Hi fellas,

I find PE incredibly overwhelming with tons of info, and I’m not sure where to start. I’d also like to discuss an ongoing issue I’ve been having with my little guy. Hoping a seasoned vet can offer his coaching services to help me get started?

Thank you!

Questions from us are:
  1. Girth or length is more important?
  2. Are you constrained by budget?
  3. How much dedicated time can you put into your PE?
  4. Gain expectations versus time you need the gains by.
Do remember that there is a massive difference between expected gains vs reality. The reality is, the more efforts and time you put in, the faster your gains. But gains don't just suddenly become permanent. There is a required cementing time after your gains you must adhere to, be the cheaper routes or the $20K route for a Ironman type of device we're observing now. Even with surgeries, there are post cementing requirements to keep the new parts permanent.

Hi!

Thank you!

1. Both are important. But girth more so. However, I think I’ve read it’s important to work on length first and achieve the desired result before moving on to girth, if I’m not mistaken.

2. Budget for devices/coaching? I dunno, a couple hundred bucks?

3. As for time, well I think I would do quite well if maybe I use one of those devices I can wear all day? Assuming that’s for newbies. But besides that, 1-2 hours a day I believe I can do if there’s more manual stuff required.

4. Well I’m just under 6” in length and around 4” in girth. My ultimate goal is to be 8” in length and 6” in girth. My goal for one year is to gain at least half an inch in length and .25 in girth.

Thanks again!

Let's focus on what you need for the time being. Yes, length does provide an explosive growth to girth, and vice versa is true. It's about how much intensity you're progressing.

1. If we attack the penis using the length method, intensity is the key. While working on length, you can incorporate the girth SSJ (slow squash jelq) methods to add that extra girth you're looking for as you increase your girth, until you refocus everything on girth as you plateau out on length growth, commonly around the 9 month mark. Some continue to growth as a first timer.

2. Costs is never addressing about coaching. The brothers here will all coach you as part of the brotherhood. Get the Length Master 3 (LM3) package (no hanging weight needed). It has the handle and the clamp module. You might want to let brother @squirt_inducer_man (SIM) helps you with the additional mod for higher intensity as you go.

3. If you plan on using an ADS (all day stretcher), it will be a light to moderate tension like what I'm wearing now. It will be a slow and steady measure of gain. However, an ADS is to get your penis prime for the high intensity ahead the moment you hit the plateau. I will be heading to the high intensity tool very soon to break out of my plateau. If you start off with the LM3, you will be going straight to pure gaining territory. This is why I ask about how much time you have. Applying all the time you have to length using LM3, you're pushing for immediate growth. You can apply the SSJ routine right after the LM3 bundle stretching routine. Total time is around 40 minutes.

4. You are literally where I was. I started out at below 5 length and 4.25 girth. I restarted again at 6 length and 5-ish girth. My objective goal is 8 length and 6.35 girth minimum. Your expected gains is a walk in the park using a moderate tension force through ADS and moderate pumping. You can literally combine both ADS and MityVac combo to get a massive quick growth. I already achieved what you wanted within the first 6 months, but will need another 6 months for permanently cementing the gains.

Now this is your call on how to approach this. We can guide you with the routines, but it's you that will need to tweak the routines to best fit your growth. Create your log here and we'll track it with you and give you our concerns and comments to encourage your growth based on what we've learned.
