Mos Orders, Deliveries And The Lack Of Responsibility

First and foremost, let me apologize for how MOS has been processing orders. It has been an issue since we have become more busy and we have only, recently been able to afford and employee to fulfill these orders. It is awesome that we are finally able to have a person dedicated to fulfilling orders and up until this we have been 10 men short of a solid company...accept my apologies. Now, we have hired this new person, he will process orders, send orders out, deal with phone questions and every other inquiry we may have. Up until now I have answered the phones for MOS, which I have been unable to keep up with. JAZ (Lightning) has tried to deal with orders but, again, the lack of time and the increase in orders has been unable to keep up with.

The new method of deliveries will be very efficient and everyone will find it completely professional...I am proud that we have finally gotten to this point.

Anyone who has suffered issues with our order department please accept my amends. THE NEW DEPARTMENT WILL JUSTIFY THE ERROR OF OUR PAST. Our new employee will have one job, deal with the customers. There will never be a issue any longer with orders. I TRULY WISH I COULD DO THIS MYSELF BUT I NEVER WANTED TO GET INTO Penis Enlargement for orders or money...I love helping and writing on Penis Enlargement and this is all the time I have.

I think everyone will be happy with the new changes. Please understand that if you did order recently there may be a delay in your order over the next week or so as we are sending the equipment for orders to the new employee aqs I type this and he will be set up in the next few days.

I still want my last 2 months of Titan Pills you guys owe me. On top of that, no one answers my customer service calls so I cancelled my subscription for not delivering my last 2 months supply and being charged for it. If I get the pills or the refund, I will see how much the service improved. Right now the way I see it, you guys at MOS do have a lot of catching up to do and a lot of damage control. You also have to regain our trust.

You are correct about the catching up and the second I have the equipment for shipping and the computer stuff I will credit you. There has only been a few guys that have had this problem and I am sorry you are one.
