To put that shortly, it’s a hardening of a lymph vessel/vein

this is something completely new to me, just happened a couple weeks ago and has gotten a little smaller,

I have stopped all exercises for the last 2 weeks in leu of this, anybody else experience this or know anything to help speed the healing ?
Thanks

Never heard of this do you have more information?

well I have a vessel or vein on the top of my shaft that is hard to the touch, its about 3/4 long, was about an inch long 2 weeeks ago doesn’t hurt when I press it and isn’t blue or anything, just normal Color, feels A bit odd, and my erection quality suffered a few weeks ago when this began so all is on hold

Sounds like you have thrombosis. I would take another 2 weeks off until it heals

Thanks DLD, but my symptoms aren’t a match for thrombosis, but they are a match for sclerotic lymphangitis, going to see what the doc says next week, as it’s actually been almost 4 weeks, anyway I will post an update once I find out some more from the doc!
Definitely on break for at least another couple weeks

One has to be very careful when doing PE. You want to avoid injury at all cost. Always follow the routines that has been tried and tested. All what I know about PE today, I learnt from DLD. I've never had any serious injury ever since I started PE.

You are going to be alright. What happened to you is a minor issue. What I hate most is the breaks from PE.

Keep us updated. I wish you the best

Thanks guys,
Big thanks to this place and everyone sharing their experiences, searching and reading through posts here really helped me

I’ve had 2 experiences in my past, where My Erection quality suffered, and I stopped PE for almost up to a year, but the lymph vein thing this time is new, I was starting to think that maybe I just wasn’t cut out for doing this but…. I think I am just starting to put it all together!

since I’ve had some time to think about all this,I believe I am using too much strength when jelqing or stretching.

When I’m just relaxing and watching a movie or something and I’m holding my wife’s hand sometimes she tells me I’m squeezing it a little and I am completely unaware.
I am aware of my hands strength and I usually try to be aware of that when I start my PE sessions, but it is also easy to forget somehow.
what I’m going to “have to” work on is being more gentle during my sessions.
Just thinking out loud here lol

anyway I see the doc in 3 days

You squeezed your penis too hard when you jelq and stretch and that's what caused this vein issue. When doing a jelq, you need to jelq the sides of the penis from the extreme base to the glans and don't squeeze too hard.

You have to allow your body adapt to the jelq before you can go hard and this takes time. Don't go hard at all. Squeeze and stretch gently.

I thought I’d update and finish this post off

So I did go see the doc, and he took a look and told me it was the hardening of a lymph vessel, nothing to serious but it did take quite a while to go away, a little over 2 months, all the while I was on a break from PE.

I’ve started back up again with jelqs and stretching and wearing the sleeves n such, and this time I have a much more gentle approach with my exercises!

Just a word from experience, because I know others have bad experiences from PE and don’t talk about it or reach out.

take it really easy to start and even all throughout your exercises, using more strength, jelqing harder or stretching harder doesn’t equal more gains, if equals damage.

so a bit of a scary experience for me but now I’m the wiser!

cheers!

Glad you sorted, sounds very similar to what I had which took some time to go too
