their PE after the shot. I will update and continue to do so, so everyone can know my experience.
I would like some opinions on how you would attack this, if you were planning the shot. My thoughts currently are to continue my SRT 3x5x5( plus) girth routine going right up to the day of the shot. Increasing the intensity where I am completely spent on the day of the shot. The whole point of PRP is to help in healing. Then take the next 3 days off (dr.s instructions), after the rest days (still pumping 2x a day for 10 minutes) then right back to it, adding in a hanging/length routine every other day. I have my consultation on Monday and will be getting the procedure in about 2 weeks, at the end of my routine . This will also give me time to cut out alcohol, anti inflammatories and ramp up my cardio for a bit.
@Jackxxx I would be particularly interested in your opinion on what you would do leading up to and after...
