New to PE looking to tweak my routine

Hey everyone! I’m new to the game and at first just started with the bath mate. After purchasing it, I some how found my self to this site and I’m glad I did! The information here is priceless! I measured myself to check for progress before starting and have not checked since. But starting I’m at EL- 6in EG- 5in. The goal here is 1.5 in length and 1 in for girth.

I would like to focus on girth first so I’m starting with the 5x5x3 program.

I received the bath mate hydromax 7 first week of April. I’ve been doing 15min sessions with water and slowly built up pressure over time. From reading on here 10 inches of mercury seems to be the safe limit for pumping. But since I have not done the mod to my bath mate I just go by feel. I’m not in any pain, I just feel good amount of pressure (I like this part lol). It’s now mid May and I’m now reaching the top part of the cylinder where it looks cloudy. Just the tip of me, but my head fills the tube (in width) it’s starting to get uncomfortable. The MityVac will soon be my next purchase. Question here is should I just stay in this hydromax 7 until my girth fills the tube? Next question is, does anyone do kegels while pumping? Is that safe? If so, is reverse or standard kegels better?

Other few questions I’ve had since I’ve only done 2 days with the 5x5x3 program.
Are any of you dry pumping when doing this? I know water pumping is better but when combining the SSJ for 5 min then pumping again, dry pumping seems much easier and cleaner. 1st day of the program I found my self in the shower for almost an hour, seems a little wasteful. Am I loosing gains with dry pumping?

HydroMax without the gauge is hard to tell if you're hitting the initial required pressure for growth, designated as 5inHg. 3inHg is the medical average of common internal pressure of a healthy erection. 5inHg is the common boundary to expand both internally and extenally. For those who started out puming, 5inHg external vaccum pressur somewhat equates to 5inHg intenally. Some only goes up to round 4inHg. For those who have been pumping for so long, that is not the case. Extenal pressure can be 5inHg, but internal is only around 3inHg. This is why we creep up higher towards 10inHg, after conditioning ourselves sufficiently. This is going into magic growth zone as the internal expansion is nearly times the normal. But, this is for those who have pump for a long while. There is an upper bound unsafe zone as well, the so called black magic growth zone, between 11inHg and 15inHg. Dangerous ground, but extreme growth.

Yep. You've reached your length limit. Make sure to always purchase a tube that is 2in taller than your current or even the intended objective length you're purpusing. Extra headspace and buffer zone around the entir penis while doing water pumping is essential for pressur equalization. This is the magic of water pumping.

Question here is should I just stay in this hydromax 7 until my girth fills the tube?
No. You need headspace and side space for your Bathmate to deal with air pocket removal. Without that sufficient headspace, you will not get the needed air pocket removal you need, on top of pressure equalization. This is why Bathmate made the frosty headspace zone, indicating that this is the limit space zone needed for the device usage.

Next question is, does anyone do kegels while pumping? Is that safe? If so, is reverse or standard kegels better?
Yes. We all do it. It's safe. It's a good way to get blood into the vacuumed penis. Kegel is another way to get harde erection while having sex. Think about how the penis deals with the tight vaginal wall forcing the blood out of penile dialative constrictor condition to remain hard. To get mor blood in, we instinctively do kegels. Reverse kegel is to promote blood and blood pressure to the pelvic flood. This is more to promote blood flow around the pelvic region, and not into the penis itself. Standard kegels push blood into penis.

Other few questions I’ve had since I’ve only done 2 days with the 5x5x3 program.
Are any of you dry pumping when doing this?
Yes. 5x5x3 is SSJ and pumping in one program, 3 sets of 5 minutes SSJ and 5 minutes of pumping. Sometimes, we switch it around based on our needs. I do both wet and dry pumping. Wet pumping for stable expansion. Dry pumping for getting ready to make the lady moan. A few brothers are selective of only wet, some only for dry, some both. It's all depending on the comforts and needs. For me, I tend to do dry only when I know my glans starts to suffer from skin peeling from excessive moisture throughout the weeks from wearing my all day stretcher for too long. I switch to dry for a few days to let the skin comes back.

Wet and dry are the same when it comes to gain. However, wet provides mor pressure uniformity without hotspots where your intenal tissues are being expanded inconsistently. Warm water also boosts blood flow and the ionic exchange between water and tissues super charge the blood to perform healing responses. This have been documented and studied by many countries worldwide.

You are not losing anything between the switch of wet and dry. Do know that dry and wet have different pressure exertion. If you're using wet, the pressure works on your penis at the low pressure than dry as water cannot be compressed, while the volume of external pressure forcing against the penis from the outside, while the vacuum pressure forces your internal to expand. Air is different.
