Milk gives me a stuffy nose, I don't know if it's the lactose or the milk protein. I have just read that cow's milk contain hormones, lactoferrin, immunoglobins that can irritate the human immune system, so I wanted to avoid milk based protein. I'm wondering if this is the case with protein isolates.
I looked into egg protein, it just seems a little expensive...
I guess I will have to buy some quality whey and see if it's ok for me.
