Hi to all,

I started my PE journey a long time ago, in 2003 with some rudimentary website. I don't think this forum was live yet or it was just beginning.
My starting size was 12.7cm in length and 4.25" in girth. I know it's odd to use both metric systems but I always did this regarding PE.
I did PE regularly for about 2-3 years ( 3-4 months in a row and then I had some time off in the same duration ). I think I never had a time when I did PE for 6 months in a row to cement the gains properly.
Years have passed and I restarted PE in 2008 doing it consistently 4 months in a row and then made a big pause again and restarted again in 2011, and that was it.
I did not achieve what I hoped to achieve. At my peak I had almost 7" length and around 5.3" girth. That was not that bad at all but the size was not cemented and now I have only 6.4" length and around 5.1" girth.
In the summer time last year I was 6.5" Length and 5.2" girth so I know that the season contributes to size. Cold weather negatively affects size.
I always had one simple issue and that is the reason I kind of failed this PE journey;

I noticed that when I masturbate often I had almost no gains in girth, and that was mainly because I couldnt have a proper erection strong enough to use for clamping exercises.
But, if I refrained from ejaculation and had girth exercises where I needed to be "excited" watching ���� or nude images, afterwards I was nervous and I mostly had acne problems which always lead me to give up.
I did not want a bigger penis if the price was scared face from acne.

I could avoid ejaculating for a few days only during the exercise period, and after a few days a was totally neurotic and I needed to just do it to cool down.
I read forums and was even active at times to an extent, but I never understood how I can have a proper 90 - 100% erection "on demand" which Ive seen helped with gains in my case.
 
Personally I really hate masturbation it just leaves me feeling despondent and lazy. Refraining from masturbation is a smart move if you’re looking to gain girth quickly. It’s best to understand girth work as the percentage point of your erection. Meaning, if you train at 70% and get 30% expansion you’re only at 100% which means you’re not getting any expansion at all. But if you do that same 30% expansion with a 95% direction now you’re stepping in the 25% expansion. I hope that makes sense to you but if you want to read more about it you can look up an article called “the penis is a balloon not a rope”
 
Thanks DLD! I already kind`a know this and I read that article long time ago. I guess I need to re-read some of the material on the forum as my situation is specific. Once, I knew a lot regarding PE and I even had my own forum in my country, but long time has passed and some of the things are not that familiar right now. I mean I know things intelectually but I lost the feel for it. Nothing that constant work cannot change.

The key seems to be the focus and dedication as i already now what and how to do it, this is obvious from my point of view.

I still do not quite understand acne part, because years ago I had acne at times when I tried not to cum and did girth work all the time, edging. I only understood that coffee and sweets and bad nutrition contributed to the overall situation. When I had better nutrition and avoided coffee, problem was less obvious. Physical exercises seemed to help as well, because when I only did PE and edging and not much else I was very nervous.

So my overall issue is - possible skin problems that I had before when I did heavy girth work.

Dedication to what you’re doing is so important in PE. And that dedication comes from the deep desire to become the size you want to be. So I’m glad you recognize that and I suggest you look for ways to motivate yourself every day to become the best you can be.

with your skin issues what type of soap are you using when you shower? Are you using any products on your penis? I ask these questions because a big reason skin issues arise is because of pH balance. For me I had skin issues until I addressed my pH balance. What I found was certain products had a very negative on my PH balance. Let me know the answer to these questions
 
That is an interesting point of view! pH balance. I suspected that the use of cleaning products might have adverse effects so I just stopped regularly cleaning my face. I use any soap or shampoo once in a few days, nothing fancy. It might be pH balance from nutrition as well.

It seems the less I touch my face fewer problems I have. 20 years ago or even more I had more skin issues and I was using various products that did not help much so I decided to not use them so much.

When I have the same kind of nutrition and overall activity it appears that I have almost zero skin problems, it is only when I change things and go from no sugar to a lot of sweets or masturbating almost every day to no masturbation for 4 - 5 days or more, or no stress to a lot of stress when I face significant skin issues. I tend to change things like that which is I assume not a usual thing to do. People do not change much with time in the day to day life but I do.

I do not use any products in PE.

It seems that I need to have a PE routine and just be disciplined and don't deviate from regular work. Have healthier nutrition as I want to and stay focused on the goal and motivate myself as best I can. The pH balance of the skin will be a new addition to what I pay attention to.

Been there with acne for some years when younger, then took some meds that cleared it for life, so glad that went

I have no wrinkles and I am 54! I also do not use shampoo, I only use water and most people my age do not have a head of hair like I do. Water is very cleansing and will clean just as well.

That is what I suspected as well. I rarely use cleaning products, now I will try to use them even less :)

it’s truly amazing what it did for me. When I was using soap on my face even Clinique and other expensive brands it’s fucked with my pH balance and I would end up with dry lupus looking skin with pimples everywhere, so much so that I cannot touch my face without touching a pimple. For me my life was hell until I came to the understanding that my problem was with the products not myself. Within two weeks after stopping using soap and going strictly with water all of my pimples went away and I no longer had that lupus looking rash of dry skin. My whole life changed and my confidence went through the roof and I was finally able to have a girlfriend.

With my hair it’s no different. Most men my age don’t have hair or the hair they have a stain thin or thinning. I stopped using shampoo about the same time this is when I was 19 or 20 years old. This is exactly the description of what was happening to my face. It is truly weird, I am married have sex occasionally and I am a relatively not a stressed person even in this situation with a false pandemic. I am kind of calm and despite that I observed stressed people having clear skin while I regularly had acne. Not that much, but almost all the time one inflammation was active. I stopped using shampoo and soap for the last 4 days. I do not see anything new appearing on my face. Hair is a bit greasy but my wife says it seems to her like my hair is thicker.

Yea, that's great hair you have! My hair is thin and sensitive but it seems that I am not going bald, it is just thin.

I surely hope this will improve both aspects of my visual appearance.

I came to a PE forum to get a piece of cosmetic advice. :) Next time I will go to a plumbers forum to get a PE advice.

Two things that have helped me in my life in this area concern pH balance. When I was washing my hair with shampoo I was throwing off my pH balance and in doing this your hair will thin and eventually go bald. We are not supposed to change our pH balance because our bodies are perfectly balanced by the good Lord.

Now as far as skin is concerned I do not use soap on my face at all or any other product only water and I can tell you I have not one wrinkle nor blemish.

here’s a picture of my son and me. I am in my mid-50s. My birthday will be March 21 when I turn 55. Or 54, fuck I can’t remember but I’m old LOL
