over-hand under-hand jelq?

what is better to do seen two videos of jelqing one was over and the other was under so what is better?

Both work as long as you are forcing blood up the shaft....I actually do over hand with one hand and underhand with the next alternatively. Over hand jelqs like the guy in the first link actually might get closer to the pubic bone and base giving a fuller jelq.
