Maximum stretching time per day with LengthMaster ?

I believe you can achieve that within a maximum of 2 years with your length master. Make sure you change your routine every 90 days.
How do you change a routine with the leanth master I can do the Leanth master for 90 days and then do the power assist for the next 90 days and hang for the next 90 days . But lately I have been changing each one every other day

For me, I can do downward bundled stretches with the length master 1 hour daily for 90 days before changing to maybe __________ stretches.

So you don't have to do a bunch of different stretches in a workout for 1 hr. It can be only one

I've never done a bunch of different exercise during a session. I always stick to one exercise only for a period of 3 months.

Did you do Leanth work every other hr. All day long DLD.

Much later in my career but not all day. Maybe 4 to 6 hour sessions. But remember I had total time and privacy to do as I wanted so it was easy for me to get a lot of work in.

So if I can get 4 1 hr. Sessions in a day then stay elongated till the next day I'm good right

LMAO!

Seriously tho... I love this thread but I do limit my sets to 20 minutes. Just don’t trust my unit being pinched off longer then that. Quick shake out and massage then back in for the next set.
Good advice bro.
