New to this and so lost and anxious

Ok guys. The only thing stopping me is that I simply don’t know how to perform any of the exercises. When I search elsewhere, the videos they have posted there seem different than what is described here. Also for example on this board, when I see bundles stretches and click it, it takes me to the lengthmaster. I can just blindly start doing Penile excercises based on written descriptions. It’s too hard to understand like that and I am afraid to hurt myself doing the exercise wrote . Even with the slow squash jelq, some seem to say to do the ok grip it the base. Jelq up an inch and then use your palm to Cause the incredible expansion. I have then seen others say that when doing the ssj as your pressing with your palm, you actually are Jelqing toward to the glands with the other arms almost like a typical jelq. At least that part of it. Is there any way that you guys can link me to video showing me how to do all these exercises? I’m having tounke finding tutorials on even the basic maneuvers. Please guys. I’m begging you to help me. Also on a side note, the members section doesn’t allow me to see the videos from my iPhone and my computer is barely running. I would be so forever greatful if you guys can help me. I would be so forever thankful.
It isnt very complicated. Get a good grip and stretch your penis for 1 min. Repeat at least 20 x 1 minute stretches per day.

Practice makes perfect watching videos is not needed you need to learn by doing.

Since you are:
Anxious and paranoid about doing the wrong thing.

And very limited in the time you can dedicate to PE.

I definately recommend just buying the Lengthmaster follow the instructions included in the package and stretch with the lengthmaster for 20mins to 1 hour per day with a break every 20mins to release your penis and restore circulation.

Now you have gotten so much advice its up to you to take action. Either learn by doing with the information in the lengthmaster package or stretch by hand with the tips you have gotten. There are no exact instructions or a fool proof way of doing it.
 
I feel like redzulu now, you sadly dont listen. Either just start stretching (and get a feel for how to apply good tension without pain) and most preferably buy the lngthmaster. Or you are not going to get anywhere, no exact video instuctions on how your penis works exist.

It sounds like you could do with the access to the pay site, and see the exercises being done.
Either that, or maybe at this time, you are not ready for penis enlargement, because you certainly cant have anxiety about what your doing, and if you did get a slight sore, it may be the end of the world.

I have access to the pay site just it’s not viewable on my iPhone and I haven’t used my computer in years. Who knows if that thing even turns on. What I’m gonna do is get the lengthmaster and use the instructions that come with it. The above poster gave me that idea and I’m going to order that today. I’m also going to try and see if that computer fires up so I can see the pay site.
 
Also not doing pe is giving me anxiety. I’m at a time in my life in which my pecker caused me so much anxiety and knowing I’m on the road to fixing it would alleviate my anxiety
 
Okay I understand more now, sure. Without me sounding, or being like a salesman here .. sorry .. but the DVD may be helpful, as that does incl all the videos.

Yes, the lengthmaster is awesome, and you dont need a hanger either once you get one because it has a hanging attachment already part of it.

Much better value for money in my opinion in comparison with many of the standalone hanging devices on the market right now.
 
Take it easy it’s a slow journey! But start slow things will become easier as you keep doing them and you become more experienced you will see your hard work pay off but the key is to enjoy the ride more then the gains you push to see gains to fast with out enjoying the exercises you may become over zealous potentially hurt yourself or get even more anxiety which will throw you off balance you have to love it to be successful slow and steady and you will get to where you want to be ??

No, Instructions are online in the sticky section of the Lengthmaster forum. There are also directions in the power assist section also.

We all been there this forum has everything u need and if u need videos youtube actually allows videos of pe on them with nudity. For now focus on basic like stretching which is grabbing under the glans and pulling in a direction ie left 3 times for 30secs each followed by right middle etc. Jelqing forming ok grip at base and working up to just below the glans squeezing blood up and repeating almost like milking a cow. And ads is super important just look up uncle jim strap its pretty str8 forward. Cheers it takes time to learn and get comfortable but it becomes second nature.
 
Reading or watching videos only, wont help u learn and gain experience. Just like maths u learn theory and then u go to solve excersises (practice) otherwise u never learn. Just start to apply in practice what u saw in theory. Do some tries, even if u dont know if this u are doing is right or wrong, start to do the basic streches and jelq excersises in order to aqcuire experience. Do your mistakes, from mistakes we learn. Eventually ur body will tell u if u do it right or wrong. Dont think all time " xmm did i do this right ? did i do this well? maybe im doing it wrong ? all these thoughts will just make u anxious and keep u back.
PE just need 3 basic things : Relax (in order ur tissues streched more ), A lot of work ( meaning that PE is a marathon and needs a lot of patience and hard work and discipline), Confidence ( Y mental PE is about u must feel well, if u feel jealous of some posting videos of other guys dicks, or ��������� , etc , this will keep u back). , try avoid interupting ur work and discipline from watching too many stuff.) Be self focused.)
 
Okay, a lot of good advice here already. I'm going to mention a couple things:

1) Those women were wrong. Either they were really shitty 'friends,' or they were trying to think of a good excuse to not sleep with you without hurting your feelings... and really screwed the pooch. Like, laughably so. Your measurements are average or above according to every study I've ever seen.

On this forum you'll find discussion of the 'mental' side of PE. That stuff is CRUCIAL. How your body is and how you perceive your body to be are two completely different things, and no matter how big you grow in reality, it's not going to make a difference to you if you don't appreciate it. It's like when I used to hit the gym frequently, and got pretty well built, but still looked in the mirror and saw the skinny little kid I was growing up. I think DLD has a similar story. And the same applies to PE. So you need to get it through your head now... YOUR PENIS IS FINE. In fact, it's more than fine. IF that is the reason those girls didn't want to sleep with you -- and it probably isn't -- then they happened to be part of a minority of women who really are just after unusually large dicks.

2) I understand wanting a coach who will just sit you down and tell you exactly what to do, step by step. That's pretty smart! I've never used his services, but there is a gentleman named Big Al who provides personalized coaching. While I cannot personally vouch for his abilities, he is featured on the MoS store and so carries the MoS stamp of approval. Okay one more thing.

3) Regarding your concern that different sources give you different and conflicting info on how to do exercises... pick a teacher. Many people think they need to learn from as many sources as possible, but as you're finding that can actually be counterproductive. Different sources will have different philosophies, different ways of doing things, that are not compatible, and trying to learn from all of them will just leave you confused. At some point you need to cast your lot with ONE guide and stick to THAT process. Many here in MoS have gotten great results, so this probably isn't a bad choice. :D

By the way, I went ahead and signed up with Big Al. I haven't received anything personalized yet, but looking through the initial reading material, it seems like he's coming at this from a different angle than MoS. Not nearly so hardcore in his approach to the workouts, more concerned with overtraining I guess.

Anyway, I'll post updates in my Progress Log so you can see what I think of working through the MeCoaching there!
 
I'm glad you have purchased Big Al's course, and his advice sounds similar to the way I used to train albeit I was HIT [High intensity training] with more rest rather then more training and minimal rest.

Nowadays we have extenders to wear to maximize growth on the off days. I STILL stand by my HIT philosophy and sometime in 2019 I will need to get writing more in depth on here, update my own material.

Perhaps oneday I will have 121 coaching (rocking)

Yeah, $77 for a personalized plan and 3 months of support is NOTHING when you think of how much time that could save you. And if I don't have killer results in those three months, I'm not out much.

Not surprised to see DLD exercises in his program, btw, even though Big Al seems to be much more careful and conservative in his approach. :)
