MoS Shop Support questions

I am in US, so DHL has nothing to do with it...can you please force your sales team to ship the order... because if it doesn't gets shipped by today...i cannot wait...I will do a chargeback from my side...as I'll be moving and have no chance of collecting the order...so please tell them to ship it by today itself... As the sales team promised me that they'll be shipping it yesterday but it's been 24 hrs and no update...

I can understand they have few items on short...so just send whichever product is available... It's just one sleeve that's out of stock...but rest is good to go...so tell them about this... here's my order ID:320315.

Let me know what update you get...i really don't want to cancel the order...and I would have been able wait few days...but it's not possible in my situation because of traveling. And order was on around 30th July...so it's late

So if you can ship the order by today may be I'll get it by Wednesday. Which is workable.

Let me know what you guys decide.

Earlier to customer service via email you requested a size bigger which we agreed and is preparing to ship it. Therefore your order will ship today or Monday morning depending on the postal pickup. Thank you for your business. As your issue is now solved!

I found your order thru the transaction number. You must update your email on your account.

You are one of the customers I have communicated with who has a block on your account. Please do not say we have not responded when we in fact have. You must edit your email on your shop account or edit the blockages on the current email you are using to communicate with us.

I have reached out to you via personal email answering your question, days ago informing you of the email failures we receive trying to communicate with you.
Lightning, I have gone into settings and found nothing that would block your email. It is the same email that you used today. Not found in junk or spam. I don't know what my problem is but I will keep looking. I did email you a change of email address, that may fix the problem. Thanks for the info about the product delays.
 
Are you saying its been 7 days and you have not gotten a response or product? Please give me your email and or order number. I will look deeper into this, and if this proves to be correct (No email reply within 7 days), then your order is free!

I am saying about the product

The order number is : 320315

The order is still stuck in pickup from the USPS...i have been writing support everyday...as I have a deadline for the shipping...i have placed the order on 30th and still it's in pending pickup... I also have told that if something is not available... atleast send the rest and cancel whatever is not available...but still no action taken from you guys...

I got email saying that there's some supply issues with ss2...I told you guys that's fine...just cancel that particular product and send the rest of package or replace saw by ss5... Same size and same cost...no reply...

I am repeating this like a broken record...that i have deadline till Thursday...so it will be better if I get the parcel before that...and if you have shipped it yesterday or may be today that would be possible... But no action and no reply on that too...

I just got bunch of new emails saying your order is on the way with different tracking in each email...and after clicking the tracking it says "label created but not in system yet"which is same from 1 August...

So please check the order and let me know here that the orders are shipped or not...and by shipping i mean has it left the warehouse or not...

Please reply me here...or in the DM... whichever works

I have emailed you the Mail Error we received whenever we attempted contact. This is why we are communicating thru other emails, and now the forums.

It appears you emailed us initially from tidio or direct from a Bellsouth email, which is the email we responded to. However, on your shop account, there is a Gmail account. I'm assuming you have updated.

Check your email. I think we could clear this up using a different email address. You have bent over backwards trying to help with this problem and I appreciate the effort. Sorry for my lack of comunication on this matter but I can not fix the problem on my end.

Please check your emails and reply there as we have been doing while working out your issue. When I read this it sounds like we are not on the same page, which is what I have been trying to do. So again the solution is in your email, let me know how you would like to proceed.
 
I finally bit the bullet and order more stuff, but I'm hating the "Shop" app tracking, it's about as opaque as a brick wall with a steel plate behind it.
