Has anyone done the 5 phases all the way through? I'm thinking about going back to the basics with manual exercises before I start using equipment again
I have as it was a reflection of my routines as I got bigger and bigger which finally landed in my best routine, SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory. But the five phases used to be the golden standard. I made an incredible growth using the phases and anyone else using them should have just as much success.

Usually active workouts range from 5 - 60 minutes. It's possible to split a workout to a morning and evening routine from my point of view. It's best to stay elongated after a workout, that speeds up the gaining process.
