Would the Mandigo Stretches be considered expressive stretches? Can someone answer this question for me please? Thanks

Good question, i know i definitely feel the stretch right away but i guess you could say it is.

I don't feel the stretch at all, so I will not be doing them.

I definitely feel them. I can feel them all the way to my ass. I just want to know if they are considered expressive in nature. Hopefully someon like DLD or anyone experienced will answer.

I get a good stretch from them, how long should I do them for?

It is both ligamental and expressive. When the hand position falls below mid shaft it becomes very expressive but since the MS has a broad grip pint it will also bring ligamental growth.

Thanks DLD. What I have been doing lately is when I do my stretches for five minutes between extender sessions, I have been doing those mandigo stretches for one minute each to the left, to the right and upwards. It feels so very good.

If your loving those be sure to get some Behind the Cheeks Stretches in, another crazy powerful stretch.

I have been doing those as well. Those behind the cheek stretches are awesome.

Yes they are, the most powerful way to stretch the ligaments!
