Hello..
Just received my new Length Master in india today..
Can anyone guide me best routine with length master to gain length.
DLD bro 🙋🏽‍♂️
 
Current EL is 4.5".
Have been doing stretching and Using externder from last 6 month regularly. Still no signs of gain..
Please guide me best routine for next 6 months

Only Extender...
And weight hanger....
I hang weight sitting on chair and hang weight using pulley on wall..
 
Progress untill you can do bundled downward stretches with the lengthmaster, that will unlock your growth.
 
I haven't ordered LM yet. If hanging is the "most" efficient method of gaining growth. Would it actually be most efficient to simulate the same with LM?
How much growth can be expected from using LM, and what has been the most efficient routine for you?

I'm on my way to validate this.
I'm told to do downward bundled stretches 20 min x 3 times per day. Rest day on Sundays.
I'm going to do this for 6 months...after 6 months I will know more.

Don't know yet, but I will see in 6 month. I do not messure. But I have grown before this with hand stretches and a broomstick.

You need to ask someone that are more experienced with the length master if you want that information.
 
Got one query..
Instead of wearing length master at penis head or just before penis head.
He is wearing Length Master at base of penis???

While stretching we wear it just before glans

This would be considered an expressive stretch which penis growth comes from inside the body

Do we wear Length Master at base only in mention expressive stretch ???

Or in all fours..
Bundled down stretch, __________ stretch and other stretch too ???

All stretching can be done with lengthmaster. The lower you attach the more ofban expressive stretch while the higher you attach the more it is a lig and shaft stretch
